Stayed for 2 weeks at the end of June so not quite peak season. Had a lovely sea view room from which we could hear (and see) the sea. Room was ample big enough for 2 of us. This is an old review as came here with my family a long time ago, but it was a lovely hotel, absolutely amazing pool and good location. The rooms were nice and lovely balcony with a view of the pool. Would love to come back some day.

Brutal. Cozy restaurant. Sweet fameily environment. Perfect setting. Great and massively varied (including allergy and intolerance diets) breakfast. Amazing crafty beers from Doskiwis brewery. So all in all, truly amazing, no kidding xx

We give this hotel a very good rating because it compensates for what it is lacking. Everything seemed a bit aged but in good condition, rooms were simple but clean, the pool area solid, food in the restaurant was very good, location okay and the breakfast was great, too. The placement of the hotel was right next to the most turistic area (passeig maritim) and so close to the beach. The service, food and facilities were awesome. With a must needed parking and a pool. And the breakfast was served in a 4th floor with a nice view of the coast. We were so pleased. But don't expect lucirious rooms.

Having visited the Flamingo many times between 1994 & 2000 we where curious as to how the hotel had changed / improved . Flamingo 24 The accommodation itself is well worth the money however breakfast left a lot to be desired. There was often long queues for the hot plate and the food sometimes required to be microwaved. All in all though, we enjoyed our stay and thought that we got value for money.

Just returned from a week staying in the apartments as a family of 5. I only have positive things to say, we loved the pool area so relaxed and perfect for couples and families. The staff were amazing everytime, everyone was friendly and couldn't have worked harder. The location of the hotel is perfect too. I'm sure we will stay again.

We got a bargain three night stay via Agoda at less than £200, not a bad price. Good breakfast, balcony, reasonable sized room and of course a small swimming pool. Reception staff spoke English and there was paid parking.

I was not a hotel guest but felt like I was. Lovely friendly people that work there. They are like a family. Drinks and food for a great price. And a lovely terrace where you can look on the streets and believe me it never boring. I post a picture of the view.

Excellent and spotlessly clean family run hotel, a super week here. Staff very friendly, reception always smiling. We always travel out of season, it was just such a nice place to stay. Such a change to the vast chain owned hotels where nobody cares. This hotel is loved by its owners, that is so clear.

Hotel Medes II was a lovely hotel with amazing food and a great location and a very nice swimming pool. The staff were pleasant.

The Hotel Medes is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. I travel with my elderly parents who both have disabilities and dietary requirements and everything is catered for. What a great Hotel !! Just returned from ten days (booked with Jet2) staying at the Medes II - the staff were all friendly and very professional. Our room was perfect, bedding changed every other day, towels on request and cleaned every day to a very high standard. Basic hotel with likewise pricing. Conveniently located near the beach and centre. WIFI good, clean room, Basic breakfast. All in all, nothing fancy at a good price/quality ratio.

If you are looking for a chic place, this is not yours, of course. If you are looking for a place to stay while you enjoy the city at a cheap price, this is the best place. Super friendly staff, very close to the beach and you don’t have to pay for parking around the hotel, so you can park and walk not even 5 minutes to the beach.

A really friendly family run hotel where nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was so clean and full of charm. We had a fantastic weekend. A small local where we were lucky to find a place without reservation. Super friendly staff and super tasty and fresh dishes. We had the pleasure to see how everything was prepared in front of our eyes.

The hotel is well located and at the same time quite. Room was very confortable, clean and modern (compare to others on Costa Brava) and the bed amazing! But what it made the stay great were the hosters. They took care of everything, always with their best smile. We had an incredible breakfast and option for a breakfast in a bakery as we needed to get up earlier for diving. We will definitely recommend...

I haven't stayed at the hotel but i have eaten tapas in the restaurant a couple of times and I recommend it both for the quality of food and for the ambiance.

Apartments with two rooms reformed in 2018, all two room apartments face street side, which is fine, location on top of bakery and supermarket. Beds are good, 2 double beds and one couch bed. The apartments are quiet at night. Free parking in the area. The Italian recepcionist was very friendly and helpful.

Fabulous location as beach is a shirt walk from the front of the property. The supermarket is located underneath. Lovely swimming pool. The Apartment was very clean. Everything one needed was in it .I in particular found the bed comfortable. The noise levels meant restful sleep. The facility of having a washing machine meant less packing and tidying .
