Clean, superb room, spacious and had many facilities (cooker, fridge, hair dryer, 2 tvs). Luxurious hotel with 2 swimming pools, jacuzzis, rooftop bar with great view, spa as well. Entertainment on a good level, there was evening event organised for kids.

We had a fantastic family holiday at this hotel in April. The facilities are excellent and food is good. We went B&B but chose to eat the restaurant a couple of nights and really enjoyed the food then too. Took my two children age 17 years and 11 years on a last min break away , this hotel is outstanding and will definitely be returning. Our last visit was in 2018. The hotel has had a change to it but it's all good. The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and had a good view of the pool and sea. We had an extremely good time at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and we had a nice sea view from the balcony. The facility is new but don’t waste your money for the side sea view upgrade. It will depends on which floor you get. If you are unlucky like me in the first floor You won’t able to get any view from the room.

My stay at Hipotels Flamenco in Cala Millor was superb. Room with sea view was exceptional with staff and restaurant/buffet excellent. The variety of food available for our half board was the best I have experienced. Perfect located hotel with a great rooftop Jacuzzi. Everything is very clean. Beautiful pool and the sandy beach is directly in front of the hotel. Breakfast-buffet is amazing. This was a nice place to stay overall. The pool area and restaurant/bar were really nice. It took a long time for our room to cool down, and the fan made a really loud noise. I brought this to the attention of the hotel with no resolution.

Not a pleasant experience. We checked in late and the rooms were not ready. We had to make the children's beds as there were no maids available. Water for drinking is not available in the rooms. For a 4-star hotel, it is very poor in terms of entertainment, has little variety of food and only offers food at 3 times, breakfast/lunch/dinner.

The AC didnt work for a whole week while we were there. There is no fridge in the room, so can't keep our own drinks cold. Other wise the staff was friendly, the food was great.

Amazing place to stay for holidays. Food was absolutely delicious and so much variety ! When it comes to staff I am speechless Jose, Sergio and Nestor were so so so wonderful. Always positive and smiling and they were engaging the conversation. I would definitely recommend this place ❤️

We were Family of 5 in April. Fantastic location next to the beach and sea, lot's of bars, restaurants and attractions. Fenomenal view from balcony, I could watch sunrise over the sea every day. Very friendly and helpful staff (however check in/out takes forever) Only 3 stars due to 3 reasons: 1. Non working elevator, with small baby and the stroller, was really annoying. They kept trying to fix it...

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The staff is very friendly and always tries their best despite the fact alot of tourists speak to them in their native languages (not even a bit in english) from what we saw/heard. The food service was the biggest surprise - i have never experienced such nicely prepared buffet food with so many variations each day with some twists and changes. Bar was perfect aswell...

Location, customer service and an excellent choice of food for breakfast and dinner. Thanks to the cleaning ladies for an excellent service. It was lovely to return to such a clean and tidy bedroom and bathroom each day.
