We have been for a week and a half and we really loved it. Good location two blocks from the port, I highlight the barbecue days are incredible with the shows they offer. There are activities and animation games for the children very entertaining. We will definitely come back!

Very clean , lovely staff nice rooms. Pool it’s not good not many sun beds, towels on all the beds by 8am!. Was impressed when they told us any towels left on sun beds in Mornings would be removed. But they don’t actually do it. 3 days in a row couldn’t get a sun bed. But there’s loads of space for more sun beds!!. Loads of people just looking for a bed.

Just spent a week here in the apartments. The whole site is spotless, and the staff are very hardworking and helpful. The location is fantastic and close to the most wonderful beach. We stayed half board, and the food was delicious with lots of choice. Very family friendly (which didn't appeal to us), but all the kids' needs were catered for. Very reasonable price for the location and would highly recommend 👌.

We have had the worst experience with this property after staying with them in June. We had booked 6 apartments in the property through a 3rd party website. We subsequently cancelled 2 apartments and kept 4. When arriving at the hotel the check in was very confusing. The staff told my parents there was no studio apartment booked for them and they would need to pay for a large apartment. After arguing for a bit on this we gave in and paid, with the idea we would take it up with the intermediary at a later date. Once our trip was finished, my sister noticed she had been charged twice on her credit card for her apartment. We contacted the property and they advised they had charged her for a no show. Obviously she was not a no show since she had stayed at the hotel and they had seen her passport at check in. It has turned out since then that the hotel gave my sister one of the apartments we had cancelled and marked her room as a no show. We have provided proof of cancellation numerous times but the hotel is refusing to refund my sister for the double charge and my parents for the overcharge. The intermediary will not help as the charges have been made by the hotel. This experience put such a dampener on our holiday. We have lost out on €2000. We are now taking legal action against the property. DO NOT STAY HERE!! Such a bad experience and terrible customer service

Great hotel with very clean and up to date facilities, the location was superb and all the staff were brilliant. I rented a bike along my friend who brought his own bike, but special shoutout to the staff in the bike shop, incredibly helpful and attentive! Can’t remember their names one was an older male who put my friends bike together and the other was a blonde lady who assisted me in choosing my bike! Would highly recommend the hotel and bike rental.

I stayed at The Villaconcha apartment for a weekend getaway, and it was a delightful experience. The location is perfect—just steps from the beach with stunning ocean views. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and modern, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making check-in and check-out seamless. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, and the on-site restaurant served excellent seafood. The only minor downside was the Wi-Fi, which was a bit slow at times. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

We stayed for eight nights in an apartment just right for us self catering did have 5 meals in the restaurant on the evenings food OK hotel clean and staff are a credit to the hotel but we had no hot water for at least 4 days there was a hotel problem with it no so good there is no Evening entertainment for adults and restaurant closes at 9pm TV is poor for English only 2 channels never mind we had a chill time and good weather thank you all to the staff maybe we see you again

A hotel is only successful a s the people whom they hire. In the case of Hoposa Villaconcha they hit the lottery with their staff. The front desk is helpful, accommodating and always ready with a smile. The location of the hotel is about one block to a beautiful beach with loungers and umbrellas. There is also a beach bar and bathrooms there too. The beach always has a constant breeze. The breakfast buffet is numerous and well serviced. There are washing machines in the hotel free of charge nd parking on the street with a car is no problem. Very family oriented hotel, but very enjoyable for couples too! Enjoy your stay!

Excellent serviced apartments , well appointed , with extensive facilities including : 3 x pools , children’s play area and a separate adults pool too . Also specialise in facilities for cyclists . Staff are excellent too . Although not on the beach front , they are only a 2 minute walk to the beach .
