The complex was pretty good but there was a lot of loud groups. We had our clothes and towels stolen from outside our rooms. Rooms were clean and basic. Pool was good.

Great value for money, a simple room but clean & had everything we needed. The animation team were excellent at encouraging my teenage boys to join in & having something to occupy them. Bar & dining room staff all excellent.

Just got back home from a week's stay and had a brilliant time! We loved it!

The hotel staff were so welcoming and friendly, always really helpful too. The room and balcony was huge! We stayed in the front block in the same building as reception, and had a big spacious room with a huge balcony overlooking the pool and gardens!

The all inclusive food was really tasty ( I loved the chocolate fountain night!!) And the staff on the bar were so friendly when we kept returning to get our cups filled back up! Loved the atmosphere in the bar area too when it got dark with all the fairy lights up ! The entertainment team were the best we've ever had! They were so fun, and put so much hard work into all their shows! You're in for a treat when you see their shows, and can tell they have lots of fun working together ! Cinthia even got us up singing and dancing to the kids club songs!!! The only downside was the sunbeds really - very few of them are reclining ones and most of them have just 1 fixed position unfortunately - but other than that, a brilliant hotel and a great stay! Thanks for having us Marthas - we'll definitely be back again !

We stayed at Blue Sea es Bolero this past June and had an incredible time, I wanted to write a detailed review as some of the reviews I have seen on here are very harsh and inaccurate. The hotel itself is lovely, very spacious with three pools, a tennis and football court and lots of seating around the entertainment. The entertainment was great too, we joined in with the kids disco it was better than the clubs to be honest . The acts were great too, with shows such as The Lion King and people eating fire and cover bands which we really enjoyed. The pools went very deep (I could not touch the floor and I am 5'11) but also had shallow ends for children. We liked this as it meant we were allowed to jump and dive into the pool. We went all inclusive, in which you have pay €1 for a reusable cup (which is switched for a fresh one with each drink) but keep your eye on that cup as we left ours on our table whilst we went to the toilet and they were gone when we came back. We asked the staff for new ones and despite recognising us and knowing that we previously had cups we had to buy another four to replace them. The staff will practically make any drink even beyond the all inclusive menu, we were drinking makeshift tequila sunrises and blue lagoons as they have all the ingredients it just isn't on the menu and you have to ask them for the specific ingredients (e.g. tequila & orange juice with a splash of grenadine = tequila sunrise). The food is very varied and has lots of different options every night but not so great for fussy eaters aside from chips. It is also not very clearly labelled for dietary requirements as a dish labelled as "four cheese pasta" turned out to contain beef and pork (which was not such a great discovery as a vegetarian ) but the staff will happily let you know what contains what if you ask. Whilst you do have to pay for ice cream outside by the bar, there is a soft serve ice cream machine with the dessert table during lunch and dinner. Lots of reviews talk about the lack of sunbeds but we found that there were always enough for all four of us to sit together even at around 9am-10am, but this may be because we came before the school holidays started. Our room was a little bit dated in its decor but clean and cosy along with a small balcony attached to the room. The bolero "section" has a little separate terrace away from the main amenities with tables and chairs that was nice to sit and play card games out on. There were quite a few ants on our balcony (that made themselves at home in our swimming costumes and towels that were out there to dry ) but we didn't see many down by the pool, maybe one or two. The nearest beach and the town are a five minute walk away from the hotel which is very handy. The beach seemed to have lots of bits of plastic floating around but there was a cool rock to jump into the sea from, but humans did that to themselves really - stop littering the oceans and that won't be a problem I suppose. The town is

Very nice hotel, kept very very clean. Rooms are a very good size, could do with a little updating but are very spacious and comfortable. Staff throughout the hotel are all excellent. The food is very good. Always a good variety and well cooked. Nothing bland or over cooked. Beef goulash and scrambled eggs exceptionally good. Food was always hot and nicely presented .

2nd stay at this resort and the place has had a number of improvements made around the pool area and new loungers as the old ones were looking a bit old. Plenty of space and sun spots for people to chill out and the all exclusive package is so easy. Check in staff were super helpful but the reception can get a little busy at times when coaches arrive.
Food is always good with plenty of choices although we never at any of the buffet food as were not hungry from eating at just the main meal times.

We have come for a week’s break in the October half term. I can see from the reviews that the hotel did really well throughout the summer, and i can believe it. The hotel is lovely, the pools are clean and well maintained if a little cold! The rooms are adequate and the staff are fantastic and work really really hard… however… the hotel is closing at the end of this week for the winter and it’s very very obvious that there has been a last minute cram for money. I feel us as holidaymakers and the staff have really been taken advantage of. There simply isn’t the room for all of us, we are crammed in like sardines, the food is completely inadequate and the variety is minimal, and the worst thing is you have to queue to receive it! I feel like this is a managements idea to make a last minute quick buck before the closure and the ones suffering are those paying and those trying to run the show on the front line. If I was to come again, and given my experience this week, I don’t think I would! But if I did I would never go all inclusive, I feel like you are given a really second rate service. There are restaurants on site that aren’t included in the all inclusive and this is where they want you spending your money so they dish up very poor quality food in the hope you do exactly that! There are also some really lovely restaurants all around serving traditional Spanish food and not just chips and pork casserole 🤢this review is no reflection on the front line staff, the receptionist, the bar staff, the restaurant staff, the cleaners and the maintenance staff as they are working there socks off. This is a poor decision from management and looking at your reviews you’ve paid the price for it…

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall, we enjoyed our experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with well-kept grounds and a charming atmosphere that made our stay feel relaxing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always greeting us with a smile and ready to assist with any requests.

However, there were a few small issues with the room that kept our experience from being perfect. The room was a bit dated, and there were quite a few ants both inside and outside, which was a bit of a nuisance. The shower holder also couldn’t support the showerhead properly and kept falling off the wall, which made showering a little inconvenient.

Despite these minor inconveniences, we still had a good time during our stay. The overall environment of the hotel was lovely, and the welcoming staff made up for the issues with the room. With a few improvements, this hotel could easily become a 5-star experience.

Furthermore to my last review. Don’t complain about the hotel! To anybody! Even when you’ve had your money stolen. They call the police and evict you. We’ve had to go to another hotel in another part of Majorca because they didn’t want to hear our complaint. I would definitely avoid this hotel. I wouldn’t even rate it 1 star. The receptionist and manager are absolutely useless.

Stay would have been 3 stars if not for a couple issues with the room. As some other reviews say, ALL the water in the hotel is salt water. This makes showering and brushing your teeth a bit uncomfortable. Something else we noticed is the all inclusive bar serves drinks with salt water ice cubes, the all inclusive was useful for the food options but there isn’t a great deal of choice for drinks eg. They only carry one beer (San Miguel). Unfortunately our room did become overran with ants in the kitchen coming in through the edge of the hob, you must be careful to not leave any food or drinks out at all as they will swarm for a single crumb. Other than this, the pools were great and 24hr reception very useful. There are a few great beaches nearby also.
