Was nice a great location but the reception was being remodelled and so was closed but the staff were very nice and the room was a bit cramps with 3 beds (we only needed 2) and nowhere for me to do my morning yoga

You can’t beat this location, steps away from the old town area. The hotel was totally fine and definitely basic. Rooms are small, that’s normal for Europe. the shower was excellent. We liked having a balcony to step out onto and get fresh air. The two person lift was helpful since otherwise we had to walk up 4 flights.
However the walls are a bit thin and we heard neighbors conversations pretty clearly. There was water damage in various corners of the room and bathroom. It felt like the hotel was either about to be renovated or was in progress of renovations. The lobby attendant had a temporary rolling desk and no chair, and the lobby was not very welcoming. Functional but not decorated attractively.
The parking is around the corner in a neighboring garage you have to manually open and close the doors. There is no electric charging in the garage.
I might stay here again for a last minute booking but it feels like there are probably comparable places to stay for that quality if you book a little more in advance.

Perfectly good hotel in Central Pamplona close to bus station. Slightly odd check in system online but it worked. The room was small but perfectly comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Plenty of convenient plugs which most hotels don't do. Overall recommended. Service only 4* because we barely saw them or needed them but the receptionist we met was very charming.

We were given the attic, and there were only stairs up to the fifth floor; we had to clamber up to the sixth floor. The bed was very hard and the sheets were rough, scratching our skin. At night, a red security light came on, keeping me awake. We could also hear the elevator going up and down, as if we were on a spaceship taking off. Everything was pretty shabby. The service was very poor. I wouldn't go back there, not even in my head.

Had a confirmed booking for almost three months before this hotel canceled my room a week before I was supposed to arrive. Because it’s during a festival, there are little options to choose from, so I had to end up canceling the trip and take a big loss on train tickets I had purchased to get there. They did offer to put me in another hotel, but it was over four miles outside of the city center and cost almost $100 less than I’d paid for this room. Who was keeping that money? Because it’s so busy, I didn’t want to risk not being able to get into the city, so I turned this offer down. If they over booked, I’d like to know why they waited until a week before to cancel. They had three months to figure out this mistake. Ridiculous. I’d give negative stars if possible. I don’t see how they can charge you for canceling, but have no repercussions canceling on you whenever they want to. Terrible.

Totally overpriced. Cigarette butts in paper cups on the balcony. Tiny tiny room. Panels torn out of the wall. Mold in the shower. Very noisy. Nobody picked up the phone when we tried to call. Could not check in when we arrived, as the siesta was still on.... What??

Reception not the greatest. Only manned certain hours, including phone. Reception area under construction. Have to carry luggage up one flight of stairs to access elevator. No room keys, they email an access code to you. Once we got into room it was pretty good. Neighbors were noisy . Noisy traffic starts about 6 or 7.

This was a tough one to rate. My husband and I got stranded in Pamplona on August 31st when we missed our bus, so we got a last minute room here around midnight. The two guys at the desk couldn't have been nicer, and even loaned us a phone charger. The room was surprisingly spacious and nicely styled, equipped with essentials proportionate to the price.
But the skylight in the bathroom was left open with no discernible way of closing it aaaand... when we woke up in the morning, we discovered that under my husband's pillow was an irrefutable small dried puddle of blood. Not enough for a murder or anything. Probably just a nosebleed. So I don't think anyone died on that bed, unless they were a hemophiliac. Would've been a bigger puddle then I suppose. These are things one shouldn't have to ponder from a hotel stay, I think. I mean...just...yikes.

Extremely clean and well located.
24h reception is always helpful.
Position is perfect if U want to visit Pamplona.
Rooms r very very small, perfect for 1 or 2 nights but nothing more than this...
