Very suitable for family travel! This hotel is actually a bit like a residential area in China. There are water recreation facilities in each area, suitable for both adults and children. We have visited this hotel after 6 years, with slightly bigger boys, and our choice didn't disappoint us. We love it and would highly recommend it to any families with kids. Kader was amazing and helpful and supplied us with friendliness, kind attitude to us and our children.

Good hotel for family with kids because there were nonstop events until post 10pm so it’s quite loud and noisy. The bed was not very comfortable-it’s too soft and squeaky and not giving much support for my back. Lovely 2 room appartements. Refurbished appartements in building one. Friendly personell, short walk to the beach. A real Mallorcan restaurant for breakfast and lunch nearby and several nice international restaurants. A pitty the pool bar closes way before midnight.

Clean and mordern appratments with all the necesarry things, very good service and staff, 2 min walk from the beach, frequent bus service to all major towns and the airport from just outside the hotel. Lots of good restaurants and shops nearby.

Nice welcome Rooms and general hotel really clean. Lovely little kitchenette area- maybe could have done with a smaller table but that's literally the only criticism. We had a room at the front of the hotel so got all even the very last bit of sun at the end of the day. Bar and pool area clean, with friendly staff. A little further into Port D'Alcudia than I'd planner, but a taxi was not expensive...

We are just back from a weeks stay at lago park, we had a great stay. The location is great shops, restaurants and the beach are only a few mins walk away. The apartment was clean and has been recently renovated, and had everything we needed in the kitchen as we where self catering. Beautiful place with everything you need. The Bungalow is nice and big everything is very clean. The staff all around is amazing. The food is really nice and you have a lots of choice (Buffet). When we are in Mallorca we always stay at Valentin for few days.

Very good hotel for traning camp. Great staff, flexible. A lot of good food and great standard in the bungalows. Swimmingpool, gym and conveniently close to the beach. Walking distance to Can Picafort. Bike rental att the area and many other good options close by. Highly recommended!
