We loved our stay, we were in an amazing room and it the vibe in the hotel and environment were great. As for the service, we found it greatly matters who we went to, some employees were very helpful with perfect attitude, but others we knew not to ask them after one interaction. Also the roomservice has a drastically seperate menu which was for us personally disappointing.

We mistakenly thought the hotel was adults only - in our view the hotel would be improved if it was. The pool was beautiful and would have been relaxing without loud children. We do like children! New hotel with a great location opposite the beach. I went with half board with a choice of lunch or dinner. Spacious room with twin beds. Breakfast buffet is served at the table and you repeat as many times as you want. The pool is small. Very good and attentive staff.

I am a bit disappointed of this hotel especially because of the price they charge considering what the offer and the fact that it says it is a four star hotel. Great time there, sort distance to beach. Also, you have some walk-path to enjoy of nature closely. Fantastic stunning views over the bay from your terrace. Very convenient to visit their restaurant, at first glance you might think it is a bit expensive. However, when you finish your meal, you notice its great value for money. We were a party of 8 reserved a table for the new year Day buffet. It was fabulous. So much choice of delicious food and the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating even preparing something we had requested that wasn't on the menu. Very nice 2 bed apartment, perfect for a family. The breakfast was nice. The Swimming pools lovely, 3 to choose from. Small terrace at the top of the flat. No TV in the living/dinning room. But there was a TV in the main bedroom. The air conditioning did not work so the bedroom upstairs was an oven. Good kitchen area with everything you need. Very clean and comfy beds.

It’s a very nice hotel, I gave it 4 stars because there is not much sound insulation, so you here bangs from the ceiling from the people above and the traffic from the street. I recently stayed at this hotel, everything was wonderful, my room was comfortable y silent, perfect for a good night sleep. The buffet breakfast is wonderful and good priced, with good options for my Keto diet. The staff was superb, very attentive and kind.

The place is fine but very disappointed that residents had to pay extra to use the spa facilities. Never had that before anywhere in the world. Also no coffee in the room just speciality teas. Fine if you like that but a coffee sachet isn't too much to ask

Lovely week stay at the Diamante Beach Hotel. Very clean and tidy. Rooms felt a little dated. It is in a great location, very close to the beach and shops. We travelled to Benidorm which is only a 20 min drive in a taxi from the hotel. When we got back there was a cake and note in the room wishing my boyfriend a happy birthday. We were so surprised. Absolutely breathtaking. A little piece of heaven right there in Altea. The hotel fresh and clean. The staff - all of them rock stars. The entertainment great. And very close to the prominade and Old Town Altea. And if you don't want to walk then there is a free shuttle!

Very enjoyable experience. The staff in all quarters were lovely and reception staff very helpful. The room was very clean. The food was good but could have been hotter in some instances although was changed instantly when mentioned but not a lot of difference. Maybe a heat probe would be a good idea. Perfect position.

The actual resort is fine but the apartment we stayed in was lacking in a few areas. We actually had to purchase several things just to manage the week. Definitely needs to be addressed.

I've been a few times over the years and it's lovely. Friendly staff and immaculately kept. The spa circuit is fantastic and we'll worth coming just for that. Massage and spa treatments also really good at reasonable prices.

We've stayed for 7 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing, very near the beach, great restaurants and shops. The staff has a great attitude to always help you find a solution. Breakfast is great, always with some variation in the menu so it doesn't get boring, but with consistency in the basic items. We have just got back and had a fantastic holiday . The whole site is very clean and maintained daily . The accommodation was excellent. We were really impressed with this hotel. Very clean and well maintained rooms. Positioned in a quiet part of town, around 35 min walk from all the action and beach.
