Amazing the hotel and location. We visited in july 2024. The rooms are clean and modern. There are fruits and drinks by the pool all the times for free. We are having a room close to the road and there is noise from it and the houses around it but you get use to it. Could improve the isolation. Another negative side: Be aware that there are no sun beds on the beach.

The highlight of our stay was the wonderful kids entertainment by Rose, Vivi and Desai!! My kids absolutely loved the mini disco, the arts and crafts activities and the afternoon games. Thank you ladies, the kids loved every minute.

Returning for the fifth time. This time, during the end of COVID, the hotel is better than ever. Maybe it’s the quieter time and less people or that the hotel have improved during shutdown. The Palace de Muro is situated on the beach near to local amenities. Our stay was very comfortable with a lovely room side on to the beach. Immaculate appearance throughout the hotel at all times. Awesome hotel to be near Playa de Muro. Staff is incredibly friendly, there are many activities and it is super close to the beach. My only issue was the food quality for lunch and dinner. It has a lot of options, but it just didn't taste very good. I would come back again with breakfast included, but would rather go somewhere else for the other meals.

What a wonderful hotel. Staff are amazing and facilities and cleanliness cannot be faulted. Excellent location too Pool bar, spa and restaurant are all excellent and make a relaxing stay exactly that. Will definitely come back to make four nights feel like two weeks

Currently still here and wow what a place. My partner and I won a competition with Jet2 and I'm glad this was the hotel prized to us. Every member of staff we've dealt with have been so friendly. Breakfast is a delight and so yummy. Hotel is covid safe and the spa is nice to relax.

Stylish hotel with friendly service in a good location at Port d'Alcudia. The rooms were clean, modern and had good amenities. The breakfast had a good selection and nice service. Pool area is relaxing, nicely laid out with plenty of lounges and a friendly pool bar. I didn't try the spa but it looked nice.

This was one a Thompson super family hotel and was amazing back then , dint know what's happened to this hotel its so sad , went year after year but just not the same , I'd live to find the lady who ran the corner shop outside the hotel ,she was lovely

Fantastic holiday in May, great food - many varieties, very friendly staff, an excellent customer service - a special thanks to a receptionist David and Alexia who helped me with some problems with ryanair and shuttle bus order. Super convenient location, just 5min walk from a very clean beach. I would recommend this place to everybody ;-)

Great poolarea and good drinks in the all inclusive. The buffét was also nice. The rooms were ok, the air condition was a bit weird sometimes and no refridgerator in the double bed-rooms. But still okay for a weeks visit ⭐

The room was ok. Food was not great. This one time i Saw molded jelly-pudding at the kidsbuffet. The staff is friendly
