Amazing the hotel and location. We visited in july 2024. The rooms are clean and modern. There are fruits and drinks by the pool all the times for free. We are having a room close to the road and there is noise from it and the houses around it but you get use to it. Could improve the isolation. Another negative side: Be aware that there are no sun beds on the beach.

The facilities were great especially the entertainment staff, with Tomas being the best, always keeping activists fun and motivating me to go sporting with him. He made my vacation from good to the best one in a long time. Hope to be back and see him again

The Palace de Muro is situated on the beach near to local amenities. Our stay was very comfortable with a lovely room side on to the beach. Immaculate appearance throughout the hotel at all times. I liked, that hotel is really close to the beach and even if you don't want to go there pool facilities are available for every wish: with small kids, with more calm atmosphere. Excellent massages. Awesome hotel to be near Playa de Muro. Staff is incredibly friendly, there are many activities and it is super close to the beach. My only issue was the food quality for lunch and dinner. It has a lot of options, but it just didn't taste very good. I would come back again with breakfast included, but would rather go somewhere else for the other meals.

This is the second time I have been here, and was not disappointed, the staff are so friendly and always happy to help, very clean and tidy, rooms are a good size and clean. Great hotel with an amazing staff! The food buffet were excellent with variations every day - we never got tired of eating. Our youngest son has an allergy against milk-protein and the kitchen staff presented delicious alternatives for him. Everyone was so serviceminded. There is a beautiful long beach 100 m from the hotell where it’s always easy to find a spot.

Excellent accommodation, grounds as well as great staff, headed by Georgoe and Carol who did the entertainment as well as the staff in the restaurants and bars. We were always made to feel welcome, everyone was so accommodating...

Perfect location directly on the beach. Multiple different pools to fit your needs - slides, inflatables, actual swimming! Beach has a pier with boat trips from. Lifeguards on every pool very attentive. Kids club entertaining and fun. I would not hesitate to return.

Great for family holiday. Kids friendly. Excellent food selection, though the restaurant (self-service both at breakfast and dinner) gets quite crowded during the meals. Be prepared that rooms facing the pool are subject to the noise of the music throughout the day and especially in the evening entertainment. But the view of the pool and the sea surely puts you in the holiday mood 😉

The hotel location is so beautiful right on the beach with direct access. The beach is beautiful. The hotel is catered to families, with lots of activities from the animation team for kids and toddlers, with pony rides and water carpet on the pool. Great hotel and wonderful service ! This is a child friendly hotel so the children will feel right at home. The staff is also very accommodating and very friendly. If you are looking for a romantic getaway without kids then this Hotel is maybe not for you.

We had an amazing week at this hotel. From the location, the rooms, the animation for children, the staff and the food it is all top notch and worth the money! Only one comment about the pool where it is extremely hard to get a free spot in the morning but there is not so much the hotel can do about at peak season time because yeah some people simply have no manner and put towels at 8 in the morning...

This hotel is perfect for the whole family, including seniors and children. The rooms are very comfortable, with separate living areas, and even two TVs, so you can choose different programs. Pool towels are free to use with just a deposit, and you can exchange them as needed. The hotel pool is great, with a children's slide that both adults and kids can enjoy. As a base for a long weekend of cycling the hotel is ideal. The staff and service are excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable even if the one we stayed in are starting to look a little dated. The food considering it is catering for the masses is very good with a wide range, from the heathly fish and vegetable options to the sausage and chips type meals. I would definitely recommed this hotel
