We loved our stay, we were in an amazing room and it the vibe in the hotel and environment were great. As for the service, we found it greatly matters who we went to, some employees were very helpful with perfect attitude, but others we knew not to ask them after one interaction. Also the roomservice has a drastically seperate menu which was for us personally disappointing.

We mistakenly thought the hotel was adults only - in our view the hotel would be improved if it was. The pool was beautiful and would have been relaxing without loud children. We do like children! But not when we’re trying to have a quiet break. Our suite was lovely, bed comfy and huge terrace with beautiful view. This hotel was beyond perfect. The staff were lovely and so accommodating, the rooms were gorgeous and routinely cleaned and made up to the highest standard. The location was perfect too, out of the way enough for a quiet stay but close enough to Cala Blanca, L’Arenal and Xabia old town for a very short drive to anything you need. Will absolutely be back next year and the years after that.

New hotel with a great location opposite the beach. I went with half board with a choice of lunch or dinner. Spacious room with twin beds. Breakfast buffet is served at the table and you repeat as many times as you want. The pool is small. Very good and attentive staff.

Whenever in javea ,Las olas is a must to visit we always have a selection off tapas and we are never disappointed.

I am a bit disappointed of this hotel especially because of the price they charge considering what the offer and the fact that it says it is a four star hotel. Great time there, sort distance to beach. Also, you have some walk-path to enjoy of nature closely. Fantastic stunning views over the bay from your terrace. Very convenient to visit their restaurant, at first glance you might think it is a bit expensive. However, when you finish your meal, you notice its great value for money. We were a party of 8 reserved a table for the new year Day buffet. It was fabulous. So much choice of delicious food and the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating even preparing something we had requested that wasn't on the menu. Very nice 2 bed apartment, perfect for a family. The breakfast was nice. The Swimming pools lovely, 3 to choose from. Small terrace at the top of the flat. No TV in the living/dinning room. But there was a TV in the main bedroom. The air conditioning did not work so the bedroom upstairs was an oven. Good kitchen area with everything you need. Very clean and comfy beds.

Wonderful stay. Quiet area. Ample rooms with terrace looking onto the surrounding area. Bathtub and shower fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, stove, toaster, kitchen utensils. We had a junior suite below the pool as we were travelling with a dog. It's a beautiful place, lush gardens and impeccably clean rooms well appointed and comfortable. Our breakfast was delicious, the machine that freshly squeezed local oranges kept the kids entertained and overall we would recommend it as a great place to stay.

This is an absolutely lovely hotel! Once inside, you'll never want to leave. After weeks in Mallorca in an apartment with a sea view, we decided to opt for a first floor room with a private terrace, and we just loved it. The grounds are sumptuous, and it is very conveniently located for all the things you'd want to do in Denia. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I recommend it highly.

It’s a very nice hotel, I gave it 4 stars because there is not much sound insulation, so you here bangs from the ceiling from the people above and the traffic from the street. Junior suite was our room, and the view overlooking the harbour was great. The hotel has a gym, with all the necessary equipment for a full workout. We also had breakfast and the choice of food was fantastic. I recently stayed at this hotel, everything was wonderful, my room was comfortable y silent, perfect for a good night sleep. The buffet breakfast is wonderful and good priced, with good options for my Keto diet. The staff was superb, very attentive and kind.

The place is fine but very disappointed that residents had to pay extra to use the spa facilities. Never had that before anywhere in the world. Also no coffee in the room just speciality teas. Fine if you like that but a coffee sachet isn't too much to ask

This is a good hotel. Nice atmosphere and a pool with bar. Rooms are big and clean. A huge breakfast buffet is included in the price. It is very good. They hade managed to make this hotel feel luxurious.

We travelled with HCA for an operation, so it was part of the package plan. All around good. Rooms, pool, service was good. Small criticism; communication amongst staff isn't the best; reception will say one thing, staff will say another, etc. Aside from that, very good. Simply a lovely Spanish Hotel, sits quietly up from the old town . Pool area is perfect place to chill out, relax, read a book and enjoy the tranquility ! I've been a few times over the years and it's lovely. Friendly staff and immaculately kept. The spa circuit is fantastic and we'll worth coming just for that. Massage and spa treatments also really good at reasonable prices.

We've stayed for 7 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing, very near the beach, great restaurants and shops. The staff has a great attitude to always help you find a solution. Breakfast is great, always with some variation in the menu so it doesn't get boring, but with consistency in the basic items. Finally, I thought the spa circuit was excellent! Really a gem....

Reason why i gave 5 star is because of the asian chef. I was having difficulty time eating food as there not much for vegitarians. I did complain but nothing much happened as there lack of communication. Till i spoke to this asian chef and he understood how me and my family felt. We stayed in garden lodges and it was nice location as we only had neighbours from two sides. But we could hear them pooping as walls were paper thin. I had to complain to one neighbour as their kids were running and screaming until 01.00 in the morning. Was impossible to sleep. I would definitely recommend security to drive around and see if people are meeting 22.00 curfew. Food very poor quality...

Lovely hotel, rooms were large and clean, beds were comfortable with nice pillows and bedding, terrace was large, lovely bathroom with hot walk in shower, beautiful pool area spotlessly clean, nice children's play area and shallow pool, inside heated pool, food was well cooked and good quality, staff were all pleasant.

This hotel is on the outskirts of the town, a 20min walk in. The hotel is a nice place to be. The surroundings are very well planted and green. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. The hotel offers a wide range of facilities to use, the main one being the pool. The staff are friendly and helpful. I'm sure we'll be coming here again.

We have literally just checked out (myself, my wife and my 5 year old daughter) and are already gutted! We have had the most amazing 8 days. We have just stayed here for a week and it was such an amazing stay! Food was great, I'm not quite sure what the other reviews about food were on about, there was always something we could eat. Room was nice and spacious with a balcony, pull out sofa bed for the kids wasn't the comfiest. Hotel was very clean, only thing I didn't like is the shower towels being put in the bidet, not very hygienic....

We really enjoyed! We will definitely be back! Our goal was for our 3 and 1 year old to have fun and we certainly achieved that and so did we. Very good facilities and unbeatable staff. The only thing that will change is the opening hours of the playground as being near the pool they also close it at 8. We spent 9 nights at this hotel. It’s our first time doing an all inclusive and overall we would come again. ROOMS spacious. Plenty of plugs. Cleaned every day if you wanted (we did every 3 days). Quiet at night. Good shower. POOL plenty of sun beds. Usually being so close to others is a turn off for me but we were able to move the beds to a quieter spot. Pool is busy but relaxing. We had a fantastic time at this hotel its spotless rooms cleaned everyday, had no problems with food either had different themes every ngt so good choices. Stayed at the Levante hotel, absolutely brilliant service in its entirety. Customer service was amazing, we had a problem with our booking that was our fault, but the staff got this resolved for no charge for us. What a fabulous hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. The restaurant is great and a great selection of food. The restaurant staff work tirelessly to make sure you have everything you need. The pools are set in a beautiful surrounding & the hotel is a 5 minute walk from the centre. Highly recommend this hotel for couples and family’s too.

We had a lovely 1 week break here. Lovely hotel. Staff were attentive and friendly. Wee felt well looked after. Facilities were good, great swimming pools. The meals were superb. If there was any negativity, it would be to comment on noise transference from rooms above and next door, could be improved. Also, tea/coffee faclities in the room would have been welcome.

Just spent short of a week at this wonderful hotel. Superb location and very restful tranquil grounds in the midst of the Benidorm action. All of the property is delightful albeit a little tired in places. All of the staff encountered were welcoming and helpful in particular the staff in the ‘level lounge’ with a special thanks to the ladies on the reception there.
