The hotel, which was converted from an old building, is very close to the main attractions. I like this city very much.

An excellent experience travelling with a dog. She had a bed, bowls and treats. Dinner was excellent and the best breakfast spread I’ve ever had. A really great hotel centrally located near Cathedral and shops. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

The location is very close to most attractions, the hotel rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff are friendly and enthusiastic. Remember not to miss the hotel's breakfast, it is great value for money and highly recommended.

Gorgeous hotel, very striking. Too much air freshener sprayed in the lobbeh though really unpleasant for anyone but especially with asthma and allergies it's very intense the scent. The beds as always in NH are comfy and spacious and just the best. The layout of the room was super cool but it certainly needs updating. The bathroom smelt strongly of urine I think due to the material of the toilet...

Very cozy hotel, good location and nice welcoming staff!

Friendly staff, comfortable room, gigantic bathroom! No complaints from this Peregrino! We were able to reserve for 2 nights through their website the day of arrival, and have been very happy with our accommodations! Sure, the carpet is a little worn in spots, the wallpaper is having issues here and there, and the walls are a little thin, but it was a very comfortable stay - in a very convenient location

This is a budget hotel with limited paid secure parking, situated very close to the town centre. The basic rooms were a little cramped but clean, warm and comfortable. WiFi reception was good. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There is no access for wheelchairs. The hotel has been elegantly decorated, perhaps even sumptuous in places, but this was obviously several years ago and many areas...

Popular hotel well-located across the river from the casco antiguo of Burgos. Would work well as a stopping place during your camino.

The price quality of this hotel is outstanding. We paid almost nothing and got so much in return. I know it was in low season, but still was amazing. I really liked the city and hope to be back again soon. The room was really clean, the reception was nice and the staff was very accommodating and with a great service. They were always polite and greeting us every time we left or enter the property....

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean but also rather small. The service deserves 4* or 5* but the facilities not more than 3*

We’ve stayed at this hotel when visiting Burgos over the past 15 years. Fabulous location, great food, superb staff and excellent hospitality. We are again planning a trip to Burgos this summer. When will the hotel re-open?

They were helpful with anything I needed from arranging a car for the airport to the attention and personal service at breakfast. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the bed is so comfortable! I stayed one night.I give 3 stars because our room was not good... it was too small for 2 persons with a small double bed! Not all the rooms of this hotel are good. Rooms that are looking at an interior patio are no good and very small. The breakfast was very good and the personel very helpful and friendly. The location also good in the center of the city.

Was just a stop over for us going to San Sebastian from Madrid. Good food and nice outdoor area. Large area that's good for a walk in between a long drive.

A must stop on your way to Madrid from northern Spain (or vice versa). The morcilla with eggs is the speciality dish and highly recommended. It's a cozy atmosphere with the smell of a wood fire in the air. A perfect pit stop for travelers. Also, easy to miss coming off the highway so pay close attention to the GPS!!

A slightly weird rebuilt castle and similarly designed adjacent building and pool. Similar decor inside that takes you back in time. Our suite with a huge four poster bed, separate bathroom and seating area with a freestanding bath. Dining in a chaotic bar area and breakfast served but a very confusing menu.

Reading some reviews I can understand some disappointment, but the negative comments concern mostly the service at the bar and the restaurant which, indeed, can be sloppy. However the hotel is very beautiful, and not pricey for what you get. Very good experience overall

The cafeteria is not well organized lately. Nobody in the bar serving customers. Only is possible to wait for a table. Not good. Something is changing in the wrong direction. Unfortunately.

Landa hotel is iconic. I don’t think you’ll find many places like it. The staff is lovely and the hotel is stunning. Of course the pool is a must visit and architectonically unique.

June 1-3, 2025. Quiet rooms with excellent A/C and blackout blinds. Full bath includes a tub. Beds are comfortable and room was spacious and nicely decorated. One of the best sleeps I’ve had since starting the Camino. Breakfast buffet was good. Restaurant wasn’t open during our stay so can’t comment. Staff are friendly.

We have stayed here for a stopover, and it was perfectly ok for our needs! Nice and big rooms, clean, good breakfast, nice staff! Good job

Everything was perfect. Very good value for the room (it has all the basic amenities) and the breakfast had everything you need to have a good start of the day.

The hotel is clean but the building is quite old. The location is ok but not so close to the old town which is the the best part of the city. We were looking for restaurants and shops where yo buy free gluten products but none in the hotel reality helped us on that. We expected more in terms if services and facilities from a 4 stars hotel

Great hotel!!! The room was spacious, updated and extremely clean. The staff was professional and very caring. It is located in a quite/nice residential area and about 10-15 walk to the Cathedral and all the major historic spots. I highly recommend it!!

it's a great stop off point when we return to the ferry in either Santander or Bilbao.

This hotel is a little gem. The room I stayed in was a basic twin with a shower room, not a small shower either. Hair dryer ladies, always a plus point. The staff I dealt with were pleasant, friendly always a smile too. Would I recommend this hotel???? Damn right I would every day and twice on a Sunday, I will be back, Burgos Cathedral is a good half hour walk but worth it.

Perfect service and very nice room with a private terrass. We had a very delicious dinner and a bottle of vino tinto. This place exceeded my expectations in many ways. Dog friendly, easy parking, nice bar and restaurant. Only downside was a very simple breakfast. With better breakfast i'd give 5stars. Now i give 4,5 stars. Good job Los Braseros. I hope to stay again.🤗

The hotel is nice and cozy. Quite a distance from plaza mayor but it’s definitely worth it. The rooms are beautiful. The restrooms are spacious. And the breakfast is delicious.

Perfect place to stay in Burgos. You can walk everywhere, so many restaurants to choose from, so many churches and monuments and fun artwork.

We came after a long stretch of the Camino. Staff was helpful and empathic. Price ok for a big city. Position is wonderful and the breakfast generous. Few details on the cleaning (on the base of the lamp and on the floor) but irrelevant for the evaluation. I feel good to recommend

Nice place to stay on the Camino. Just across the river to Burgos cathedral area. The staff were very friendly and helpful and a good breakfast to set us up for the day's walk. We didn't have dinner included and ate out in Burgos. Burgos was really lively in the evening and the Cathedral is spectacular. We will definitely spend more time here when we return.

We had a great night here in Burgos on the Camino. Brilliantly located just behind the evolution museum and only a street away from the river, it was quiet but close to the action. Reception staff were friendly and spoke great English, breakfast was delicious - the best buffet breakfast coffee we have had so far! Rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious and plush bed linen made for a great nights sleep...

It's conveniently located minutes away from the Cathedral of Burgos and the Paseo Espolon. The room and bathroom were clean and had a modern feel. There is also a little cafe in front of the lobby where you can have a quick breakfast or afternoon snack. They also have an arrangement with a parking garage nearby which was also convenient. Lovely hotel in centre of Burgos, few minutes walk to historic centre. Room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good quality. The staff were very helpful. Recommend.

Great rooms and a better location for walking around the old city. It was close to the main two bar/restaurant streets, which is very convenient for any foodie.

Simple quiet hotel, generally friendly staff. Very good location and breakfast. The only problem - parking or rather payment for it. The hotel offers to buy electronic vouchers to pay for the nearby parking, then these vouchers worked only partially and you should add money out of pocket. I bought 2 vouchers for two nights and ended adding another 19 Euro from the credit card - otherwise we couldn...

Large room, nice bathroom , wifi not good. I had a good sleep, no bedbugs, but the bed did have a separate sheet, so I didn't have to sleep under a warm duvet. After a dissapointing breakfast in another hotel I had my breakfast at Cafe Riviera in the park.

Excellent service, very helpful and friendly. The room was cozy, with parking spaces close to the site. On foot you will still have to walk a few minutes but by car, in five minutes you will be in the city center. Once again, thank you to all the staff, they are the highlight of the hotel.

Location is a bit far away from city center, but the facilities and price/quality ratio compensate for the distance.

Ok. No secure parking. Dogs were 11euro each - twice the price of any other place we have ever been.

I visited this hotel attending a professional event at my enterprise's factory. We ate very typical meals from Burgos such as "alubias de ibeas" and "morcilla de burgos". I can say all the meals were very tasty but i would have liked to have more variety of desserts. Anyway the service was excellent and I would recommend this place to anyone who visit Burgos.

It is a nice hotel placed in Castañares. The service is pretty good, with clean and comfortable rooms. The restaurant is exquisite, totally recommended. It is affordable and a good option if you're going to stay near Burgos, although you will need a car to get to the city itself.

Is situated near a traficated street but for me was a good position. Clean, good services , good wifi, small rooms. There are several ristorants nearby.

Wahiba was so kind, pleasant and helpful to us, from my enquiry prior to booking to her arranging a larger room so we could keep our bikes with us. She helped us immensely with our bike-shipping problems, and completely saved the day. Thanks!

Room was very nice, guy on reception was very helpful, but my front room was very noisy on Saturday night. I would love to go back if I was there for a party, but not if I was on the Camino.

First of all, very good location and price balance We booked economy room with no airco by mistake. However, receptions due to heat give us another room with airco with no additional charge ofc depending on availability, but they assist us with kindness . Rooms were clean and nice space Thanks

Stayed two nights here during camino and loved it! Centrally located but very quiet. The staff Valentina was super friendly and helpful, and the coffee here is the best i had in Spain. Hotel is very clean, cute, and has rooms with bathtub. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here - highly recommend!

Good located in the centre but in noise street if room is facing the street (pubs and bar exactly downstair) DIscount for parking (13 euro 1 day). Hotel is like design /boutique hotel, with nice furniture and nice room and bathroom. Clean but not perfect. Our room was clean, nice, cosy but not very practical: no furniture in the bathroom to put our stuff (minimal design) and little space to move in...

Great location close to Burgos Cathedral. Also very close to bus station. Rooms are decent size. Bathrooms are modern however a swinging door (ours didn’t quite land in the closed position). Stayed on the 4th floor and only had a skylight, which ended up leaking when a heavy thunderstorm rolled thru. The cafe’ in the lobby is good and great service there! Good way to start the morning.

After 175 miles along the the Camino de Santiago, we stayed in Burgos for two days. Burgos is a magnificent town. We booked a private room at the Hotel Via Gotica with bathroom and view. The view from the window and balcony was incredible ... like looking across to the Disneyland Castle from a couple of hundred yards away! We enjoyed both the wonderful hot shower and good soak in the tub. The location...

Location is better than anything else. Very accommodating for our bikes. Comfortable and clean. Stayed here 2 nights and would come back.

Burgos Hotel The hotel was a little difficult to access as there was a road blocking system except for access. Other than that it was lovely. Friendly helpful staff. The room was a suite with 2 bathrooms!

The location is excellent. The hotel is nice. The room is very spacious. Perhaps the bathroom is a bit small. But in general, a hotel worth repeating. Parking is not expensive for the location of the hotel.

I spent a couple nights here, nice stay. The location is close to everything downtown Burgos.

Excellent interior at dining room, classy and understated. Business room was very small but had hot water in the shower and the door locked twice. Staff was very nice and helpful. Could use a minor makeover but for a quick stay or somewhere that's not a municipal for a night on the Camino, it'll do.

Good location. nice but dated room. Fantastic shower. Very helpfull pleasant staff and somewhere to keep my bike. Not worth the £134 i paid. The breakfast was the poorest of my trip. No scrambled eggs or bacon, nothing hot unless you include unlimited coffee and cheap white sliced bread in a toaster. Croissant like most of the pastry, fresh out of the plastic bag.

The place is very special - lots of century-old details and decor. Price - value. But! They need to take better care of it or it will be lost. It gives the impression of an old place with history that is now being run as is, as a cheaper central stay, without enough care for the place sadly. There are amazing details that need care.

This hotel was decent, but not what I was expecting. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was ok, beds were also not great and the floor was really squeaky. Overall an ok hotel, with an excellent location in the center of town.

Visited in July 2023. One thing I hated so much was the parking. You have to park away from the hotel AND caution with your roof box!! because the parking height is small. It gave us soo much stress. We were able to get inside but when we wanted to leave, there were certain floors that had a low ceiling. The parking overnight stay price (about 19€) got discounted off due to the hotel giving us a paper...

A great place to eat tapas with a great price/quality relationship! The service was very fast even though the restaurant was quite full.

Fantastic Tapas selections and absolutely delicious. The cold cuts and cheese selection is also good. Blood sausage A+ for sure.

I have to leave an excellent review for the waitress named Valentina. She has taken great care of us and not only us but also the clients in the restaurant. Cozy, clean, located in everything you need in 10 mins by walk, also pretty close to the bus station. The host is friendly and sweet. Absolutely a nice place to have rest during the Camino de Santiago.
