We stayed in a lower level room than the one we booked. At our complaint the owner "kindly" clarified that it was up to him to decide on the assignments. OK but not cheaper than the one we booked.
The photogallery shows a buffet breakfast which was not available. A very limited breakfast was "kindly" served to us at the table.

Access to the establishment very dangerous, go down a lot of unstable steps! Not easy at all with suitcases. Very limited breakfasts, served at the table and not varied!!! Same things every morning. Fortunately, a good orange juice! Establishment well located for the view of Oviendo. Perfect cleanliness. Well received. For me, it's more of a pension than a hotel.

The most picturesque hotel I've ever been to where the views are only the second best part of your stay. This family run inn is plucked right out of a story book and the hosts could not have been more accommodating. Upon seeing that we were charged twice for our room they worked all morning calling any number of booking middlemen to get to the bottom of our issue. We LOVED our stay here, owe a huge thanks to Alejandro and his wife, and will absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Asturias.

Very nice hotel, recommended for a trip to Ovideo or the surrounding area. We were able to spend four days there. And with pleasure! Due to its location it is very quiet and has a beautiful view over the city. Don't be put off by the narrow road to the hotel, just drive up or down quietly. Nothing wrong. Don't expect a high-tech hotel with lots of glass and steel, but a nice family hotel where you are a guest.
Alejandro, the owner, is super nice and attentive. It's full of information about Asturias, make use of it! By car you can reach a parking garage in the center of Oviedo within fifteen minutes.
All in all highly recommended.

this is such a beautiful and clean hotel throughout. the rooms are all different; spacious with natural light and quality furnishings. The host/owner is so caring and considerate his customer service was spot on.

I visited with my mother and I think they accidentally gave us the most romantic room with a beautiful view from the giant bathtub. It was unexpected for us but I'm sure someone would really love that on holiday.
