We’ve stayed at this hotel when visiting Burgos over the past 15 years. Fabulous location, great food, superb staff and excellent hospitality. We are again planning a trip to Burgos this summer. When will the hotel re-open?

The hotel it's very comfy but the best part where the staff really helpful and polite. Would recommend to anyone interested in visiting burgos

I stayed one night.I give 3 stars because our room was not good... it was too small for 2 persons with a small double bed! Not all the rooms of this hotel are good. Rooms that are looking at an interior patio are no good and very small. The breakfast was very good and the personel very helpful and friendly. The location also good in the center of the city.

Large hotel in the central part of Burgos. Good option if you are staying in Burgos on your camino.

Location is a bit far away from city center, but the facilities and price/quality ratio compensate for the distance.

Excellent interior at dining room, classy and understated. Business room was very small but had hot water in the shower and the door locked twice. Staff was very nice and helpful. Could use a minor makeover but for a quick stay or somewhere that's not a municipal for a night on the Camino, it'll do.

Well situated, nice room and very nice big comfortable bed. However, the room was hot, the air conditioning didn't work, and I was told by reception that it won't be switched on until June and that I should just open the window. In the rooms, we initially found only 2 survival outlet to charge our phones. One diagonally across from the bathroom. One in the bathroom. Nothing on or near the desk. It's only when we're leaving that we discover the outlets behind the 2 nightstands. It was very difficult to get the bath shower mixer to work. It took many attempts to pull up the tab to switch from bath to shower. The breakfast buffet...

Reading some reviews I can understand some disappointment, but the negative comments concern mostly the service at the bar and the restaurant which, indeed, can be sloppy. However the hotel is very beautiful, and not pricey for what you get. Very good experience overall

The cafeteria is not well organized lately. Nobody in the bar serving customers. Only is possible to wait for a table. Not good. Something is changing in the wrong direction. Unfortunately.

Landa hotel is iconic. I don’t think you’ll find many places like it. The staff is lovely and the hotel is stunning. Of course the pool is a must visit and architectonically unique.

Best hotel luxury comfortable beautiful sincerely kind and helpful staff. Side of the highway Spanish roadtrip classic! Burgos has nice cathedrals and monasteries to visit but the Landa is worth it alone. Impossible to choose from all the delicious food on the menu … baked goods are perfect. Swimming pool could be a little warmer. It would be perfect if a small spa sauna steam and massage existed.

Very good. Very close to the attractions, on foot. The front desk is very kind and humorous. The breakfast was ok, and an elderly waiter was very professional and highly motivated.

Nice hotel, well located and with a great breakfast buffet with several lactose-free options. No lactose free bolleria though. A beautiful foyer! Expensive parking and very odd rooms with velux style sloping roof windows depriving you of any view (and really silly curtain arrangements!). Our first room had extremely annoying, noisy AC and so they gave us another room (no help to move belongings) which was bigger, quieter but suffered from the same window issue. Wonderful building full of character inside. Lovely pieced of furniture dotted around vast areas. Great staff and excellent choice for breakfast. 3min walk to the Cathedral and numerous restaurants.

Absolutely stunning hotel right in the center of Burgos. Easy check-in and check-out and private parking. The building dates back to the 1500s and they have maintained the historical charm beautifully. I'll definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. We arrived too late to eat at the restaurant, which is located in a luxurious glass-roofed monastery. It is very nice to be able to have breakfast in bed. I loved.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, gigantic bathroom! No complaints from this Peregrino! We were able to reserve for 2 nights through their website the day of arrival, and have been very happy with our accommodations! Sure, the carpet is a little worn in spots, the wallpaper is having issues here and there, and the walls are a little thin, but it was a very comfortable stay - in a very convenient location

Comfortable rooms, sound-proofed and all the things you might need (toiletries). Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking handy right under the hotel. Breakfast was good, typical selection you find in most hotels nowadays. Very good location! I would stay here again if I came back to Burgos.

Underpriced for a hotel of this quality. Good service, good location, nice rooms. The largest double twin bed we came across in Europe.

Clean, modern and contemporary room with great facilities. Plenty of room with a good-sized bath and double sinks. Comfortable bed with 2 pillows each. Lovely view over the river below.

Quiet, friendly, walking distance to old town, right opposite the fantastic archeology museum, relatively small rooms, super narrow garage, simple gym with broken treadmill and elliptical.

Comfortable beds and pillows, friendly staff, and secure parking for our motorbikes. The catedral burger was phenomenal, never had a burger like it.

The hotel is very conveniently located, we also appreciated the private parking with an electric charge for our car. The fitness and pool are nice, we will definitely come again and take more time to enjoy the hotel.

We stopped off for 2 nights heading from Malaga to Santander to catch the Ferry and wanted a "nice" hotel which was dog friendly. It ticked every box and all staff speaking perfect English. A modern hotel less than a five minute walk to the gate to old town and cathedral. Very quiet, shaded area beside river. Rooms are well-appointed with everything needed to make your stay relaxing. Staff is most helpful, friendly and bilingual.

We have been having a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The noticed it was my wife's birthday at check in and sent some drinks, cheese and jamon to our room as a gift. It was a really nice token.

Overnight stop to Santander, clean well presented, restaurant was very good, we chose set menu which was exceptional value for money. Only disappointment was the cafeteria area, the floor was full of litter which was disappointing, we felt we did not want to linger, a sharp contrast to the restaurant which was beautiful

This was our 5 stay there, so you could say we're returning customers. As we entered, the man who checked us in was curt, unfriendly. No Greetings etc. On checking out, mentioned to the girl at the desk, that one side of the bed was uncomfortable due to a strange slope. Instead of owning the issue, she got very defensive and curt. We only mentioned for their reference. The cafe is good.

Ok. No secure parking. Dogs were 11euro each - twice the price of any other place we have ever been.

I visited this hotel attending a professional event at my enterprise's factory. We ate very typical meals from Burgos such as "alubias de ibeas" and "morcilla de burgos". I can say all the meals were very tasty but i would have liked to have more variety of desserts. Anyway the service was excellent and I would recommend this place to anyone who visit Burgos.

It is a nice hotel placed in Castañares. The service is pretty good, with clean and comfortable rooms. The restaurant is exquisite, totally recommended. It is affordable and a good option if you're going to stay near Burgos, although you will need a car to get to the city itself.

Room was very nice, guy on reception was very helpful, but my front room was very noisy on Saturday night. I would love to go back if I was there for a party, but not if I was on the Camino.

Stayed two nights here during camino and loved it! Centrally located but very quiet. The staff Valentina was super friendly and helpful, and the coffee here is the best i had in Spain. Hotel is very clean, cute, and has rooms with bathtub. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here - highly recommend!

I was on the Camino and decided to stay in a small hotel, rather than in an Albergue. This hotel was a great choice. A quiet place on a nice and quiet village square. A great and clean room, with a private bathroom and a comfortable bed. What a nice treat! It is run by a very gracious and friendly Senora.

Would recommend providing more toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner) as well as little conveniences like shower caps and slippers. hardly 10 minutes walk from bus terminal, pretty much all the way straight on room was facing main road at back but traffic noise literally zero with windows shut. may be difficult to practice in summer though could use a few fittings here and there but generally very nice place breakfast available for a fiver spot on clean, friendly staff, and speedy WiFi, so nothing to complain really absolutely...

Nice 3 star hotel. Rooms on the small side, but clean & tidy. Parking is public and is a 10 minute walk. By using the hotel you save 4 euros.

Great hotel!!! The room was spacious, updated and extremely clean. The staff was professional and very caring. It is located in a quite/nice residential area and about 10-15 walk to the Cathedral and all the major historic spots. I highly recommend it!!

We had a dog so we had room 95 on first floor. Big suite room. Floor was wooden which made a lot of noise when you walk on it. The bed was comfortable. Parking was outside on street and working the parking was tricky. The room did smell slightly of smoke. The bathroom sink had a crack in it which apparently the hotel were aware about. Delicious traditional Burgos food. The best in town! We ordered 1/4 codero lechal asado for each two people, and it was the perfect amount. Everything was delicious! Everything, the bread, the soup, the wine (house, albeit priced like non-house wine), and especially the cordero and the Castilian soup. Also, the waiter was very nice. Highly recommended.
