Possibly the nicest staff member at reception I have ever met in any hotel anywhere. I don’t know her name but her manager will, which is the most important thing really. Date of stay: 8 /9 Sept 2024. She should be a senior manager in this hotel group as she has effortless natural skills when it comes to welcoming and helping guests. Smiling and warm and a great ambassador not just for the hotel group...

We had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean, comfortable, large, recently refurbished. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Quick check in. Is our second stay. We will come back for sure.

Love this place! Located very conveniently, between the train and bus terminals makes it easy to get to. From here the beautiful city centre is an easy walk. The staff are the best, both friendly and helpful. A great value for Camino trekers and other guests.

Parking is immediately to the right of the lobby behind a gated entry. Due to room limitations they upgraded us to a phenomenal room. Breakfast was decent, but not the same quality as many of the casa rurals we visited on our vacation.

Located next to the bus station, very central and easy to get around

Rooms are clean. Very noisy part of the city and parking is for small vehicles only. Breakfast was good, however coffee machine shut off early and it is completely self serve.

Great hotel close to the city center, good service.

We loved our stay in Silken Monumental Naranco. The hotel is located towards the outside of the city, surrounded by bars and restaurants nearby. Only a 10 minute walk from Carlos Tartiere stadium, and about a 20minute walk from the oldtown. Friendly staff, clean rooms and nice breakfast. The location is excellent for someone going to the Fernández Vega Eye Clinic nearby. It's not as convenient for visiting downtown, but it's still walkable. An OK hotel. Not great, but not bad either. Location is not ideal… a long walk into town and not much in the area. The hotel is a little tired, but has all the main facilities. The key cards failed to work every time and we had to keep going back to reception. A little overpriced for what it is. But handy that it has its own parking.

Great location, 15 minutes waking from city center. Big free parking lot. The rooms are very nice. Big Confortable beds, modern decoration and very quiet. The view from our room was also quite nice. The WiFi was much better than I expected, fast enough to watch Netflix.

Great hotel in a beautiful part of Oviedo. Attention to the audience was impeccable, despite the fact that we survived one night. The staff provided us with all the necessary information so that we could enjoy the city, both historical and gastronomic. 100% recommended for the above and for the price / quality ratio. Stayed here one night last week. Hotel nicely located near the bus & train stations, although we came by car. Garage parking on site available. Room great. Staff very helpful, particularly as we needed to get a COVID test before leaving. Directed us to a clinic just a 5-minute walk away, even writing out what we needed to say knowing there wouldn't be English spoken there. Route to the historic center...

Lovely rooms modern bathroom with electrical plugs for charging on both sides of the bed. Beds are great. Breakfast is good and they keep it refilled. This is well located near the old City. There is a bunch of construction right now and it's tough to get to right now

This hotel was great. The only issue I had was slow free wifi, but the beds were comfortable and the accommodations were amazing. Breakfast was tasty too. Great variety.

Quite an unusual little room due to its shape, perfect for a few days stay and decorated very nicely. The location is ideal but still quiet at night. The room was very clean and the beds super comfy which makes a huge difference. Nice shower and bath with bath salts provided too! Very cosy all in all. I went for work, and I have to say that I liked it. The attention of the receptionists was more than correct, and the room is functional and different from other hotels.

Central hotel, good location. Good treatment and good breakfast. The worst the room, very small. Hardly enough space, small bed for the usual in a 4 * hotel

My wife was taken ill shortly after our arrival and the staff were excellent helping me get into proper medical care. On our return to the hotel they were again very helpful and solicitous. Don't think they could have been any better! The Hotel is beautifully placed to explore the historical sites of Oviedo.

Apparently this is one of the most historic hotels in the city. However they did an splendid job in the renovations: modern touches that still make the place look historic and old. The rooms were really clean and spacious. The bar was incredible, very Mad Men. Super conveniently located and despite they don't have parking on the building, they offer free parking one block away, so not a big deal at...

The place was nice, this is an old hotel that has been refurbished. The room (414) was comfortable, and because of facing a back Street it was quiet. There are only two small lifts and a small staircase is mandatory from reception to get to them. However there is same level/with ramp access from the underground garage. We were allowed to leave the room late when requested.

Nice quiet hotel easy to reach at the ring of Oviedo. You can stop in front of the door to do the check in. The hotel has it's own inside parking. The service is good, the bedrooms are large and clean. From the hotel you can walk in 5 minutes to the very nice old city center.

We stayed here for 1 night before heading to Santander and the ferry home. The check in process was very quick and the staff very informative about how to get to the old town and areas of interest. The room was great, 3 of us staying in 1 room there was plenty of space for all of us plus the motorcycle gear. The room was clean and tidy and well appointed with a mini fridge. Very nice smart well located spacious hotel and a great breakfast choice. Only fly in the ointment -their own covered parking great, but at €10 per day one expects to be able to get out of it without a 20 minute wait for the exit barrier to be raised. Had to go down 2 flights to reception to ask them to raise it & even then had to wait nearly another 5 minutes for it to happen. Annoying.

A large and well maintained hotel relatively close to the old centre of Oviedo (6 - 10 mins walking). The rooms are spacious and perfectly clean. Although the hotel is on a busy ring road, the sound proofing in the rooms is excellent. The staff are very courteous and helpful. We happily recommend this hotel.

Extremely large room, good location if you are driving. What really let this place down was the breakfast. Because of COVID restrictions you have to pre-book your table, they don't have enough tables for everyone, and getting food is super slow because you aren't allowed to help yourself -- a staff member must do it for you.

For the price you really can't beat this hotel. The location is fantastic and enables walking everywhere in Oviedo easily, including to train and buses. Front desk staff was very friendly. Only downside was no room service but this is quite common and the location has a lot of places to eat. Recommend the room with the deck view!!

The NH has a central location in Oviedo, and offers comfortable rooms, and very good service. Perhaps the only criticism is that as a fairly standard corporate hotel it doesn't have a great deal of character, but the service, cleanliness, spacious rooms and general comfort make up for this. I've tried hotel Ramiro for a business trip and what I've appreciated the most were position and service. Well located between city center and Congress center. Both are 10/15 min walking distance. Staff is very kind. Room are ok, large with bed king size and clean but hotel looks vintage. It would need a restyle.

Extremely mediocre hotel. The A/C was not working in multiple rooms, and many rooms cannot reach the wifi. Beware that many rooms face a street loaded with night life and lack soundproofing.

Loved our stay here. Right on gascona street where all the sidrerias are located. Walking distance to train station and city center. Big spacious rooms, friendly staff. Clean, comfortable, wifi was only a bit spotty at times and had no great connection in all areas.

The hotel is in the immediate vicinity of the heart of Gascona. It takes 5 minutes walk from the train station to reach to hotel. The hotel is well structured and rooms are generous in size as well as comfort. It is an excellent bargain for what you get at an incredible honest rate. I could ask to late check out till 1 pm and for further delay the amount requested to pay is minimum. I highly recommend...

Great location, on Gascona street where most of the restaurants are, a very short walk to the church and the main square. Very nice clean and spacious rooms, they offer parking at 11€ a night. If a where to visit Oviedo again would stay here for sure.

Very good location, nice facilities, very clean, but bad service

Generally I was quite dissatisfied with my stay a this hotel; however, the older of the two men on the front desk (bearded) was friendly, professional and courteous. The other guy...not so much... There were two elevators - only one of which served the top floor (6th). It was also shared with the cleaning staff and involved a long wait. We chose the suite and regretted it. We stayed here for two nights before starting the Camino Primitivo. The hotel was in a great location for the Camino and for everything in Oviedo. The room was really clean and had everything that we needed. The standout was the service though - every person was friendly, helpful and willing to deal with our very bad attempts at speaking Spanish. What I found embarrassing is that the receptionist didn’t know A WORD in English. Completely unprepared and we had a lot of difficulties trying to communicate with her. The shower was strange and sprinkled water everywhere, but this is the only thing. The room is really big, bed is cosy, amazing view and very helpful stuff!

All good, we came during the off season for just one night. The reasons for only 3 stars on the room: The set-up of the bathroom is very strange. You can look inside from the main room. I don't mind looking at my partner while showering, but not so much on the toilet. Also the shower was broken and so dirty that the water just shot out in all directions.
