Nice hotel and service. The room was sparkling clean, and the beds were very confy (even the one that was suppletory). Parking 24h and we paid 11 euros for the day (10 pm to 8 pm). Bus to city center takes 15 minutes (1.6 euros per person) and the station is very close (5 minutes walk)

There’s only one thing I can’t understand: they open the gym at 8h…. At 8h!! What about if you’re there to work and you start earlier??

Very nice hotel. The location couldn't be better for exploring the old town. Rooms comfortable with very hot water / shower. The bar is very is very nice indeed, and popular with locals although it does close rather early. We opted not to use the underground parking at €18 a day (I spent that money on food and drinks instead! A much better idea.)

Its a basic business hotel. The rooms were clean but amenities or details could be better like not havig plastic cups, plastic garbage can & plastic seat in the bathroom. That made it feel like a cheap hotel. The service was good. The breakfast was good & it had parking.

Great four star hotel. Located in the modern part of the city, but not far at all from the Citadel and the medieval city. It's a very convenient location. Nice and cozy rooms, with all the comforts, although not large. Very kind service. Internal restaurant. Many alternatives to eat and drink outside in the immediate surroundings.

Such a good hotel in terms of price-quality ratio. If you need or have a relative who is in a nearby hospital, you want to stay here. The restaurant is also very tasty and the rooms have everything you need. I am very impressed with the quality of this hotel, many hotels can learn about such an establishment. Extreme water noises in the bedroom coming from other bedrooms, must be WC flushing. And other door slamming noises and voices. Couldn't sleep good.

Great hotel with the right location for business or visiting. Anyhow, hotels are more and more expensive every year thanks to the booking sharks.

We had 4 beds, but only 3 of them had proper duvets, and one of the beds on the bunk bed is on the floor. All the channels on the TV are in spainish and you can't connect your phone.

I had read really bad reviews about this hotel and was a bit worried about our stay. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and tidy. We didn't really have much interaction with the staff, just trying to talk to someone on the front desk, who was always busy.

Easy on-street parking by the park across from the hotel. Good for walking the dog. Check-in was friendly and efficient. The room overlooked the park...and the car. Comfortable room, huge bed. Excellent breakfast, probably the best I've seen compared to the usual chain hotels. This was our second stay, great place for a break when driving south to the sun!

The receptionist, Ms. Rocio Lopez, is very friendly. She explained about Pamplona's festival San Fermin in detail. Also the hotel's location is just walking distance to the bulls' running route with so many bars and pubs. Even some are Michelin guide recommendation. Had our tapas in Bar Guria. So yummy

The hotel is located just 3 minutes walk from the Plaza de Toros and about 10 minutes from the old Town. Service is exceptional, they go far above the standard, just helping with small details that make a great difference. The rooms are spacious and new, the beds are very comfortable. The room was ok, kind of standard: queen bed, desk, wifi, small bar fridge, TV. The drawbacks: no bath tub- only shower, no iron and board, sound proofing is not great. As for hotel services: Breakfast was quite good with several kinds of ham, bacon, egg, cheese, bread, pastries, fruit, coffee, juices. Not a single vegetable though... Hotel does not have washers and dryers for guests use, only pay...

The location is perfect. Walking distance to the plaza, tapas restaurants and taverns, but far enough away that the evening noise will not keep you awake. Breakfast is meat, cheese, beautiful breads, fruit, and coffee. The rooms are small and very comfortable; everything you need included. The service is friendly and not overly fussy. Enjoy!

This is the second time me and my partner stayed here. It is a great place to relax in soft beds and nice staff. The food in the restaurant is also superb, as well as their breakfast and spa.

It was about a 20 minute walk to the city center & the shuttle service was sporadic at night. Twice after calling for the 24 hour San Fermin shuttle I was told it would arrive in 20 minutes. We did not stay here but did take the Michelin Star tasting menu. It’s like nothing you’d have had before, virtually plant based and although we were told in advance it starts at 8.00pm and takes 3 1/2 hours it actually took over four hours which made it quite a marathon both in terms of endurance and the amount you were expected to consume. Nice modern and small hotel in the commercial area of Pamplona. Easy to get to in a car and approximately 25 minutes’ walk through a nice park and then some wide streets on commercial avenues to get to the old town. Hotel itself was small and very simple with not many facilities (just communal coffee etc facilities) but was perfect for us for an overnight stay. Staff very helpful.

Great small hotel near CUN and Pamplona hospital complex. Clean, spacious and minimalist rooms. Decent breakfast even during COVID-19. The staff is really helpful and cordial. Has also a common kitchen and washing machine, ideal for longer stays. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting on a business trip.

Very basic very small room. Not spotlessly clean. But right in the centre. So perfect location. Breakfast is minimal and not worth paying for. A few slices of ham and cheese, a few plain yogurts, but none are refrigerated, dry bread and far too sweet croissants. You’ll have better at a cafe on the same street. Staff not really interested or motivated.

It was very affordable, clean and comfortable. The rooms were pretty small though, but for the money we paid I am not really complaining.

Stayed in room with private bathroom. Basic, affordable, still clean, what wed expected. Can be a bit noisy from the street and nearby cathedral bells. Location is what sells this place. Receptionist was welcoming, no issues. There is an elevator.

Friendly hotel in fantastic location. Good, simple breakfast and some of the most interesting Tapas in the evenings. Parking is an issue but to be expected as hotel is in centre of town however you can park outside briefly to unload luggage. Definitely recommend.

I went with my husband in San Fermín. We went there to have dinner on Saturday night. It was so rainy and all the restaurants were full. We had a 25€ menú per each person. It had 3 starters and a principal dish. Drinks and bread was included in price. All dinner was delicious. They have so many desserts to choose. The service was fast and the waitress was fantastic with us. I recommend it.

This is my favourite hotel. It’s got good value, good service, with clean comfortable rooms on a quiet street close to the gardens and city wall.

The room is a little small and WiFi quite slow. Apart from that as advertised, the location is great, staff were really sweet and polite. For a last minute, one off stay in Pamplona, would recommend.

Very nice value for the money. The beds in our room were a bit short - if you are above 180 cm. Also we had to separate beds into each other. They could have been strapped together. They kept sliding away from eachother. A bit noise from other rooms. The breakfast is ok except for the coffee. 4-5 stars considered the price.

Hotel de estilo rústico muy acogedor! Muy recomendable para peregrinos, camas muy cómodas! Cercano al Casco Antiguo de Pamplona y muy silencioso por las noches! Desayunos completos: café, zumos, pastas, pan, cereales... La habitación muy limpia y luminosa (5a planta). Tienen wifi en todo el establecimiento. Gente muy amable y atenta en todo momento! I stayed at Hotel Tres Reyes in June 2024. Nice bedrooms, friendly staff, great location. Breakfast buffet was also good and offered a variety of options. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay.

Are you a Camino pilgrim? Are you a bit over crowded albergues, waiting half an hour for a shower, and having to go out in the rain for meals? Do yourself a favor, stay here a couple of nights. Bath. Kettle. Coffee maker. Views to die for. Splendid food. Ahhh 😍

Solid hotel literally steps away from the city center. Large bathrooms and rooms give you more than enough space to relax comfortably. It is a luxury hotel so the prices are sure to be high, I would say that they are quite ok.

You simply cannot beat the location of this hotel. It sits quietly on a corner that communicates with the main highlights of the city without the congestion. We were able to walk everywhere. The hotel has a contemporary feel with nice rooms, good amenities and great service. I will definitely stay again when in Pamplona.

This hotel y far from downtown but it has few restaurants nearby. The room does not have closet so you cannot hang your clothes. Breakfast is good with fresh orange juice and decent bakery.

There was no kettle, but there was a hair dryer. It suits me better. the rooms are not noisy, you can sleep well. there is a restaurant on the ground floor, you need to book a table, as there are a lot of visitors at lunch. they cook delicious))

Hotel lobby looks nice and has friendly staff.The room was clean and comfortable but rather dated. The hotel's not particularly well situated if tourism is your reason for staying. My room had stable and reasonably fast WiFi.

Quiet area, well connected and 10 minutes or so by bus from the old town. Soundproof, clean and spacious room. I love the modern decor, pretty soothing for eyes. Friendly staffs. I would have expected the breakfast to be complementary like all other similar range hotels. Recommended.

This place is super legit because the rooms are massive, filled with light, and some of the most luxurious I’ve stayed in at any hotel anywhere. The hotel is also super centrally located in the square and very historic with an Ernest Hemingway room and all. There’s also always one staff member at the front desk who speaks multiple languages which is awesome! My only constructive comment is the breakfast...

Nice design, clean rooms, very nice staff, decent food, BUT your wifi sucks, you need an update, change the modems, I couldn’t even connect with my iPhone because the Wifi is not secure. Would’ve given you 4 stars but the staff was really nice and helpful.

Perfect place to get it all together when starting the Camino from Pamplona. A little pampering is special and helps one recover from jet lag before starting the walk to Santiago . 5 minute taxi from the train station. Great staff and comfortable bed. Convenient to the sights of the old part of town.

Really enjoyed our stay here. We used to live in Pamplona and it was great to be in a room with a balcony out to the street just how Pamplona is fun to experience. The rooms were large, well decorated for the most part, and staff very nice and helpful. Odd that laundry and such is stored in the stairwell, but otherwise pretty fantastic, and the location is great too.

Excellent boutique hotel. Quiet, comfortable sleep and fantastic service. Accommodated a very early check-in and were helpful the entire time. This hotel is located just outside the main old town tourist section, but only about a five minute walk away from everything.

This hotel had great service and was really clean. The staff were all very great and they welcomed my dog. Even when my dog got a little out of hand of they were very nice about it. A good quality hotel for a one night trip on our way across the Pyrénees mountains to Bagneres-de-Bigorre. The restaurant was closed on our day of visit. Breakfast was good but not buffet but limited choices.

This is a nice, modern hotel with friendly staff! It offered free secure parking for our motorbikes and the breakfast was good. Most importantly the mattress was firm. You can also walk into the old part of the town from here in about 15-20 minutes. All in all good value for money.

We really liked our stay here, we booked it last minute while travelling back home for one night only. The location is just perfect, the staff is super friendly, but the thing I will remember most from this hotel is the excellent scrabble eggs for the breakfast - just perfectly made😋 The only annoying thing was the double bed we had in the room which was basically the two twin beds on wheels xD

Perfectly good hotel in Central Pamplona close to bus station. Slightly odd check in system online but it worked. The room was small but perfectly comfortable beds and clean bathroom. You can’t beat this location, steps away from the old town area. The hotel was totally fine and definitely basic. Rooms are small, that’s normal for Europe. the shower was excellent. We liked having a balcony to step out onto and get fresh air. The two person lift was helpful since otherwise we had to walk up 4 flights. However the walls are a bit thin and we heard neighbors conversations pretty clearly...

Have been using this hotel for many years now. It's always been clean and modern. Their prices have risen over the years and I think it's time we started to look at others. Don't get me wrong. It's location is perfect for the attractions in the centre of town but for Spanish hotels it's starting to get expensive.

It is a recently remodeled hotel, the room is spacious, clean, centrally located. The staff very attentive, welcoming, you felt comfortable. The quality-price ratio is good. Without a doubt I would repeat, highly recommended.

Arrived very late and was kindly assisted by the night desk attendant. Room was clean and comfortable. The morning desk attendant (I think his name as Eduardo) was very helpful in arranging our return visit on a very busy weekend and in helping get the bus to St Jean Pied a Port to begin our Camino. On our return through Pamplona he helped us find a spa and arranged for a cab to take us there...

Rarely have I felt so welcomed and at home. The staff were beyond friendly and went the extra mile to make sure that everything was perfect during my stay. Thank you also for the restaurant recommendations. The location is great. So was the room and the breakfast. I will definitely return.
