Fabulous. A great place for our stopover. Easy access by road. Used the underground garage for our car but plenty of free parking available if required. A nice walk into town where there's lots to see and do. In fact too much for a 2 night stay so we will definitely be back. Thanks to all for a friendly and very comfortable stay

I like this hotel because it is very close to all the important places in Leon such as Catedral or the Museum. Just a stone throw without moving your car.

Located very far from center, but clean rooms and fair breakfast. Excellent service at reception and at the breakfast

I only visited the restaurant with some family but I must say the food lives up to a quality standard with typical foods at reasonable prices (specially for hotels)

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were ok. It was a great surprise for me to have a long pillow beside the regular pillow on the bed. I always sleep with a long pillow; this was the first time I had one in a hotel. It was good that it was within walking distance to the city center, 10 minutes by taxi to Leon university and Renfe station.

Very spacious room, perfect and clean bathrooms, lots of light, but above all the staff. Fantastic, friendly, very attentive and sensitive. Thank you all for your kindness

We find this chain to have excellent quality for the prices they charge. Location was good, about 3 blocks from Old Town.

Though I was only at the hotel for a brief meeting, I was pleased by the cleanliness and preparedness of the room. The inclusion of water and hard candies made for nice and simple peek at what seems to be a good place to stay.

Convenient location to the historic center of León. The hotel is a bit dated and the base price feels a bit high for the do commodities, nonetheless we got a good promotion that also allowed to cover the parking costs. Staff very nice and efficient. All in all a great option in León if you can get the right price

I liked so much the social part of the hotel, the rooms were comfortable and clean, the service very kind and the hotel was near the center, so everything was good.

The hotel is a bit outdated and you feel it mainly in the room, those who like antique furniture may like this place, but not particularly technological. PROS: location, price, rooms (but you have to get a renovated room) IF YOU GET A SUITE ASK FOR A ROOM IN THE 20’s (like room 320,420 etc) all tge other suites are way smaller. CONS: no gym! , lousy AC, random Bad smells in hallways *parking available for 14 euros a night in a very tight (but manageable) garage in the same building.

This was the 3rd hotel stay of our 2 week tour of Spain and my least favorite. Plus side: Location. Easy walk to areas of interest. Very friendly bilingual staff. Minus side. Absolutely incredible hotel, modern, spacious, and centrally located. I had to insist on a room with a king bed even though I had booked one as I was staying alone. Only 4 stars out of 5 as air conditioning did not work! Breakfast was your typical European standard. Missing the UK style hash browns, beans, Sausages etc... however, they did have roasted vegetables which were tasty and a decent coffee...

Nice, comfortable bed, spacious room. The laundry service is excellent - for one full hotel laundry bag (just stuff enough into that bag) and for only 15 euros. Drop it off at the front desk in the afternoon and we could get it all done by next morning -all neatly folded. The only one star off because of the breakfast starts too late (8 AM) for us.

Very nice stay in the heart of Leon. 2 min from the cathedral, comfortable bed, large bathroom, great breakfast. A perfect rest for an exhausted pilgrim !

This hotel is a gem. So centrally located yet not on the Main Street. The staff is exceptionally friendly and the price is unbeatable. I had a great stay here. Loved every bit of it including the vintage bathroom the little balcony and the great bed and linens.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay here while hiking the Camino. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and it was so nice to have a bathtub to soak in after a few cold days hiking. I just went for a ceremony over there. The place is nice, but perhaps a little too far from the city of León. The food experience was ok, though nothing to write home about it.

Nice pool, very friendly staff, breakfast is simple but the friendly staff makes up for that. Rooms are big but you can hear the tv of the neighbours. At night very quiet. We had lunch here on the terrace which was lovely, very peaceful and , overlooking the wonderful roman bridge. A major contrast in architectural styles, externally and internally... Great service and value.. would recommend for a quite few hours. Well worth a visit, stunningly ornate and impressive.

What an unexpected stunning surprise. True 5 star hotel in a centuries old massive historical building. 10 minutes walking from all the restaurants and bars. Definitely recommend staying here if in Leon.

Outstanding hotel. Comfortable, quiet, helpful and welcoming staff. Delicious breakfast buffet. Onsite parking. The building itself is the star of the show with beautiful cloisters and the church. Highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with a few major flaws. No gym, no International TV channels. Restaurant staff were lovely but the dining room feels like a parking lot with fluorescent overhead lighting, when they could just use the wall sconces and some candles. Along with the mediocre food kinda ruined this exquisite hotel experience.

One of the finest Paradores. The restoration of the buildings is remarkable and is itself worth a trip to León. My superior double was larger than some apartments I've lived in. The room was very comfortable and I slept well. The adjoining buildings are highlights of any visit to Spain and are standouts in León. Great location and size of rooms. Breakfast is also ok. The only point to improve are the TVs. They are old models, very small size and there is no possibility to connect own applications through mobile phone or smart tv functions.

The hotel is in a great location to explore the city on foot. The rooms are a good size and although, a little dated, are clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and breakfast was really nice. Car parking is located on the opposite side of the road and is underground. Lovely hotel right in the centre of Leon. Comfortable room. Fridge in the room..very handy to have cool drinks. 2 mins walk from the cathedral. The hotel is a very reasonably priced somewhat luxurious hotel an absolute prime location. There is a nice bar downstairs. Breakfast is offered in the basement and was quite adequate. Breakfast is offered at 7 AM but the lady was nice enough to let me in a little early. A major downside are the spa services they offer. They may be family friendly, but I found the sauna, the Turkish bath, and the Jacuzzi...

When I entered the hotel, I was immediately amazed! The decoration was beautiful and the employers kind and patient. The room was exactly my taste (there were some things which would need to be replaced, e.g. watermarks on the floor beneath the window, tapestry in the bathroom) but overall a nice place to stay! Good position, noce staff and the room was clean and spacious. There is also free parking place in the neighbourhood. Absolutely recommended!

Friendly staff, nothing is a problem. Very good breakfast. Notes: 1. Apparently chairs and hard floor cause a lot of noise downstairs, so be careful. 2. If you open the window you may get some cigarette smoke from your neighbours.

Very good stay in this hotel! The rooms are big, we stayed for 03 nights. It is about 15 minutes walking to city center. The hotel is near to restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy.

The location near the University is amazing, rooms are full equipped for whatever you will need, including tables and kitchen. I would absolutely go back there.

Quadruple room is 4 beds, 2 and 2 placed together, mattress on one of the beds was too squeaky and soft. We really liked the breakfasts.

The hotel is old/historic. Lots of charm. Friendly and helpful staff. However if you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. The floors creek, walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. This is not a criticism, just a warning. The location is wonderful. Close to the cathedral and Calle Ancha and an easy walk to and from the train station.

Friendly and helpful reception. Room was clean and had everything you'd expect. Good location. WiFi was not brilliant and I was a little tall for the bed ( I'm 5 ft 10 / 1.78 m).

It was perfectly fine. Except it was I'm possible to get the room cool. Whether with air conditioning on full or windows open.

The hotel interior is a bit outdated but was luxury a decade ago. It needs some maintenance, but value for money is good. Free coffee in the lobby. If you're by car, the hotel is build above a large parking garage, which is a bit expensive. Be creative and park the car somewhere else. The direct neighborhood is bad.

Clean. Quiet. Good bus service to Leon centre. Good prices and quality of food in the adjoining cafe. Staff at reception very helpful. Parking was secure underground but quite expensive and each motorbike could only use one bay. Breakfast at hotel was plentiful but often items were cold ie bacon and eggs. All in all a pleasant place to stay.

The hotel is nice! Clean and great rooms! There is wifi in the room! Cafe right below the hotel. Next to a large modern hospital. Minus next to nothing and far from the city!

Room was large and clean, as was the bathroom. No AC despite multiple calls and visits to the front desk. Was able to open the windows but very noisy. WiFi is terrible. Location is close to hospital, but requires a 1.2€ bus trip to the city center for sight seeing, shopping, and dining.

This is a 5 star, 4 star Hotel... the staff are super, very attentive. The parking while extra was very handy. The location was perfect, especially if you get room 206... This is an awesome and elegant hotel! After many long days on the Camino, I treated myself to a weekend here and was not disappointed. I enjoyed the very quiet room and the large bathroom. The location of this hotel can not be better. If you like walking you can see all touristic places of Leon by 15000 steps from the hotel. While your car is parked in their parking. Rooms are good side , very clean, with amenities and facilities. Breakfast is very good. Hotel is accessible for people using wheelchair. Hotel is pet friendly. If I go back to Leon, definitely will stay in this hotel

Fantastic place to stay in Leon. Central location, recently renovated building and rooms, the parking is right underneath the hotel. Can't ask for more for an urban hotel. Well located in the historic district of Leon. Everything you'd expect in a room was present and functional. Room too small. We had to close up luggage to avoid tripping. Restaurant not operational. Amazing location and nice and clean hotel. Little bit expensive since the breakfast and parking are not included in the price. The breakfast assistence was not optimal at all, the ladies were friendly but at busy times you have to wait quit some time to get your food.

Excellent quality price. The rooms and beds are spacious and despite having slept on a ground floor in the middle of a humid neighborhood, you can't hear from outside.

The treatment has been very pleasant. The hotel is immaculate, the rooms are spacious and modern, the bed comfortable and it is quiet despite being in the heart of the Húmedo. I recommend it 100%. Unbeatable price quality and exceptional location.
