Highly recommended for family holidays!
We had a fantastic experience—perfect for families. The all-inclusive package offered a wide selection of delicious food, and the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. The service was excellent, and the room cleaning was top-notch. The location is great, with easy access to nearby attractions. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We would definitely come back again.

The overall location of the hotel is fantastic! It’s close to beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and plenty of activities and events nearby. The pool areas are lovely and the room itself was clean and up to living standards, which we appreciated. Overall, I really enjoyed potential of the hotel.

However, several issues during our stay left us extremely disappointed. First, the air conditioning in our room did not work, and with temperatures over 30°C, this was a serious problem. We heard other people complaining to the staff, which we felt like those guests, were very rude to the staff.

To make life easier for the staff we didn’t even ask for a repair, just a fan to help us cope. We started speaking with Georgia, who was super lovely, and requested this a second time. It took three requests before one was brought to us, and we were told by a male member of staff, who was butting into the conversation, “it’s not guaranteed.” We paid for a room with A/C, so this was unacceptable.

What made the situation worse was the hostile behavior from this male reception staff member. When my partner voiced his frustration politely about the fan, the male (Filipe) threatened to call the police, which was shocking and completely disproportionate. We later asked for a second fan and this request was declined, and then pushed back saying “it’ll be requested.” We didn’t ask again, as the above situation felt like we were walking on eggshells.

To make matters worse, my partners expensive shoes were stolen from the premises, and when we asked for help or guidance on what to do, the same male staff member laughed in our faces.. absolutely no sympathy or support. He just pulled out a box in reception and showed us the box.. without saying anything.

One morning, the hallway outside our room flooded. We had to step through water to get out, no warning, no cleanup crew, and no apology from the hotel. It just added to the overall sense of mismanagement and neglect.

We also asked about a potential upgrade on arrival. One staff member said the hotel was fully booked, but when we checked online, rooms were still showing as available. We didn’t mention this. When we asked again a few hours later, with a different staff member initially agreed to upgrade us, but then someone else told her in Spanish not to go through with it, apparently assuming we wouldn’t understand.. very disappointing and unprofessional.

We didn’t book all-inclusive so we can’t speak on that, but the location is definitely worth staying for, and the surrounding area has so much to offer. However, unless the hotel addresses its customer service and management issues, we would hesitate to return or recommend it fully.

We recently stayed at Club Marthas and overall had a poor experience. The rooms were out dated, a kettle was not available and the cleanliness of the hotel was extremely poor. Our initial room was that bad we had to ask to be moved, by bad meaning disgusting toilet, bathroom and kitchen looking as though it had barely been cleaned. Making matters worse we were asked what was wrong and had to point out specific dirty areas to be taken seriously.

The unsatisfactory cleanliness continued, the room floor was not cleaned in 10 days, I had to make sure my toddler had ‘room socks’ on every time she walked to avoid her feet becoming dirty. These socks were black by the end of the holiday. Communal areas, including pools and pool side/beds were not cleaned and I had to kick rubbish away from the beds left from previous days.

During our stay there were other holidaymakers who were complaining at the desk due to unsatisfactory cleanliness of rooms and issues with rooms. Sadly like us, they were not always met with the most helpful and friendliest of staff - including Managers. This is a shame as there were some staff who were lovely and wanted to help.

For the price we paid for this holiday, we were very disappointed and felt let down. We would not revisit.

Visited here with a friend for a long weekend in June 2025. So I’ll start with the positives - the food was nice and fresh, the location is great (close to shops, bars, restaurants and beaches) and the people and service was fairly good. The pools were nice and warm. Now the not so good. You have to pay for everything, even when all inclusive - this includes 1eueo for each cup, 20 euros for a towel, 20 euros if you want a snazzy sunbed and 4 euros for a locker in the luggage room. All of this is cash too which we didn’t take with us. The rooms are dated and ours had a glorious ant infestation. There’s not enough sunbeds and people seem to put their towels on the night before, the hotel don’t manage this effectively. Only 1 toilet by each of the pools so often waiting or even worse… god knows what you’re swimming in as so little toilets. All inclusive drinks were super limited but was ok with that for a few days. Overall, wouldn’t stay again but was ok for a few days.

This was a late booking for my sister and I, after having a difficult time personally and seeking a time to relax and chill from our demanding jobs. Definitely not a four star hotel. The room looked lovely, but there were a few issues. Bad damp smell and wet, flaking wall. Air con in living space, TV and electric rings not working. All reported apart from the latter. They tried to fix air con and it worked for 2 hours. They sprayed something to help with the damp smell and a tech guy sorted the TV. The location of the room within the hotel seemed good at first, but we soon found that loud party music was to be played from about 10am till 11pm-12midnight. It was not the relaxing break we had hoped for. Very noisy! Very lacking in the offer of information of the hotel and the local area and it wasn't until mid way through our week that we found a quieter area in the hotel grounds with a pool, but the people staying in the apartments there, took ownership of the loungers. We did manage a couple of hours there late afternoon and early evening. Great food, although a choice of dairy free desserts would have been good for my sister. Bar - a pity we couldn't have wine glasses with all-inclusive as you can at the paying bar. We thought this was due to the risk of breakages in the main outdoor seating area which was understandable, but this wasn't the case as the people with glasses brought them to that area too. We did feel a little like second class citizens! Location excellent with beaches nearby. No loungers there though which was a pity. The Marina is a lovely area for a relaxing drink or a bite to eat. Staff were a mixed bag. Some very very nice, others very rude and some inconsistent. The cleaners did a reasonable job, but be warned, do not leave any empty carrier bags or containers around as they will be taken away as rubbish. We left bags folded on the table and Pringles pots placed tidily against the wall so we could re-use, but they were taken away. Unfortunately we wouldn't return here unless we could have a choice of room location. Particular thanks to the chefs and (most of) the restaurant staff.

Entertainment team is astounding!! Their efforts and personality really want to make you join in. Big shout out to Pablo!!

Hotel staff are all friendly and helpful. Rooms are extremely clean and perfect for long and short stays.

All inclusive food and drinks are great. Variety of options and multiple opportunities to eat throughout the day (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner).

Great clean big rooms and big balcony. Nice helpful staff . Beautiful hotel and pool .nice food and drinks. Very close to beach and all restaurants and shops on the doorstep

Very poor room. Looked like a prison cell. 2 single beds against each wall. Limited kitchenette, no bathroom storage, no air-conditioning working, no windows just patio doors, lose sockets, limited sockets, socket near hob. Uncomfortable low beds, thin walls. Loud music until 1130 with DJ spouting in English and Spanish all night. All out door pools are not heated, tennis court €10 euros an hour. Sunbeds doubles €20Euros a day. Cleaners visit, don't empty bins or sweep floors or clean bathroom. They make beds and occasionally change towels. I could go on. DONT book. Pictures look good on line but I. Reality this is very poor. There are better places in this resort
