A one night stopover on our bike trip. This was a smart modern hotel with secure underground parking if you choose it (€11) The rooms were smart with air conditioning and good facilities. Nice hotel and service. The room was sparkling clean, and the beds were very confy (even the one that was suppletory). Parking 24h and we paid 11 euros for the day (10 pm to 8 pm). Bus to city center takes 15 minutes (1.6 euros per person) and the station is very close (5 minutes walk)

There’s only one thing I can’t understand: they open the gym at 8h…. At 8h!! What about if you’re there to work and you start earlier??

A bit away from the old town but still worth staying in this rather large NH hotel. If I will be back in Pamplona I will again stay there. Receptionists are very nice and helpful..

The valets to help you park, unload, get to your room, and do the reverse when you check out are the best amenity of the 14 hotels I stayed at on this trip! Couldn’t ask for a better location and value! Thank you IMT Bike!

I stayed at Hotel Tres Reyes in June 2024. Nice bedrooms, friendly staff, great location. Breakfast buffet was also good and offered a variety of options. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay.

Are you a Camino pilgrim? Are you a bit over crowded albergues, waiting half an hour for a shower, and having to go out in the rain for meals? Do yourself a favor, stay here a couple of nights. Bath. Kettle. Coffee maker. Views to die for. Splendid food. Ahhh 😍

Solid hotel literally steps away from the city center. Large bathrooms and rooms give you more than enough space to relax comfortably. It is a luxury hotel so the prices are sure to be high, I would say that they are quite ok.

You simply cannot beat the location of this hotel. It sits quietly on a corner that communicates with the main highlights of the city without the congestion. We were able to walk everywhere. The hotel has a contemporary feel with nice rooms, good amenities and great service. I will definitely stay again when in Pamplona.

Beautiful hotel with the most wonderful and helpful staff. Rooms are very comfortable and big, the location is unbeatable, they have a very clean and functional gym downstairs and it is very quiet although you are right at the center of everything. We will be back :)

This place is super legit because the rooms are massive, filled with light, and some of the most luxurious I’ve stayed in at any hotel anywhere. The hotel is also super centrally located in the square and very historic with an Ernest Hemingway room and all. There’s also always one staff member at the front desk who speaks multiple languages which is awesome! My only constructive comment is the breakfast...

It a soul less hotel with pretty sad staff. Good location and size of room but the welcome at the reception leave much to be desired. Rooms have no usb plugs.. overall very under whelming

This was a good hotel. The rooms were clean, and the shower was good. My room had been recently decorated and refurbished, bathroom included.

Its a basic business hotel. The rooms were clean but amenities or details could be better like not havig plastic cups, plastic garbage can & plastic seat in the bathroom. That made it feel like a cheap hotel. The service was good. The breakfast was good & it had parking.

Great four star hotel. Located in the modern part of the city, but not far at all from the Citadel and the medieval city. It's a very convenient location. Nice and cozy rooms, with all the comforts, although not large. Very kind service. Internal restaurant. Many alternatives to eat and drink outside in the immediate surroundings.

Not giving 5/5 because there is still room for improvement in the following areas: toilet paper is cheap & bad quality, internet signal is coming and going and generally speaking too bad as well. Otherwise, a fantastic hotel, amazing food, great-kind-and always available staff. Definitely a place to go if you pass by Pamplona. For the hotel managers: for the price we pay a far better internet network...

Such a good hotel in terms of price-quality ratio. If you need or have a relative who is in a nearby hospital, you want to stay here. The restaurant is also very tasty and the rooms have everything you need. I am very impressed with the quality of this hotel, many hotels can learn about such an establishment. Consider having breakfast or dinner at the restaurant, you won't regret it!

Perfectly good hotel in Central Pamplona close to bus station. Slightly odd check in system online but it worked. The room was small but perfectly comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Plenty of convenient plugs which most hotels don't do. Overall recommended. Service only 4* because we barely saw them or needed them but the receptionist we met was very charming.

You can’t beat this location, steps away from the old town area. The hotel was totally fine and definitely basic. Rooms are small, that’s normal for Europe. the shower was excellent. We liked having a balcony to step out onto and get fresh air. The two person lift was helpful since otherwise we had to walk up 4 flights. However the walls are a bit thin and we heard neighbors conversations pretty clearly...

Have been using this hotel for many years now. It's always been clean and modern. Their prices have risen over the years and I think it's time we started to look at others. Don't get me wrong. It's location is perfect for the attractions in the centre of town but for Spanish hotels it's starting to get expensive.

Extremely clean and well located. 24h reception is always helpful. Position is perfect if U want to visit Pamplona. Rooms r very very small, perfect for 1 or 2 nights but nothing more than this... I really suggest this hotel ???

Quiet area, well connected and 10 minutes or so by bus from the old town. Soundproof, clean and spacious room. I love the modern decor, pretty soothing for eyes. Friendly staffs. I would have expected the breakfast to be complementary like all other similar range hotels. Recommended.

Price is normal for this location. Though the 4 are outdated. Beautiful lobby, but a lot to renew in the rooms. Put a thermal tap in the shower, we are 2021 !! Nice chapel for breakfast. Hotel has its own parking

This hotel is close to town, and walking distance to everything. The view from our room was incredible, and the windows opening was a plus. The curtains served their purpose (thankfully as there is a beautiful wall of windows. The hotel has been somewhat updated, with a few original pieces remaining. Bring your USB chargers as they’re not in the wall. The staff were incredibly kind.

Exceptional Hotel, I booked using booking.com and within 30 minutes I was checked in🏩😁. Amazing staff, Antdon and lady were so helpful. Got to room WoW so smart and views of mountains ⛰️. Manager even opened bar for 5 minutes to get me a drink. Very impressed all round! Breakfast in wonderful dining room is a must. If you coming to Pamplona, you should check this out x

I've been several times to this hotel, it is very nice and a great location just a few minutes walk from the center. It has clean and comfortable rooms (could be bigger), lovely breakfast and restaurant, lovely seating area outside in the porch entrance...but the best, is the attentive and very friendly staff that makes you feel very welcome every time.

Extreme water noises in the bedroom coming from other bedrooms, must be WC flushing. And other door slamming noises and voices. Couldn't sleep good.

Great hotel with the right location for business or visiting. Anyhow, hotels are more and more expensive every year thanks to the booking sharks.

We had 4 beds, but only 3 of them had proper duvets, and one of the beds on the bunk bed is on the floor. All the channels on the TV are in spainish and you can't connect your phone.

I had read really bad reviews about this hotel and was a bit worried about our stay. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and tidy. We didn't really have much interaction with the staff, just trying to talk to someone on the front desk, who was always busy.

Easy on-street parking by the park across from the hotel. Good for walking the dog. Check-in was friendly and efficient. The room overlooked the park...and the car. Comfortable room, huge bed. Excellent breakfast, probably the best I've seen compared to the usual chain hotels. This was our second stay, great place for a break when driving south to the sun!

Luxury hotel in a beautifully restored palace, centrally located in the casco antiguo of Pamplona. Great place to splurge after a hard day on the Camino de Santiago.

Incredible hotel. The rooms are gorgeous and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. They went to great odds to make us comfortable and happy. In addition, the history behind the hotel makes staying there a little bit more special. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic, and the kitchen staff did everything they could to make sure our needs were met. My only complaint would be that the mattresses...

The hotel is in an excellent central location and very convenient. The room was comfortable although the decor was a little spare and dated. I had a highly professional good value massage in the Hotel Spa. Breakfast was varied and of a good quality

Nice design, clean rooms, very nice staff, decent food, BUT your wifi sucks, you need an update, change the modems, I couldn’t even connect with my iPhone because the Wifi is not secure. Would’ve given you 4 stars but the staff was really nice and helpful.

Perfect place to get it all together when starting the Camino from Pamplona. A little pampering is special and helps one recover from jet lag before starting the walk to Santiago . 5 minute taxi from the train station. Great staff and comfortable bed. Convenient to the sights of the old part of town.

Really enjoyed our stay here. We used to live in Pamplona and it was great to be in a room with a balcony out to the street just how Pamplona is fun to experience. The rooms were large, well decorated for the most part, and staff very nice and helpful. Odd that laundry and such is stored in the stairwell, but otherwise pretty fantastic, and the location is great too.

Excellent boutique hotel. Quiet, comfortable sleep and fantastic service. Accommodated a very early check-in and were helpful the entire time. This hotel is located just outside the main old town tourist section, but only about a five minute walk away from everything.

Wonderful front man who charmed us with his knowledge and pride of his hotel and city. Excellent coffee, service in bar at night sketchy. This hotel had great service and was really clean. The staff were all very great and they welcomed my dog. Even when my dog got a little out of hand of they were very nice about it. The breakfast buffet was totally worth the money. Although I didn't eat there, the evening bar and restaurant looked quite good as well. This is the second time me and my partner stayed here. It is a great place to relax in soft beds and nice staff. The food in the restaurant is also superb, as well as their breakfast and spa.

The room was nice, clean & spacious. The staff was friendly. My only issues were location & the shuttle service. It was about a 20 minute walk to the city center & the shuttle service was sporadic at night. Twice after calling for the 24 hour San Fermin shuttle I was told it would arrive in 20 minutes. We did not stay here but did take the Michelin Star tasting menu. It’s like nothing you’d have had before, virtually plant based and although we were told in advance it starts at 8.00pm and takes 3 1/2 hours it actually took over four hours which made it quite a marathon both in terms of endurance and the amount you were expected to consume. Excellent Hotel for a relaxing stay. Close to the city centre, but in a relaxed environment with great views of nature out of reach from the city noises. Ample and modern rooms, an excellent restaurant and top notch service

Great modern hotel on outskirts of town. Dinner in “second” restaurant is worth it. Next time will go for lunch in starred restaurant. Friendly and efficient staff. Nice pool (a bit dark…), sauna and steam room.

This is a nice, modern hotel with friendly staff! It offered free secure parking for our motorbikes and the breakfast was good. Most importantly the mattress was firm. You can also walk into the old part of the town from here in about 15-20 minutes. All in all good value for money.

I felt the price was extremely good and when I showed up it felt like being in really a fancy hotel if I were in the US. The bathtub in the room really made my day as I'm walking the Camino. It was a real incredible stay. The breakfast was also quite exceptional with a huge variety of options. I got so much more than i bargained for. Thank you for a great stay!

Pros: The hotel is in the heart of Pamplona, on the edge of the pedestrian area. The room was very nice, not very spacious, but perfect for one night. The staff was very friendly and helpful, with excellent English skills. The bathroom was well-equipped and clean. Cons: Even with a good sound-proofing window, You can hear the noise of the people from the nearby restaurants and bars. It was not annoying...

Nice modern and small hotel in the commercial area of Pamplona. Easy to get to in a car and approximately 25 minutes’ walk through a nice park and then some wide streets on commercial avenues to get to the old town. Hotel itself was small and very simple with not many facilities (just communal coffee etc facilities) but was perfect for us for an overnight stay. Staff very helpful.

Great small hotel near CUN and Pamplona hospital complex. Clean, spacious and minimalist rooms. Decent breakfast even during COVID-19. The staff is really helpful and cordial. Has also a common kitchen and washing machine, ideal for longer stays. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting on a business trip.

The hotel is located in the center of the city. It is very clean, comfortable and in a perfect position. It is also present a public parking next to the hotel for 10€ for one day. I really suggest this good hotel!!

It is a recently remodeled hotel, the room is spacious, clean, centrally located. The staff very attentive, welcoming, you felt comfortable. The quality-price ratio is good. Without a doubt I would repeat, highly recommended.

The location is wonderful: beautiful tree-lined street, a block away from the best bars, but still quiet. The ground floor includes a bar that's very good and has a lot of outdoor seating. Arrived very late and was kindly assisted by the night desk attendant. Room was clean and comfortable. The morning desk attendant (I think his name as Eduardo) was very helpful in arranging our return visit on a very busy weekend and in helping get the bus to St Jean Pied a Port to begin our Camino. On our return through Pamplona he helped us find a spa and arranged for a cab to take us there...

Rarely have I felt so welcomed and at home. The staff were beyond friendly and went the extra mile to make sure that everything was perfect during my stay. Thank you also for the restaurant recommendations. The location is great. So was the room and the breakfast. I will definitely return.

Nice hotel in the center. Reception is not open 24hr but they helped us through WhatsApp for early check in. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There was a filtered water machine in the lobby which was very useful. It is located on a pedestrian road but there is a parking garage nearby which is not very expensive.

Perfect location for a modern hostal. First of all a very friendly hostal with service minded staff. We could store our luggage a couple of hours after checking out. Modern design with all you need. The restaurant street calle San Nicolas is just around the corner. Surprisingly quiet at night time. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed it a lot. We will be back for sure. Good value for money. Excellent location, right in the center. However, the room was quiet, which was great. The room is pretty modern, a bit small, but with everything you need for a night or two.

The rooms are large, comfortable and cleaned. The internal decor of the hotel is curated and it's overall much nicer than what you would expect given its location in an industrial area. They offer a private parking which is closed at night. The staff was welcoming
