Blue sea hotel was ideally situated . Clean and friendly . Food good . The only negative i would give is the lack of sun beds . There is a terrace by the pool with table and chairs which no one used . Would be better to fit more sun beds here . We were in block 3 and if the pool bar was closed we had to go to block 1 for drinks . Not a real issue though . Would i stay there again . Yes most definite.

Myself and my friend were hugely disappointed with our stay here. Firstly, our room was not at all to standard we were put in a room with a Broken lock so we were given a new room, this new room had broken plug sockets taped together which is a huge safety hazard (picture attached), a toilet that barely flushed and lots of ants were coming into our room. There is nowhere near enough space to accommodate the amount of guests at the hotel. We could not sit by the pool at all over our 4 day stay as there was not enough sun beds or even a seat by the bar available to sit on so we had to go to the beach every day instead as we physically couldn’t fit at the hotel. The lack of space was again apparent in the dining area as we had to wait to get a table to eat dinner on an evening. The food was terrible with a massive lack of variety (wouldn’t recommend if you are vegetarian as there is mainly only meat or sea food on offer not even much in the way of salads either). I am not by any means a fussy eater but the food was so bland and unappetising that we decided to eat out on a couple of occasions so we could at least have an enjoyable meal whilst on holiday. This is despite paying to be all inclusive. The meaning of all inclusive is not what it would appear to be, on arrival you will need to pay for a cup for your drinks and return it for a refill (however be aware they do not always give you a clean cup even if you’re having a different drink from your last). You will not be able to sit at one of the main bar areas of an evening without getting kicked out unless you are paying for a drink there ( I understand there are other drinks they sell which are not part of all inclusive range but to not be able sit in a particular area because you haven’t bought a drink in your own hotel is absurd!). I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, if anything I feel gutted I had wasted my money on such a terrible hotel. Only positives I can give to the hotel is the location is perfect as your right by the promenade and extremely close the beach.

Lovely hotel. Very near the beach, promenade with all the shops, bars and restaurants. Delicately food. Would definitely recommend. For the price you pay you get great value.

This was our fourth year here and as always it was amazing. All the staff are friendly and helpful, and work so hard from the housekeepers to the waiters to the barstaff. This year we could see the pool and beach from our room which was lovely In particular the two young bartenders who seemed to always do the evening pool bar shift were very friendly and remembered my drink order which was nice. Sergio was also over one afternoon covering and remembered it from previous years which I wasn't expecting! Some reviews say the staff aren't friendly but in my experience this is not the case. Even the lifeguard was friendly and Elena was lovely as always. We will definitely be back next year for more fanta lemon and vodkas and no water polo

Just come back from a lovely 5 nights away. The hotel is in a great location being only a short walk from the beach and very close to the restaurants and bars. So that is a major bonus. And the beach is beautiful but definitely get down there early for sunbeds (which were €14.75 for 2 for the day). The hotel has 2 pools. Didn't go to the smaller pool but the main pool isn't massive but there generally was enough sunbeds for those who wanted them which worked well. The pool itself was a good temperature and the area definitely collects plenty of sunlight through the day and stays in the sun late. The bar is open from 10am until 11pm around the pool and the drinks were pretty good for an all inclusive. Queues usually were alright most of the time but you just checked out and got up when it was less busy. The bar guys worked really hard all day. We didn't use the saloon bar. There were some entertainment around the main pool such as darts, water polo and aqua gym which were fun and the entertainment guy was a nice guy. Gave a bit of extra atmosphere around the pool and few days. The food was alright. Wasn't the best but there was always plenty of choice and it was regularly topped up so it was ok. Worth eating out a few times for dinner though. Those working in the dining room worked hard and were a bit rushed off their feet at busy times to clear tables which did leave a feeling of not enough tables for people at the hotel. Our room was in block 4 by the pool so very convenient. Room was basic and fairly small. The lack of a mini fridge was a shame but overall it worked fine for the 2 of us. I am sure the rooms in blocks 1 and 2 were nicer looking at the balconies. But overall it did what it needed to do and we were out most of the time anyways. At check out there is a great locker storage system and the front desk will give you a key and towel for the shower room which I thought was very good and worked a treat. Lockers were €4/8 for 4/8 hours. Overall i think the hotel was certainly better than expected after reading some reviews. Could it be better... of course but it is a 3* and I think it does a really good job for the standard and the comparative money spent. Would recommend if on a budget for sure. Oh and as a tip go to Wakiki bar as they do great cocktails and it is a fun evening especially when they have the live music on!

Booked this as a last minute deal with my daughter, and tbh I wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was, the location is amazing with a walk to the beach less than 2 minutes away, infact where I was sunbathing at the pool you could see the sea, Staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Food We weren't expecting much after reading some reviews before we came but myself and my daughter loved the food, there was so much to choose from and we could always make a meal, we particularly enjoyed the breakfast and how fresh the fruit, choice of drinks ect You definitely won't go hungry here. The all inclusive drinks are really good all branded soft drinks, slushies the alcoholic drinks are very strong I had to ask for small vodka and coke lol. We didn't have much of a view outside of our room just an Abandoned building, but the room itself was clean and the cleaner was in most days with fresh towels and changed the bed sheets, Overall for the money we paid we got a bargain and would highly recommend this hotel for future guests visiting callar millor.

I went here with my mum for a getaway for few nights, check in was quick arrived to the room, the room was spacious and beds were comfy we stayed in block 1 (main building) but I emailed before hand asking could I stay in this building and not on bottom floor as I read previous reviews, we got a great view of sea 6th floor no complaints there but the bathroom was so tiny the toilet and wall was so close to sink giving you a tiny gap to squeeze through to get to the bath/shower but we made do. Pool area was great we were all inclusive but they don't tell you have to pay 1 euro for cup and not a big selection of drinks the pool bar opens 10am-6pm then you have to go over to block 2 bar but doesn't open until 8pm so from 6pm-8pm all you have in diningroom (dinner time) is beer, wine or soft drinks/water. Food was great good selection. There is only entertainment outside the front of block 2 but your not allowed to use your all inclusive drinks you have to buy your drink (get 10% off drinks) or stay inside to use all inclusive drink you can hear what's going on outside but can't see anything and no entertainment inside only outside which i don't think is fair when you are paying for inclusive which they don't tell you unless you ask. We were just lucky are room was on the corner so we could hear the music/entertainment and slightly see from our balcony. To us it didn't benefit us with being all inclusive.

Extremely honest review from a couple in their early 20s: We arrived for our 10 night stay at 12am in the hotel, firstly we were put in block 4 which over looks the pool. The rooms in block 4 look nothing like the pictures seen on love holidays. I went to reception and asked for a room change but the member of staff said they had no spare rooms at all (which I didn’t believe).I also told him that the room looked nothing like the pictures and he told me it was love holidays fault. Shortly after my boyfriend and myself looked around the room and noticed mold all over the bathroom and in the wardrobe. My boyfriend has asthma and could not and would not stay on that room. We then went down to reception again, showed a different receptionist the photos we had taken and quite sternly told him we can not stay in that room and would like a room change. He very reluctantly agreed and moved us to block 2 which is across the road and faces the main entrance. This room was better but not amazing. Looked a little more like the photos but not really. We stayed in this room for the duration of our holiday. Towards the end of our stay we noticed that the room had a large number of ants coming out of the wall. We both think that this room was not given out to many guests as the beds had winter bedding on. There was a lot of dust but we had the housekeeper in the next day and she did an amazing job and also came in every day to clean the room, bathroom and change the towels. Food does not have much variety at all. Me and my boyfriend went out for tea and lunch quite a lot because of this. Nothing good for picky eaters or people who don’t like fish. Breakfast was okay but not the best as we had the same meal every day. The area around the hotel is good if you are staying for a week but as we stayed for 10 days we ran out of things to do. The hotel is a 5 or less minutes walk from the beach. Beach is amazing, we spent most of our time there. There is no entertainment in the hotel premises, only on the main ***** which is only a bar and has a dj . Which is not included in the all inclusive package. This fills up very quickly as anyone can sit there( not just for blue sea customers). Even though we don’t have children there is nothing for them entertainment wise. Not a very child friendly hotel at all. Should really be an adult only hotel. Overall we will not be returning to this hotel ever again as we had such a bad experience and would probably not go to any another blue-sea hotel.

Good location and polite staff. Rooms not cleaned during stay, just clean towels left. Food not the best and usually cold. Terrible view from the balcony. I’m not expecting super high standards from a 3* hotel and budget holiday, but this one was bit of disapointment as I wanted to treat my mum for her 5 years cancer free anniversary.

Amazing place if you’re coming only to chill, but as a solo traveler it wasn’t the best choice as there isn’t that much to do around the hotel. The hotel itself is amazing tho! Amazing food and service. (Mostly elderly btw if you’re young this isn’t the place to be)
