Great for family holiday. Kids friendly. Excellent food selection, though the restaurant (self-service both at breakfast and dinner) gets quite crowded during the meals. Be prepared that rooms facing the pool are subject to the noise of the music throughout the day and especially in the evening entertainment. But the view of the pool and the sea surely puts you in the holiday mood 😉

We had an amazing week at this hotel. From the location, the rooms, the animation for children, the staff and the food it is all top notch and worth the money! Only one comment about the pool where it is extremely hard to get a free spot in the morning but there is not so much the hotel can do about at peak season time because yeah some people simply have no manner and put towels at 8 in the morning...

As a base for a long weekend of cycling the hotel is ideal. The staff and service are excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable even if the one we stayed in are starting to look a little dated. Hotel was really nice, staff were very friendly and helpful. We were in a party of 9 but booked separately and on arrival they moved some of our rooms so we was all in the same block together. Amazing the hotel and location. We visited in july 2024. The rooms are clean and modern. There are fruits and drinks by the pool all the times for free. We are having a room close to the road and there is noise from it and the houses around it but you get use to it. Could improve the isolation. Another negative side: Be aware that there are no sun beds on the beach.

The facilities were great especially the entertainment staff, with Tomas being the best, always keeping activists fun and motivating me to go sporting with him. He made my vacation from good to the best one in a long time. Hope to be back and see him again

We booked all inclusive for our family of four with two teenagers - the adjoining rooms were perfect- the activity schedule kept us all busy - the food was excellent and the staff were first class. Shout out to Adrian who always made sure we had a table and a drink! We will be back!

We had a great time for our family holiday here. Service is great, food is amazing and location couldn’t be better. The staff is super friendly all the time and very professional. I spent 8 nights at Condesa with my husband and 2 year old daughter. Overall we had a really nice stay at Condesa. Some things were good and some things could improve. The Palace de Muro is situated on the beach near to local amenities. Our stay was very comfortable with a lovely room side on to the beach. Immaculate appearance throughout the hotel at all times. We had the buffet breakfast which was of a high standard. The staff are very friendly relaxed and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

It was a beautiful hotel and a great experience! The highlight of our stay was the wonderful kids entertainment by Rose, Vivi and Desai!! My kids absolutely loved the mini disco, the arts and crafts activities and the afternoon games. Thank you ladies, the kids loved every minute.

Returning for the fifth time. This time, during the end of COVID, the hotel is better than ever. Maybe it’s the quieter time and less people or that the hotel have improved during shutdown. The beds were not secured together which was a bit annoying since we had a 3 years old sleeping in the middle of the bed. The Bungalows are great. TV, Air Condition, 2 separate rooms. Huge terrasse. Everything clean. Enough space at the pool. Feels not too crowded. Perfect for a family trip.

The resort was perfect! The bungalows were very comfortable for my family of 4 and they have air conditioning and blackout curtains!! I liked, that hotel is really close to the beach and even if you don't want to go there pool facilities are available for every wish: with small kids, with more calm atmosphere. Excellent massages. Excellent personnel at the reception and in SPA area. Excellent food. And I really mean it, I travelled a lot, but those 3 things were really excellent.

Awesome hotel to be near Playa de Muro. Staff is incredibly friendly, there are many activities and it is super close to the beach. My only issue was the food quality for lunch and dinner. It has a lot of options, but it just didn't taste very good. I would come back again with breakfast included, but would rather go somewhere else for the other meals.

Paradise in Mallorca. We've been in Albufera Park for one week and it was absolutely perfect. The hotel and its location are awesome but the most important, their staff, they are always taking care of you. Thank you for eherything guys, couldn't be better.

Room/apartment was nice, but location and the hotel itself is not special. Swimming is allowed only till 8pm. Breakfast is very simple. Even the safe/locker in the room costs additionally

We had a great holiday in the grupotel. Good breakfast, clean and cosy rooms and the best stuff was Loreta. She makes our stay perfect. Always nice to us and our son, she gave very good recommendations and helped us a lot. This kind of people are so important for a good holiday. Thank you so much and we will come back.

In general a good hotel to spend a week. It does have traces of "aging" but generally it is in good condition. Cleanliness was of good standard. The other nice thing is the hotel is cycling friendly so we could keep the bikes in the room, plus they have a garage available as well. There is a working office in the lobby and a conference room which allowed me to work properly...

Very big and beautiful property. The rooms are ultra clean and comfy. Staff is very friendly. I loved their spa area where they have a warm water indoor pool, sauna, steam, jacuzzi. They also organize some events on certain days. I will definitely recommend this hotel. It is a 2 min walk from the beach.
