Great! We didn't try the restaurant. Clean, good service, and very comfortable beds.

It was pretty nice, especially the bathroom. The beds were fine, but in the triple room, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable; it wasn't worth it.

It's an old hotel with average facilities, but the living environment is acceptable.

The room was large, check-in was quick, the front desk service was attentive, the breakfast was very good, especially the eggs cooked to order, which could be paired with a lot of rich ingredients, especially asparagus, which was a pleasant surprise and an unforgettable stay.

Stayed here three nights while visiting Pamplona. Extremely courteous staff, very helpful and accommodating.

Very nice hotel. The location couldn't be better for exploring the old town. Rooms comfortable with very hot water / shower. The bar is very is very nice indeed, and popular with locals although it does close rather early. We opted not to use the underground parking at €18 a day (I spent that money on food and drinks instead! A much better idea.)

Great location, breakfast, bacon not cooked eggs cold. Biggest complaint is internet is very sloooooow, TV does not work as no internet. Bed comfortable, room clean, laundry expensive.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff, bilingual. Rooms are like most European very small. Lots of noise but I was there for San fermin festival (singing, dancing and drinking in streets all night long) not hotels fault and that's why I was there. Good staff, food and bar.

Its a basic business hotel. The rooms were clean but amenities or details could be better like not havig plastic cups, plastic garbage can & plastic seat in the bathroom. That made it feel like a cheap hotel. The service was good. The breakfast was good & it had parking.

Great four star hotel. Located in the modern part of the city, but not far at all from the Citadel and the medieval city. It's a very convenient location. Nice and cozy rooms, with all the comforts, although not large. Very kind service. Internal restaurant. Many alternatives to eat and drink outside in the immediate surroundings.

Not giving 5/5 because there is still room for improvement in the following areas: toilet paper is cheap & bad quality, internet signal is coming and going and generally speaking too bad as well. Otherwise, a fantastic hotel, amazing food, great-kind-and always available staff. Definitely a place to go if you pass by Pamplona. For the hotel managers: for the price we pay a far better internet network...

Extreme water noises in the bedroom coming from other bedrooms, must be WC flushing. And other door slamming noises and voices. Couldn't sleep good.

Great hotel with the right location for business or visiting. Anyhow, hotels are more and more expensive every year thanks to the booking sharks.

We had 4 beds, but only 3 of them had proper duvets, and one of the beds on the bunk bed is on the floor. All the channels on the TV are in spainish and you can't connect your phone.

I had read really bad reviews about this hotel and was a bit worried about our stay. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and tidy. We didn't really have much interaction with the staff, just trying to talk to someone on the front desk, who was always busy.

Everything was very good, the hotel and its location. The only really uncomfortable detail was the following: the towels were new and they were placed without first being washed, they had a kind of strong chemical smell and when they dried they did not absorb the water and left your whole body full of lint. It was really unpleasant that all the body towels were like this, I mentioned it at reception...

Easy on-street parking by the park across from the hotel. Good for walking the dog. Check-in was friendly and efficient. The room overlooked the park...and the car. Comfortable room, huge bed. Excellent breakfast, probably the best I've seen compared to the usual chain hotels. This was our second stay, great place for a break when driving south to the sun!

Luxury hotel in a beautifully restored palace, centrally located in the casco antiguo of Pamplona. Great place to splurge after a hard day on the Camino de Santiago.

Part hotel, part museum. Beautiful lobby and common areas. Room well appointed, but fairly standard.

Incredible hotel. The rooms are gorgeous and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. They went to great odds to make us comfortable and happy. In addition, the history behind the hotel makes staying there a little bit more special. Very comfortable room! Amazing location for Pamplona. Wasn’t planning on stopping but the city is worth a night or two. The room was smaller and the bathroom older, comfy and clean for a short stay. Ask for a queen but may get two singles pushed together, which isn’t the most comfortable.

Decadent modern hotel Absolutely gorgeous modern hotel. Massive luxurious rooms with superb large bed. Lovely rural view with the cathedral. Delightful staff and excellent restaurant. Loved the tapas bar menu and local buffet breakfast. Close enough to walk into the city along an easy path. Best stay in Pamplona!!

This is the second time me and my partner stayed here. It is a great place to relax in soft beds and nice staff. The food in the restaurant is also superb, as well as their breakfast and spa.

The room was nice, clean & spacious. The staff was friendly. My only issues were location & the shuttle service. It was about a 20 minute walk to the city center & the shuttle service was sporadic at night. Twice after calling for the 24 hour San Fermin shuttle I was told it would arrive in 20 minutes. We did not stay here but did take the Michelin Star tasting menu. It’s like nothing you’d have had before, virtually plant based and although we were told in advance it starts at 8.00pm and takes 3 1/2 hours it actually took over four hours which made it quite a marathon both in terms of endurance and the amount you were expected to consume. Excellent Hotel for a relaxing stay. Close to the city centre, but in a relaxed environment with great views of nature out of reach from the city noises. Ample and modern rooms, an excellent restaurant and top notch service

Great modern hotel on outskirts of town. Dinner in “second” restaurant is worth it. Next time will go for lunch in starred restaurant. Friendly and efficient staff. Nice pool (a bit dark…), sauna and steam room.

Nice modern and small hotel in the commercial area of Pamplona. Easy to get to in a car and approximately 25 minutes’ walk through a nice park and then some wide streets on commercial avenues to get to the old town. Hotel itself was small and very simple with not many facilities (just communal coffee etc facilities) but was perfect for us for an overnight stay. Staff very helpful.

Great small hotel near CUN and Pamplona hospital complex. Clean, spacious and minimalist rooms. Decent breakfast even during COVID-19. The staff is really helpful and cordial. Has also a common kitchen and washing machine, ideal for longer stays. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting on a business trip.

Very basic very small room. Not spotlessly clean. But right in the centre. So perfect location. Breakfast is minimal and not worth paying for. A few slices of ham and cheese, a few plain yogurts, but none are refrigerated, dry bread and far too sweet croissants. You’ll have better at a cafe on the same street. Staff not really interested or motivated.

It was very affordable, clean and comfortable. The rooms were pretty small though, but for the money we paid I am not really complaining.

Stayed in room with private bathroom. Basic, affordable, still clean, what wed expected. Can be a bit noisy from the street and nearby cathedral bells. Location is what sells this place. Receptionist was welcoming, no issues. There is an elevator.

Friendly hotel in fantastic location. Good, simple breakfast and some of the most interesting Tapas in the evenings. Parking is an issue but to be expected as hotel is in centre of town however you can park outside briefly to unload luggage. Definitely recommend.

This is my favourite hotel. It’s got good value, good service, with clean comfortable rooms on a quiet street close to the gardens and city wall.

The room is a little small and WiFi quite slow. Apart from that as advertised, the location is great, staff were really sweet and polite. For a last minute, one off stay in Pamplona, would recommend.

Very nice value for the money. The beds in our room were a bit short - if you are above 180 cm. Also we had to separate beds into each other. They could have been strapped together. They kept sliding away from eachother. A bit noise from other rooms. The breakfast is ok except for the coffee. 4-5 stars considered the price.

Hotel de estilo rústico muy acogedor! Muy recomendable para peregrinos, camas muy cómodas! Cercano al Casco Antiguo de Pamplona y muy silencioso por las noches! Desayunos completos: café, zumos, pastas, pan, cereales... La habitación muy limpia y luminosa (5a planta). Tienen wifi en todo el establecimiento. Gente muy amable y atenta en todo momento! Repetiríamos sin duda!

Very clean, very friendly staff. The best thing was the breakfast. The only downside was that the parking lot was full and I had to leave my car outside.

I stayed at Hotel Tres Reyes in June 2024. Nice bedrooms, friendly staff, great location. Breakfast buffet was also good and offered a variety of options. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay.

It is a center of pamplona. The breakfast was great and the room was spacious and nice. It has nice swimming pool too.

This hotel y far from downtown but it has few restaurants nearby. The room does not have closet so you cannot hang your clothes. Breakfast is good with fresh orange juice and decent bakery.

There was no kettle, but there was a hair dryer. It suits me better. the rooms are not noisy, you can sleep well. there is a restaurant on the ground floor, you need to book a table, as there are a lot of visitors at lunch. they cook delicious))

PARKING Issues Hotel was great staff super friendly, room and bed excellent. Only issue if you are driving a car, it was challenging even with GPS. The roads into the square get confusing

Excellent hotel Delightful old-world charm. Beautiful with an actual physical room key one leaves at the front desk. Elegant details and “edible gems” in the room delighted my senses. I wish I had been able to stay longer.

Nice design, clean rooms, very nice staff, decent food, BUT your wifi sucks, you need an update, change the modems, I couldn’t even connect with my iPhone because the Wifi is not secure. Would’ve given you 4 stars but the staff was really nice and helpful.

Excellent boutique hotel. Quiet, comfortable sleep and fantastic service. Accommodated a very early check-in and were helpful the entire time. This hotel is located just outside the main old town tourist section, but only about a five minute walk away from everything.

Wonderful front man who charmed us with his knowledge and pride of his hotel and city. Excellent coffee, service in bar at night sketchy. Had to clear the last patrons dishes and order at the bar after waiting long enough. Great room and space. Great location. I would definitely stay again, not eat

Lovely clean rooms and the staff arr super helpful. Only 15 to 20 mins walk from the old town or 5 mins by bus and the stop is just down the road. Would recommend for a short stop in Pamplona.

Stayed on the 22nd June 2025 - after a very hot motorcycle ride across Spain I was really happy with the very effective AC and a lovely cool reception, this was only improved by a very friendly and helpful receptionist. The room was great, lovely bathroom, great WiFi and a fab breakfast in the morning. The garage was very secure and easy to use, with a lift from the hotel directly into the garage...

Great hotel very clean staff lovely the area is a bit odd but this is a gem. 25 minute easy walk into the town centre buses are near the hotel

We stayed here a couple days before starting the Camino de Santiago and we're very happy with the room and breakfasts, but most of all, the people who work here were so friendly and helpful. It was very nice to be so pleasantly greeted by every member. Wonderful hotel! We highly recommend staying here.

A good quality hotel for a one night trip on our way across the Pyrénees mountains to Bagneres-de-Bigorre. The restaurant was closed on our day of visit. Breakfast was good but not buffet but limited choices.

This is a nice, modern hotel with friendly staff! It offered free secure parking for our motorbikes and the breakfast was good. Most importantly the mattress was firm. You can also walk into the old part of the town from here in about 15-20 minutes. All in all good value for money.

Hotel Europa is a little jewel in the heart of Pamplona. You get a lot for your buck. The breakfast was excellent.

Excellent location in the old town. Close to major sights, shopping and dining. Room was small, but exactly as advertised. Cleaning staff was very diligent and thorough, although they did start earlier in the morning.

Central hotel with clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Kettle, fridge and safe. Rooms were cold when we arrived but staff immediately provided heating which was very effective. Great breakfast.

Perfectly good hotel in Central Pamplona close to bus station. Slightly odd check in system online but it worked. The room was small but perfectly comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Plenty of convenient plugs which most hotels don't do. Overall recommended. Service only 4* because we barely saw them or needed them but the receptionist we met was very charming.

You can’t beat this location, steps away from the old town area. The hotel was totally fine and definitely basic. Rooms are small, that’s normal for Europe. the shower was excellent. We liked having a balcony to step out onto and get fresh air. The two person lift was helpful since otherwise we had to walk up 4 flights. However the walls are a bit thin and we heard neighbors conversations pretty clearly...

Have been using this hotel for many years now. It's always been clean and modern. Their prices have risen over the years and I think it's time we started to look at others. Don't get me wrong. It's location is perfect for the attractions in the centre of town but for Spanish hotels it's starting to get expensive.

The hotel is located in the center of the city. It is very clean, comfortable and in a perfect position. It is also present a public parking next to the hotel for 10€ for one day. I really suggest this good hotel!!

It is a recently remodeled hotel, the room is spacious, clean, centrally located. The staff very attentive, welcoming, you felt comfortable. The quality-price ratio is good. Without a doubt I would repeat, highly recommended.

The location is wonderful: beautiful tree-lined street, a block away from the best bars, but still quiet. The ground floor includes a bar that's very good and has a lot of outdoor seating. We arrived shortly after 1 pm, but the worker (I don't know his name) told us check-in was at 2 pm. He kindly gave us the option to either leave our bags or take a slightly different room. Arrived very late and was kindly assisted by the night desk attendant. Room was clean and comfortable. The morning desk attendant (I think his name as Eduardo) was very helpful in arranging our return visit on a very busy weekend and in helping get the bus to St Jean Pied a Port to begin our Camino. On our return through Pamplona he helped us find a spa and arranged for a cab to take us there...

Excellent service and location.

Rarely have I felt so welcomed and at home. The staff were beyond friendly and went the extra mile to make sure that everything was perfect during my stay. Thank you also for the restaurant recommendations. The location is great. So was the room and the breakfast. I will definitely return.
