The hotel is a bit outdated and you feel it mainly in the room, those who like antique furniture may like this place, but not particularly technological. The room I received was large and spacious with a balcony, but due to the noise of the street renovation I preferred a closed window. Hotel in a very central location, everything within walking distance, very helpful staff, reasonable breakfast for those looking for it, reasonable price in relation to the value.

Beautiful place and comfortable beds. The service at the restaurant was great and the receptionist was very helpful. Will stay here again.

PROS: location, price, rooms (but you have to get a renovated room) IF YOU GET A SUITE ASK FOR A ROOM IN THE 20’s (like room 320,420 etc) all tge other suites are way smaller.
CONS: no gym! , lousy AC, random

This was the 3rd hotel stay of our 2 week tour of Spain and my least favorite. Plus side: Location. Easy walk to areas of interest. Very friendly bilingual staff. Minus side. Rooms are dated and feel old. Not enough outlets. We had to unplug 2 lamps to charge our devices. WiFi did not work in our room. If I walked in the hall, no problem, but dead zone in our room. The front desk clerk restarted the router, but no luck. So I sat in the lobby to get work done.

Absolutely incredible hotel, modern, spacious, and centrally located.
I had to insist on a room with a king bed even though I had booked one as I was staying alone. Only 4 stars out of 5 as air conditioning did not work!
Breakfast was your typical European standard. Missing the UK style hash browns, beans, Sausages etc... however, they did have roasted vegetables which were tasty and a decent coffee ☕️ machine.
I'd definitely stay here again provided that the air conditioning is working properly.

Nice, comfortable bed, spacious room. The laundry service is excellent - for one full hotel laundry bag (just stuff enough into that bag) and for only 15 euros. Drop it off at the front desk in the afternoon and we could get it all done by next morning -all neatly folded. The only one star off because of the breakfast starts too late (8 AM) for us.

Wonderful staff.
I really enjoyed my two stays in the hotel. It is easy to reach from the motorway, and is just a few steps from the historic centre.
But I keep coming back to how helpful the staff are.

Nice rooms, in a great location for exploring the old city of Leon. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, both were excellent.

Excellent hotel. Excellent reception team. Spatious, clean & tidy bedroom with great bathroom. Nice and quiet on 7th floor with balcony views. Good breakfast. Short, easy & beautiful walk to Cathedral and tapas bars. Only thing I'd change is the pillows, they weren't bad but could be better.
