Absolutely amazing experience! Me and my brother are still talking about how much we enjoyed staying at this hotel. A big part of our experience was Valeria, who provided us with the best service EVER!!! The breakfast is one thing we still talk about, even though it went a month! Clean, quiet, FOOD - 10/10, of course Valeria was checking carefully all the time if something is missing or not in order. Recommended!!! We will visit again!

Review for Ibis Barcelona Castelldefels
I stayed at the Ibis Barcelona Castelldefels for an overnight stay on Saturday, November 16, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room’s air conditioning was completely non-functional, blowing only hot air and failing to ventilate the space properly. As a result, the room felt stifling and uncomfortable.
When I raised the issue with the staff, their response was both disappointing and unprofessional. The only solution offered was a portable ventilator, which was inadequate and only highlighted their inability to address the problem effectively. The staff appeared incompetent and unprepared to handle such basic issues, which added to the frustration.
Given this experience, I’m baffled by the 8/10 rating on booking platforms. It’s far too generous for a property that fails to deliver the bare minimum for a comfortable stay. I would personally rate it a 5/10 at best, based solely on the fact that the location and other basics were as expected. For future guests, I would advise reconsidering if air quality and responsive service are important to your stay.

For a 2 star hotel it was very comfortable and clean. It was well situated for shops, trains etc. Neus was particularly helpful with our questions. Will stay again with no hesitation.

Hola. We spent our stay with a really great team and very friendly and open-minded people. We felt very comfortable. The rooms are clean and the room service does a good job. That was always worth a small tip. The breakfast selection is good and completely sufficient. A little variety in the hot dishes for breakfast would be good. Thanks to Miriam, who said goodbye to us so warmly today. Thanks

The room design is unique, like a ship. There are English channels. I have been in Spain for eight or nine days, and this is the first time I have seen a news program that I can understand. I heard that Messi lives in this town.

The room was very nice and clean. I wish they had a coffee maker or kettle in the room. A short 10 minute walk gets you to the train station to head to Barcelona, and a roughly 25 minute walk to the beach. The room was clean and the staff were very nice. Bathroom was very clean. AC worked, but when I tried to adjust the temperature it seemed to not operate properly.

it is a great cheap option if you want to visit Barcelona, bit far away from the city center but commutable. it is right in front of bus stop and 10 mins walking to the train station, environment feels safe. rooms are clean and

I must stay at this hotel every time I go on a business trip to Spain. The location is convenient. Next to Carrefour supermarket and other food supermarkets, a comprehensive commercial complex and a Chinese supermarket, everything is available. The front desk service is also very good.
