We had a last minute (literally) holiday and found this pretty cheap half board deal. We were very worried about the reviews and almost cancelled. This place is vast and we were pleasantly surprised with the service which was very good especially as a 3☆, the lakes are a magnet for mosquitoes but with sprays, air con on & doors closed, we hardly got bit. The main reason we came was for our 4 children 3, 12, 14 & 16 who all loved the pools, foam party and food. We booked the Mexican restaurant 2 nights and it was slightly different to the main restaurant. The beach was great and only a 10 minute walk. Sun & fun for 7 days. 45 min transfer on a public shuttle which was OK. Your holiday is what you make it and we enjoyed our stay. The staff have all been helpful and polite considering the amount of people here.

I was very pleasantly surprised after doubting my my choice after looking at other reviews. Yes, it's basic and in need of a good spruce up. The location is perfect, and buses are cheap tap in tap out for journey. It's a big complex with lots going on at various locations. Many pools with bars. Slides are a bit dated . There is a Mexican and Italian restaurant which requires booking if all inclusive. No Frills excursions recommended for trips .

I read some pretty negative reviews of this hotel after booking it so was a bit worried before getting there, but I can honestly say I couldn’t find fault with anything really. Our room was in Sirena II which was a modern building and it was really clean. Our room was cleaned 3 times in the week we stayed. The 3rd time we were left short towels and a quick trip to reception and it was instantly sorted. There was some noise some nights, but given the number of people staying there, it could have been worse. It seemed to be as people were passing our door, we couldn’t hear noise from other rooms. The staff at the reception were all extremely helpful anytime I approached them. I read some bad reviews about the food but to be fair, it was no different from any other hotel buffet I have had - large quantities of food being produced and kept warm for huge numbers of people. There was 3 restaurants on site in total and the Italian and Mexican were quite nice. The locations is ideal for going to the beach and there over 10 pools on site to chose from. Plenty snack bars also and at least 2 shops, plus mini golf, pool tables and more activities. We enjoyed our stay there and for a last minute booking, it was good value and we were pleased with what we got.

Hotel was really nice, staff were very friendly and helpful. We were in a party of 9 but booked separately and on arrival they moved some of our rooms so we was all in the same block together.
Food was very tasty and there was plenty to choice from. You definitely won't go hungry as there is food and drink available all day.
The pools were all clean and the 1's that had bars were fairly busy however the pools without were very quiet and peaceful. Kids areas looked clean and tidy and plenty for them to do.
The beach is really nice and sandy and only 5 minutes walk away.
Plenty of bars and restaurants outside the hotel.
The go karting wasn't up and running which was a shame however we was out of season

Overall the hotel, food and entertainment was really nice. We couldn't get our 5 year old out of the pools. The beach was 10 minutes down the road and my son loved it. The water was crystal clear and the beach was clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to get away.
