Excellent service with a great breakfast buffet (for a charge). Spacious rooms with excellent housekeeping. Few minutes walk from the sites.

One of the highlights of the hotel is that its restaurant is located on top of an ancient Roman ruin from the first century AD. The restaurant itself is also a Michelin-listed restaurant. Breakfast has a self-service portion and a hot menu a la carte, including the special Iberian ham and Spanish dough sticks. The ruins can be visited after breakfast and before dinner. Yesterday, due to the small shower area and the hotel's feedback, I upgraded to a suite for free. This space is much larger and has an Egyptian style. The small drawback is that there are some stains on the sheets, but the staff quickly dealt with it and changed the bedding. His bedding is very comfortable, but the sound insulation of the room at night is average.

This is the hotel with the best service quality. They knew that there were many of us and communicated with us in advance to check in. There were welcome drinks at the door and many staff greeted us. Especially the breakfast restaurant, the service and experience are superb. The floor is made of transparent glass, and you can enjoy the ancient Roman architecture under your feet, which is really magical.

This is likely one of the nicest and most architecturally interesting places I’ve stayed. The building itself is an old palace with beautiful architecture, including Roman ruins visible below the dining area. The rooms and amenities were beautiful and well maintained. Also, the Roman baths and pool area were both great for escaping the heat of the day. Convenient walk to all the key sites. Also, the staff were very friendly and responsive. I would absolutely stay again.

we loved our stay! professional and kind staff all around and a beautiful property. there were special touches like the cava upon arrival. the bed was comfortable, room gets super dark for sleeping well, quiet area.

we took advantage of the one hour in the roman baths- what a treat! it was not crowded (it’s a relatively small space) and we were able to linger. we were not pressured to get a spa treatment.
we made a reservation months ago at the restaurant, Alberquina, but were disappointed that there was an event in the dining room that is above the roman ruins. I wish the hotel would have let me know, we would have switched to the next night when it reopened for dinner. If that matters to you, I would check. we did still have a delightful dinner, just not the “experience” that drew us to it.
last thing- do watch the you tube they send on how to arrive- it was so helpful. parking is valet on site. very convenient (€29/ night).

A very beautiful hotel. We were warmly received and upgraded to a superior room for free when we checked in. The room was clean and hygienic. It is convenient to drive by yourself. The staff will help you park. The attractions are also very close and can be reached on foot. It is worth recommending.

This hotel is surprisingly good. It is located in the car-free zone of the ancient city, and taxis must be registered before entering or leaving. The courtyard is very romantic, and the reception is also very warm and thoughtful. The glass floor under the restaurant can see the ancient Roman ruins. It's a pity that I only stayed for one night.

It was a very nice hotel and near the major attractions. Lovely dining room, outdoor / indoor pools and great service for a 5 star hotel.
Tasting menu is great and delicious, but too much food that I can’t finish. Waitress is nice to box some of them for lunch next day.
Issue & suggestion:
My major issue is my room are on the ground floor and next to street. I can’t sleep at night because of the noise from the street (motor cycle, car and pedestrian).
Another issue is I would like to have a salad no protein. It seemed to be difficult to have in Cordoba and Valencia Hotel Hospes.
Tasting menu is great and delicious, but too much food that I can’t finish. Waitress is nice to box some of them for lunch next day.
