Struttura fantastica che si sviluppa su piu' piani e situata nel cuore di Luogo; cucina-mensa, spazio comune e lavanderia si trovano al terzo piano e sono di una bellezza architettonica inusuale. La cucina e' totalmente equipaggiata e dispone anche di due distributori automatici di bevande e snacks; la lavanderia, nonostante sia dotata di due stendini, manca di uno spazio aperto dove far asciugare...

The beds have blinds that gives privacy and blocked some noise. The location is inside the historic area and easy to visit museums and go to the supermarket. I was just concern about the cleanliness of the bed since the sheets are very thin and I don't know how often they wash the blankets.

The check in experience is a bit broken, but the managers at the bar downstairs were very helpful. Bathrooms were very clean, and beds are comfortable. However, common areas were not as clean as one would like (and thus the 4 stars).

Much less clean than I expected. There were earplugs from previous visitor, little dirty items. Blanket was full of little insects. Sheets and towel are one use only very thin, I would say useless. And common spaces not so big, not kind of friendly to join a group. Toilets are very few if room is full and no one clean them along the day/even if paper finish keep till next midday. I liked the band playing untill 11pm. The service was friendly even no english. Value for money at the price.

The room was nice and it had great views of the riverside. It was overall clean and they followed special measures for safety and higiene. That being said the price of a beer or a coffee was pretty high for what you could find around

Nice for a night if you're doing the trail, cheap. In terms of facilities, the room was quite good. The woman who served us pleasant.

Basic hostel. 35€ for a private double. Plastic mattresses and thin paper sheets. Does has blankets and plug sockets. No curfew. Friendly staff for check-in and attached cafe/bar looks nice. Mixed shared bathroom with little privacy. Limited kitchen with microwave and hot plate but no cutlery, plates, pots or pans. It’s a ok place if you arrive late on the Camino and need a bed and a wash.

Standard hostel at the city centre inside the wall, October 2017: 1 night for 2 people in a double bed room with private bathroom = 45€.

Great location. Ok amenities. Right by one of the gates through the wall. Beds are firm. Room is adequate but sparse. Good for the price IMHO.

Very nice staff. The room was fairly clean, but several small details could easily been improved, like the soap dispenser not working in the shower, another soap dispenser was without soap, the towels we hung so they easily could be dropped in the toilet, the shower curtain was far too long making it easy to step on while showing and I also did find the room a bit cold without being able to turn on...

Fantastic deal for the price. 24 euros for a private room with private bath. 24-hour staff that is quite attentive. The room does get very cold as they shut off the heat from midnight until 6pm, and the walls are thin, but you get a good night’s rest. Warning, the bathroom isn’t the cleanest.

Very nice place. The people hosting the hostal is really nice and will make their best for you to have a superb stay. The place is clean, nice showers, comfortable beds and really well located just few minutes from the wall and the centre with all the amenities just seconds from the place door !

Super friendly reception - gave me (a solo motorcyclist) some fab tips for places to visit and foods to try in restaurants all around Galicia. Rooms were much more than basic and clean, and were a delight to stay in.

A really friendly place where the staff look after you like family. The rooms are impeccably clean. The food service is prompt, simple but delicious. The location is just a perfect distance outside the Roman-walled centre of Lugo. This is a place frequented by locals for the cafe/bar and returned to by tourists. Certainly I intend to!

The best option for staying in Lugo. Great rooms with fun and uplifting decoration, kind and helpful staff, nice location and excellent cafeteria. 100% recommended.

Passage pension, we were one day. The location is not bad, about 10 minutes from the center on foot. The room is acceptable with a large bed and a small bed, it has a TV. It does not have air conditioning, so it gets a little hot. If you are unlucky, you may get some neighbors who make noise. The bathroom had no lock. Otherwise, pretty good, for a couple of days. Very nice and spacious room, totally new furnished. Very Comfortable bed. The from is very clean and the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

Amazing place! Very modern, lovely rooms, and wonderful bathrooms. One of the best features was the bed. Very comfortable! It's not within the city walls but within a walking distance. I would have stayed longer.

Due to a car breakdown I spent about three weeks in this student pension. Comfortable and welcoming rooms. Some problems caused by an imperfect soundproofing of the rooms, especially with particularly "Russian" guests. A cozy place with friendly treatment, very clean and cheap. Everything was well cared for, it also includes breakfast and it is a quiet place with a bathroom inside the room and a comfortable bed. Great value for the price.

it is close to the old town, maybe 200 metres from one of the gates through the fortified walls. the lady was lovely. it was was completely quiet and peaceful and spotlessly clean. oh and good value.
