Amazing location, staff and room. The hotel is one I will definitely be visiting again, set a really high standard.

Lovely quiet hotel in a perfect location in the Jewish Quarter. Not far from parking and the breakfast was delicious, would stay again.

Unfortunately the service was not satisfying. We stayed one night in room 206, which is small. During our two days stay at this hotel, the key was not working properly . We had to run back and forth to the reception and telling them each time that the key wasn't working. At one point we had to wait at the bar and another time outside the door until they could repair the key. Would have been so much easier to offer another room. Breakfast was ok but scrambled eggs was cold. There is no parking belonging to the hotel, however there is a car park further down the road and cost 15€ a day.

Nice style, good location. Booking by phone was impossible due to "booked-out" but we could find a room throw their web site. We took the offer of adding 10€ and getting a nice chilled bottled of Cava, red heart chocolate and mineral water, + checking out 14:00. The only problem; it was noisy from the street cars, problem can be solved by closing the windows and opening the aircondition.
Breakfast was very rich and good, live guitar player was sitting there.. So Spanish to adore.

Really friendly reception staff, very clean and modern, small rooms but lovely, great beds, comfortable. Great value for money. No parking to speak of - we found inexpensive on-street parking 10 mins walk away near Plaza de Colon.

Don't be fooled by the website, there's no parking places there... I think there are 10 places so it is always full and no valet parking if it is full... they recommend only one other parking place and it was full, lost 1h30 searching for another. Smallest rooms I've seen in 4*. Not a great service. I would definately not recommend. Only upside is location.

Public areas are lovely but the rooms are a bit small - even the minibar fridge door can't open all the way. The lay out of the room creates a "traffic jam" when trying to get around. Good closet space, large bathroom and extremely quiet - could not hear any of our neighbors. Bed just okay. Breakfast was fine, pretty basic hot dishes but other options are satisfactory. For €120 a night, was expecting a little nicer linens and towels and a larger room.
