Possibly the nicest staff member at reception I have ever met in any hotel anywhere. I don’t know her name but her manager will, which is the most important thing really. Date of stay: 8 /9 Sept 2024. She should be a senior manager in this hotel group as she has effortless natural skills when it comes to welcoming and helping guests. Smiling and warm and a great ambassador not just for the hotel group...

We had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean, comfortable, large, recently refurbished. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Quick check in. Is our second stay. We will come back for sure.

Love this place! Located very conveniently, between the train and bus terminals makes it easy to get to. From here the beautiful city centre is an easy walk. The staff are the best, both friendly and helpful. A great value for Camino trekers and other guests.

Parking is immediately to the right of the lobby behind a gated entry. Due to room limitations they upgraded us to a phenomenal room. Breakfast was decent, but not the same quality as many of the casa rurals we visited on our vacation.

Located next to the bus station, very central and easy to get around

Rooms are clean. Very noisy part of the city and parking is for small vehicles only. Breakfast was good, however coffee machine shut off early and it is completely self serve.

Not far from city centre and even so, 2 supermarkets within walking distance. One is not 5 minutes' walk away. Another is in a shopping centre less than 7 minutes walk away. Also can find restaurants, laundromats, ATMs, etc within 15mins walk. Even within the hotel they have a cafe that serves breakfast - costs extra, not included in hotel fee. We decided to spend a few days in Asturias and chose Oviedo as our dormitory town. Exactly, the Hotel Carbayon. Pets are allowed and it is half an hour's walk from the center of Oviedo. Very good treatment by the staff and very rich breakfast. Simple but sufficient rooms. Easy parking.

Astonishing building. Really not 5 star service or much care - staff mostly seemed self important. But some touches of kindness from Silvio(?) on reception a good person. Friendly and polite staff, excellent price, quiet, exceptionally clean rooms, and a nice view. Very nearby a small park, a LIDL and the hospital as well as various cafes and shops. Recommended! If you are visiting the hospital or going to the train/bus station, location is 5/5.

It was very silent and the room was good. Good break from hostel life.

Room really small and not new furniture, but clean, fresh and no bad smell. After a long walking day small bath to lay in hot water just what you need for your legs. Happy with purchase. Breakfast +6 euros. I am happy and recommend.

We loved our stay in Silken Monumental Naranco. The hotel is located towards the outside of the city, surrounded by bars and restaurants nearby. An OK hotel. Not great, but not bad either. Location is not ideal… a long walk into town and not much in the area. The hotel is a little tired, but has all the main facilities. The key cards failed to work every time and we had to keep going back to reception. A little overpriced for what it is. But handy that it has its own parking.

Great location, 15 minutes waking from city center. Big free parking lot. The rooms are very nice. Big Confortable beds, modern decoration and very quiet. The view from our room was also quite nice. The WiFi was much better than I expected, fast enough to watch Netflix.

Great hotel in a beautiful part of Oviedo. Attention to the audience was impeccable, despite the fact that we survived one night. Lovely rooms modern bathroom with electrical plugs for charging on both sides of the bed. Beds are great. Breakfast is good and they keep it refilled. This is well located near the old City. There is a bunch of construction right now and it's tough to get to right now

Quite an unusual little room due to its shape, perfect for a few days stay and decorated very nicely. The location is ideal but still quiet at night. My wife was taken ill shortly after our arrival and the staff were excellent helping me get into proper medical care. On our return to the hotel they were again very helpful and solicitous. Don't think they could have been any better! The Hotel is beautifully placed to explore the historical sites of Oviedo.

Apparently this is one of the most historic hotels in the city. However they did an splendid job in the renovations: modern touches that still make the place look historic and old. The place was nice, this is an old hotel that has been refurbished. The room (414) was comfortable, and because of facing a back Street it was quiet. There are only two small lifts and a small staircase is mandatory from reception to get to them. However there is same level/with ramp access from the underground garage. We were allowed to leave the room late when requested.

Nice quiet hotel easy to reach at the ring of Oviedo. You can stop in front of the door to do the check in. The hotel has it's own inside parking. The service is good, the bedrooms are large and clean. From the hotel you can walk in 5 minutes to the very nice old city center.

We stayed here for 1 night before heading to Santander and the ferry home. The check in process was very quick and the staff very informative about how to get to the old town and areas of interest. Very nice smart well located spacious hotel and a great breakfast choice. Only fly in the ointment -their own covered parking great, but at €10 per day one expects to be able to get out of it without a 20 minute wait for the exit barrier to be raised. Had to go down 2 flights to reception to ask them to raise it & even then had to wait nearly another 5 minutes for it to happen. Annoying.

A large and well maintained hotel relatively close to the old centre of Oviedo (6 - 10 mins walking). The rooms are spacious and perfectly clean. Although the hotel is on a busy ring road, the sound proofing in the rooms is excellent. The staff are very courteous and helpful. We happily recommend this hotel.

Extremely large room, good location if you are driving. What really let this place down was the breakfast. Because of COVID restrictions you have to pre-book your table, they don't have enough tables for everyone, and getting food is super slow because you aren't allowed to help yourself -- a staff member must do it for you.

For the price you really can't beat this hotel. The location is fantastic and enables walking everywhere in Oviedo easily, including to train and buses. Front desk staff was very friendly. The NH has a central location in Oviedo, and offers comfortable rooms, and very good service. Perhaps the only criticism is that as a fairly standard corporate hotel it doesn't have a great deal of character, but the service, cleanliness, spacious rooms and general comfort make up for this. Fantastic place, we had a great room with a view directly on the Catedral. Staff is nice and helpful, location just perfect. We had a great stay!

Quiet room was a big plus. the View was not the best- looking on the inside. Beds to small and missing one bedside table with electricity plug (there was only one) good was the shower, and think that in General it is great that (most) rooms are wheelchair friendly. For the rest I think they could publish more about the history as it is located in an old part of a bank.

I've tried hotel Ramiro for a business trip and what I've appreciated the most were position and service. Well located between city center and Congress center. Both are 10/15 min walking distance. Staff is very kind. Room are ok, large with bed king size and clean but hotel looks vintage. It would need a restyle.

Very nice property conveniently located in downtown Oviedo. Definitely a good value for the price paid. Great shower, clean rooms and super quiet. Pillows could probably use an upgrade.
