Large apartment , whose Windows offer a beautiful view of the Canary Islands. Featuring an outdoor swimming pool for adults and children, gym, hot tub and sauna.
Location: in the southern part of the island of Tenerife in Playa de las Americas, opposite the famous beach, Playa de Troya, 17 km from Tenerife South airport.
Consists of one 10-storey building.
The hotel has 318 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach, 10 m from the hotel (1 coastline). Umbrellas, sun beds: free.
Standard Studio – the bedroom is separated from the kitchen by a sliding screen (44 sqm, max. occupancy -3 adults + 1 child), Apartments 1 bedroom Junior Suite with a bedroom separated by a door from the living room (52 sq. m., max.
occupancy – 2 adults + 2 children), Apartments, 2 bedroom Superior Suite – 2 rooms separated by a door (67 sqm, max. occupancy 6 adults).
Pool towels are available at an additional cost of EUR 5 per week. Please note that towels can be changed daily.

Excellent hotel, staff couldn't have been any more helpful. Rooms are clean albeit a little dated and if updated this would be a 4 star. A/C wasn't working the night I arrived, was fixed the next day, begun to leak the following day so was moved room. There's entertainment every day by the pool, the location is perfect for the main strip and Siam park, all walking distance. If you want a quiet holiday then avoid this as it's close to all the clubs but if you're looking for a hotel near the nightlife, this is the one. I'll definitely stay here again 😊

We found sand in our bed when we only have arrived. The pool is cleaned every morning. Mattress in bed are really dirty. Breakfasts and dinners are absolutely delicious ✅

The location is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the food is great. The entertainment is acceptable but could be improved. However, the rooms are outdated and need urgent renovations; our sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Overall, I would give a good rating because the staff is making an effort to provide a positive experience."

Palm beach, it's a older hotel that needs a touch of love.
Rooms: Nice Size room, I slept great on the bed. I don't mind the music outside at night, but beware, there are loud pubs playing till 4u (I still sleep with window open). Nice vieuw of the sea!
Bathroom is old and needs to be renewed. But everything works perfectly. Balcony haves a lovely size.
Hotel: nothing special, but clean. Needs a update aswell. Nice (and clean) pool. Lot of space.
Food: breakfast was good, the dinner at night is not great. I would suggest too take only breakfast here and eat outside.
Overal, Nice cheap hotel.
No Luxury resort, but you don't pay for that either.

Overall positive experience. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was larger than I had expected. Beds were comfortable although overall furniture was quite dated. Location is excellent and services (including a small supermarket) were very convenient. Staff were very pleasant and professional. Negative aspects included seeing roaches (which seem to be everywhere on island) and the entertainment at pool which was so loud if you were trying to relax in room.

We had a 1 bed apartment and it was fantastic. Really clean. We felt very safe there. Excellent service from all staff members. The pool area is amazing! Location is fantastic, everything is within walking distance. You can even hear the waves from the rooms!

I never received my test result by email from this pharmacy. I was at the check in desk in airport and still with no email 24 hours after my test. I was not allowed to check in my bag without a negative Covid result and was running out of time. I finally had the idea to contact the laboratory directly and they sent me my results. Please don’t rely on the pharmacy to do it for you. I had my test at 11am, was told I’d get result by 3pm. At 6pm I called them and they promised me it would be sent by 8pm. I had to travel to airport with no result email. Very stressful. Here is the number of Excellent Medical if anyone needs it +34 657 69 57 70. I was able to what’s app the lab directly.

Lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly and polite. We went half board ,i can highly recommend the food that is served here, a great choice everyday, loads to choose from.
Pool area is spotless as is the rest of the hotel, pool side entertainment during the day.

Absolutely loved our stay here. It's on the beach front and close to everything. Can be a little lively at night but what do you expect for a place so close to the strip. Very good value for money and all rooms have a pool and/or beach view. People may say it's a little dated and in some areas it is but for the price you are paying, you can't really complain! Housekeeping is every 3 days but you can pay extra for daily. I'll be staying here again. Its a 3 star with 2 star prices in my opinion so don't expect more than a 3 star. Its clean, it's friendly, have pool activities on and overall a good hotel. Highly recommended if you want beachfront on a budget 👌 👍

Stayed here for one week in August 2021.. the pool is very big and there is a bar next to it for some cocktails.. the staff here is very friendly, especially the receptionist maria..the breakfast here is decent, nothing special but not bad too.. the location is ideal as it's right next to beaches, strip and resturants.. there is a cafe below the hotel if you fancy breakfast.. the only negative thing about this hotel are the rooms ... It's a bit outdated and some things were broken.. but apart form that everything was well and I would visit again !
