We loved our stay, we were in an amazing room and it the vibe in the hotel and environment were great. As for the service, we found it greatly matters who we went to, some employees were very helpful with perfect attitude, but others we knew not to ask them after one interaction. Also the roomservice has a drastically seperate menu which was for us personally disappointing.

We mistakenly thought the hotel was adults only - in our view the hotel would be improved if it was. The pool was beautiful and would have been relaxing without loud children. We do like children! But not when we’re trying to have a quiet break. Our suite was lovely, bed comfy and huge terrace with beautiful view. Restaurant Madre v nice and we thought breakfast was fine - usual continental style....

Very nice hotel with excellent service and eye for detail. Pool area is specious with enough sunbeds. Breakfast was voluminous and food was backfilled in time. Highly recommended location. Advise for the hotel. Play relaxing and soft music at breakfast and pay attention for acoustic in the breakfast room and ask the staff to be “soft” in the kitchen. New hotel with a great location opposite the beach. I went with half board with a choice of lunch or dinner. Spacious room with twin beds. Breakfast buffet is served at the table and you repeat as many times as you want. The pool is small. Very good and attentive staff.

Absolutely loved my stay here. Ideally located between the old town and the port/ marina. It's in a quite area with a Lidl close by and a supermarket up the road. Rooms cleaned and serviced I'd say every day but every 2nf day was enough for me. I had a room only rate but the breakfast in their cafe/ restaurant underneath is fantastic value for money and very popular. I don't know the owners names...

Really lovely little hotel and excellent value. The rooms were clean and modern with good facilities for the price. Easy to get to the old town and the marina/beach. we paid an extra euro or 2 for a balcony which I would recommend.

Can't comment on the hotel but the restaurant underneath serves amazing Almuerzos.

Lovely clean room and bathroom. Very comfortable beds and linen was immaculately clean with lovely pillows. The breakfast was great, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic reception accommodation is just what you can eat in the accommodation or eat in the complex bar restaurant. A nice quiet complex and you can bring your animals.

A bit out of the way of main attractions of the town and seafront. So taxis or transport required to go anywhere. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped with everything you could need . We were a party of 8 reserved a table for the new year Day buffet. It was fabulous. So much choice of delicious food and the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating even preparing something we had requested that wasn't on the menu. We will definitely be returning to try other food on the as we could not find fault with anything. Superb thank you.

Very nice 2 bed apartment, perfect for a family. The breakfast was nice. The Swimming pools lovely, 3 to choose from. Small terrace at the top of the flat. No TV in the living/dinning room. But there was a TV in the main bedroom. The air conditioning did not work so the bedroom upstairs was an oven. Good kitchen area with everything you need. Very clean and comfy beds.

Wonderful stay. Quiet area. Ample rooms with terrace looking onto the surrounding area. Bathtub and shower fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, stove, toaster, kitchen utensils. Everything is properly cleaned. Staff complied with new pandemic regulations. Highly recommendable for a pleasant stay during coronavirus.

A small intimate hotel with lush gardens and a luxury feel. Our room had a private terrace and was well equipped. The pool was excellent and most of the time it was only us using it. After reading so many glowing reviews I was a bit disappointed. My room was situated below the swimming pool reached by many steps, Im 70 years old. It was in need of refurbishing and bit soulless, at 130 euros per night, in my view, expensive for the room I was given. This hotel is simply amazing! Such a tranquil setting, the ideal place to relax and get away from it all. The staff are so welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. The restaurant food is amazing. Not sure why anyone goes elsewhere to eat. We stayed for 7 nights and ate in the restaurant every night, as the food was so good. This was our second stay and we will definitely return.

Very nice place, good sized rooms, excellent gardens and pool area. Nice food at breakfast and dinner. AC a bit noisy, and fridge could do with being in a cupboard as it too is noisy, plus better pillows. Overall excellent vfm.

Overall we liked it but found it too far from the beach, 15 min to the very rocky shore and another 10 to the sandy beach, most of it with no shade. To town, easily 40 min. It’s a very nice hotel, I gave it 4 stars because there is not much sound insulation, so you here bangs from the ceiling from the people above and the traffic from the street. The rooms are spacious nice decorated and nice view. The location is great. The breakfast is nice although the dining area is not so nice. Couldn't get much closer to the beach. Many restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk and the variety of food is awesome. This is our second stay and it will not be the last.

Staff we're very helpful, changed room so we had a shower 🚿 instead of bath. Breakfast tasty. Room a good size unfortunately the bathroom was small, hard to get around the door. The restaurant was having major works, didn't bother us but could have been told before.

Location was perfect for the old town, restaurants and shopping. Only 15 min walk to the port and the marina. Our room was delightful, spacious and with its own terrace. We arrived at the hotel and were warmly greeted by Silvia and Joan in the spa reception. Joan showed us all the options in the circuit of the Spa and left us to enjoy 90 minutes of relaxation in the beautiful area. Then came the 50 minutes oriental massage which was heavenly.
