Service from all the staff was fantastic. Beautiful location, loads of tiny little coves to visit within walking distance with shops and restaurants just outside the hotel. Fabulous hotel, with beautiful view of the Cala Gran beach, which is just few steps from the hotel. Swimming pool is big and there is a cocktail bar with life music every night. Excellent breakfast serving so many choices of many European cuisines that it takes weeks to try everything. The staff is positive and always helpful. Good but very basic accommodation - you get what you pay for! We stayed for 7 nights. On our first night we had an awful loud noise coming out of the toilet all night long which kept us awake. We complained about it the next day and the receptionist had a handyman over fixing it in the same hour which was great. We paid the extra for a mini fridge which was a life saver if you are staying for a while...

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The lady at the reception was very kind and she helped us with everything. Our room was cleaned every single day and we also got new towels every day . The room has everything what you need for your holiday in Mallorca . The only bad thing was very thin walls, so it could be a problem if you have noisy neighbors.

The hotel is very nice. The staff is always friendly and all your questions will be answered. The rooms and food are "normal" - don't expect too much. I can recommend this place for bugdet travelers that don't like the feeling of Palma or "Ballermann".

Great Hotel we will definitely return. One gripe: The restaurant staff will not let you enjoy the meals. No soon are you seated that the stretch across your meal cleaning. The location of this hotel gives you easy access to all the local beaches and the marina or simply relax by the pool. Stayed for 4 nights in October on all inclusive. Decent variety of food but with limited options, especially if you are vegetarian. All drinks branded and fab cocktails, fresh juice at breakfast. Nice hotel on the bay in a quiet, cozy Cala Doré. The entrance to the sea is gentle, so it is popular with families with children. There is a kids club. Excellent food for a 3 star. Evening shows are held every day, though not in Russian. For those who know a little English, this will not be a hindrance. The rooms are basic and a bit worn. Parking is paid.

Had such a lovely stay at Alua Suites Las Rocas, booked for a week all inclusive and was not disappointed! The room was lovely, food and drink were really good, lots of variety. Great position with cliff top situation, adult quiet pool overlooking the sea. Rooms are ok, no more than one would expect from a 3 star hotel. Also, there is a very handy land train bus into resort centre and back. Really useful.

Hotel was overbooked when we arrived but they have helped us really good. We got a sulotion for the first 2 nights and then got an even bigger room (appartment) for the rest of our stay. Decent hotel/resort. Definitely worth upgrading to an apartment if you're staying with the family. Spacious and air conditioned. Lots of pools, but not a lot of things for kids to do and the facilities are a bit dated. Better than average food and lots of choice to find something you like. Brilliant hotel with lovely rooms and comfy beds. Well situated with loads of lovely restaurants just outside. The early wake up call from the resident wild roosters come as a shock but you love them in the end. So funny to watch.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff were all really friendly. Rooms are a little dated and the garden apartments are nice but next time we would of paid for a Seaview. Tui bend the truth slightly with the photos when you book as you are not staying at the one you see in the photos.
