PURE CLASS BRILLIANT STAFF AND FOOD , POOL WAS BANGIN AND INCLUDED FOOTBALL PITCH . 1 MINUTE WALK FROM TONS OF RESTAURANTS AND ACTIVITIES WEATHER PERFECT AND SO WAS MY TRIP.
Beautiful and so central spotless clean staff are very helpful and friendly food is great and service is excellent would recommend here to anybody looking for a break in the centre of everything but you don't hear anything.
Love this Hotel. Excellent location. Staff absolutely fantastic. Thanks so much folks, nice touches, you never fail to surprise us! Well done!
Very good hotel for the money. Good food. Great location. We have a room with a sea view, everything was new. And the plumbing and furniture. It is unclear why a 5* no Slippers, robes and water bottles. Cleaning normal. No complaints.
Been here 4 days and love this hotel. Beautiful inside spotlessly clean. Breakfast amazing. Pool is fantastic. Don't think I could stay anywhere else when I return.

Staff are polite & pleasant, rooms are clean, food is really good. Noise can be an issue for some if your facing the strip however on the top floor and closed balcony it really isn’t that bad at all. Would go again. Rooms could do with an update but are of a high standard.
I feel the hotel is a bit dated and some renovations would give it keep it at a 4 star hotel, it's also located very close the the strip so noise is a bit of an issue while trying to sleep. The spread of food in the morning is brilliant. The main reason I am giving 4 stars is due to its exceptional staff, everyone was friendly, helpful and just brilliant all round. The staff are a credit to this hotel
This was our 4th visit to Tenerife and our first time staying at Sol Tenerife. Sol Tenerife consists of two large tower blocks and depending on which side of the blocks you stay decides what you will hear in the evening. On one side you will hear music from Veronica's and on the other side you will hear karaoke from Leonardo's. For us not a problem but some people may find the music too loud and it...
The hotel itself could have been worse. It’s okay if you’re not planning on spending too much time there. But be aware you will be best of renting the safe, after leaving for breakfast forgetting i had taken the ring my boyfriend had given me years before after a shower. We returned to our room cleaned but my ring missing. Looking everywhere we had to accept it was gone. Absolutely gutted. WE HAD EVEN...
**Review of Hotel Sol Tenerife** During our stay at Hotel Sol Tenerife, it quickly became apparent that the establishment is not the ideal choice for those looking to enjoy an exuberant vacation. Despite our group of 24 lads being there for a stag weekend, the hotel’s policies seemed to frown upon having too much fun. We noticed that other groups shared the same sentiment, which led us to primarily...
Absolutely perfect hotel for us as a couple. The rooms were amazing. The sea view was the best! Breakfast was everything you could want. The promenade is literally just outside the gate and the strip is just up the hill outside the front of the hotel. This hotel is in a perfect location. All staff were amazing especially our ladies that looked after our room. We will definitely be back!

Lovely Hotel with helpful staff, great selection of food and entertainment was really good. If I had one issue is where the hotel has put the smoking area, you have to walk through the middle of the smoking area to either get to the pool or reception area. As a non smoker who has a family it is really unpleasant to have to walk through the area every single time.
From the moment we arrived (late 11ish) we were made to feel very welcome. Reception staff were great very explanatory. We had a room on the 4th floor we had asked for adjoining rooms. We were given 410-412 so a room between us but that was fine. Rooms nice and clean basic but enough. Shampoo conditioner body wash and lots of other little bits like a comb and razor and dental kit in the bathroom a...
Just back from 8 nights, wouldn’t change a thing….thanks to all of the H10 staff for a wonderful holiday, you are all an incredible hard working and friendly team, well done. We’ll be back again in a few months 🌞
My wife and I loved this hotel, the rooms food and staff are all excellent. We upgraded to privelige, there is however one issue, the privilege deck on the 6th floor is great, the italian lady who works up there is very good and friendly, the pools are too small and access for any sort of mobility problems is impossible, so we used the privilege island in the main pool but this only has 6 sunbeds and...
What an amazing experience. Rodolfo was so accommodating. It was my husband’s birthday and he made sure to make it as special as it can be and we loved it! Sang happy birthday right after with a delicious chocolate cake. Fantastic! Will definitely go again!
Staying All Inclusive. Room very clean and comfortable. The staff are brilliant. The entertainment guys work so hard to get everyone involved during the day. The food is good with the usual fish, pasta, meat and salad sections. Only staying one week so allowed only one a la cart restaurant visit. We chose the Italian restaurant and the food I had was excellent. A very chilled vibe around the pool during...

Excellent facilities and staff in this hotel. We stayed with two adults and two children aged 17 and 12, both loved the slides Brilliant for both children and adults. I would definitely recommend booking through the hotel. I will be back again.
The hotel is fantastic, the food is very good and good quality. The only thing that I can say that let's the hotel down is some of it's holiday makers staying here, the food waste from the pool area takeaway is vast. There was full pints of beer, soft drinks and full cartons of chips, pizza, chicken nuggets and burgers just left on sunbeds and on the floor. All inclusive idiots thinking it's ok I've...
The hotel is fantastic place to stay, eat and drink. The staff at every levels from cleaning to bar staff and catering are excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
Hotel is amazing and the events that happens in the pools are fun. Some arcade machines won't let you get the tickets but reception will give you your money back. Rooms are lovely and spotless, cleaners are around all day long and are very friendly. Been here 2 years in a row now and it has been fantastic. I love that since this summer there is the euros on they have a big screen down beside the dining...
Staying at this hotel currently with my son's and it is really lovely but not sure it meets a 4 star rating or warrants the 4 star price tag. My room is clean but only has a view of the bar roof and it is very noisy at 9pm just as my 5yo is falling asleep. I paid full price for my 5yo but his bed is a sofa trundle. They offer good children's entertainment earlier in the evening in a different space...

We were staying 8 days here, and were satisfied with their services. The interior and the garden of the hotel is beautiful. The staff was kind and flexible. The food was great, and the room was clean with a beautiful view to the ocean. There were many programs: volleyball, ping-pong, tennis matches, evening disco for children to entertain guests. Great goups were forged by the evening. Do not miss...
I stayed here with a large group of 40. Took a while to get everyone checked in.. obviously. We had plenty of areas to relax whilst we were waiting We stayed all inclusive, food was there for every possible taste and each day we were treated to something different. We had to pay for our own drinks, if I was in a smaller group I would opt for all inclusive. Fun games every day at the pool, archery,...
Our stay was mixed. The hotel itself was fine, but a bit dated. We had to move rooms due to brown water coming out of the bath taps, something that was rectified pretty quickly and didn't really impact on the holiday. Beds were comfy which is definitely not always the case The food and drink was good but not particularly exceptional. The staff struggled to keep up with demand, with popular dishes...
Very good hotel with very good quality all-inclusive food. Coffee shop for afternoon tea and cake is excellent. The pool snack bar also has a decent food offering or the main restaurant. The desert options are also good, including chocolate fountain. All the staff are polite, friendly and helpful and a credit to the hotel. Animation team has plenty of events on and do a great job. They have a dartboard...
Rooms are clean and a good location. check in was OK, friendly reception staff. However, I didn't expect to pay deposit for safe. no free coffee or tea in room. You get charged every time you want to swap pool towels over. Room did have an odd smell when you first walk in. They don't replace water in room. Wifi for guest and visitors both very slow.. so even the tv often starts glitching. it would...
An absolute amazing hotel, my sons first time abroad in his wheelchair, hotel so accessible and staff really attentive. After reading some of the reviews, I have to say, I don't know what Hotel you went to. The Best Tenerife Hotel was by far one of the friendliest, cleanest Hotels I have been too. The food was excellent, how anyone can say, it was not very good must stay in 5* hotels. The choice was amazing, they replaced everything quickly and the service from the restaurant staff was second to none. The room was spacious...
Just had 10 nights all inclusive here and honestly it was brilliant. The animation team are fantastic, evening entertainment was great, lots of laughs and something for everyone. Food we couldn't fault, again something for everyone even picky eaters. The pool is amazing and there is plenty of loungers throughout the day. Location is great but everything you need is in the hotel tbh. Would definitely...
We had such an amazing stay here! The room was very nice and so spacious, we also had a beautiful view from our balcony. The pool is quite big and very beautiful. The location was amazing as well, there was so much to do near the hotel and it wasn’t too noisy either. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and the hotel staff was so incredibly nice. We would also like to give a special thanks to bartender...
The name of the hotel says it all, it really was the best. Stayed for 5 nights with my partner the best little get away ever and could not fault them at all, always someone at the desk if in need of any information or help. We are on the last day of a weeks stay here, the atmosphere in the hotel is fantastic. The staff have been lovely, and it is such a clean hotel. We were half board and the only thing I would say wasn’t amazing was the food, me and my partner both agree it wasn’t great. It was very similar every night and just overall average. Drinks at the pool bar were well priced, and the cocktails were 10/10....
We have just returned from a 7 night stay at Best Tenerife... We had the most wonderful holiday and overall we would highly recommend this hotel. The 4 star rating is spot on. This was our 4th visit to this hotel. We could not believe the difference from 1 year ago. The standard of service and food has gone downhill so much. We wish we had only booked for breakfast as the evening food was terrible. The a-la-carte service was not good in our opinion. This was the first time we noticed the area around the pools was not as clean. Many of the sunbeds were burst in the middle...
We have stayed at Vulcano for years now & always have the best holiday. The UP experience is second to none. Having access to a comfortable sunbed all day, with space around you and nobody right next to you, not having to be at the pool at the crack of dawn to face the 'battle of the sunbeds' and having a variety of areas to choose from means we will never go back to a 'normal' hotel. The UP bar itself...
Last day of our holiday. This is an amazing hotel made all the better by the friendly staff especially Minerva (Activities and entertainment coordinator). We've been coming to this resort for the last seven years and this is the first time that we have seen swimming pools with hydraulic chairs to assist disabled people getting in and out of the pool. Top marks to the hotel for this.
Lovely clean and well kept hotel mostly for the over 50yr old age group of people (in my option). Our third visit here but the first since major renovations were carried out a few years ago. Pleasant staff, nicely decorated rooms and great pool areas. Amazing views towards the golden strip area and the sea from our seventh floor room. Only stayed B+B but the food was great with plenty of choice for...
Just stayed at the hotel and I am sorry to say wont be returning. Breakfast is a buffet style that caters for all. Mass produced food and quality is okay. Dinner however is poor with a non appealing set menu with special dishes that are equally unappealing. There is a small buffet that accompanys the dinner options, but this is also poor. The previous full buffet dinner option was much better...
Just home from this hotel. Will return next year. Service on reception and restaurant very good. Restaurant is buffet breakfast, dinner starters and desserts buffet style, mains is table service and meal chosen from a menu. Food really good, could always find something. I ve been in this hotel first time in 1992. Now in 2025 i came back to see my favourite hotel from the past and i still love it. Had a good time here, the rooms are spacious, even the single room. The bathroom was renovated, the bed comfortable(the pillows could be better though). I liked the room layout a lot. Hotel La Siesta is a very nice hotel overall, with great potential and many positive aspects. The location is fantastic — close to everything you might need, and the overall value for money is excellent. I would definitely consider coming back. There are, however, a few things that could use improvement. Most of the elevators are quite worn and feel outdated. One of the pool guards had a consistently...
We've been coming to Alexandre La Siesta now for 3 years as a family and love it and ticks all of our boxes. Staff are very friendly and will go out of their way for you. No fighting for sunbeds! The snack bar offers a good choice of snacks for lunchtime...
Lovely hotel, the area is right on the main straight and 2 minute walk from the beach with lots of Restaurants and shops. literally round the corner from the excursions bus pickup. Great hotel for families. Entertainment for kids really good. We went half board which was well worth the extra £70. The staff also super friendly. Big mention for Ramon who always has a smile and makes you feel so welcome. Will be back for sure

What an amazing hotel ! So much charm, great and helpful people working there, super nice location, attention to details, fresh breakfast with so much choice and more! Thank you for this stay, 7 days were not enough to enjoy it all !
Despite a few negative reviews here - don’t believe them. The hotel is magnificent, way better than the pictures show. Great resort for a family! It was the first time when hotel was much better than pictures :D friendly staff, clean, great food and gorgeous location. Try omelet for breakfast - cook is just amazing :)
This is the finest hotel in my opinion in Tenerife. We stayed in suite room 226. The views of the sea are magnificent. Spoil yourself and go for the suite. Staff are amazing. Eric on the front desk couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast has amazing choice.
The best impressions of your stay in this Paradise hotel with krasivymi cheerful paintings, vases and cute figurines of ordinary people from the past Mexico, Spain and other Latin countries .Nice attitude of all staff and in particular the Director Ricardo who pay attention to each client. Good location. Spacious room. Services were nice.
We only stayed for two nights but the hotel was good and the location was ok, and the lobby was great. The swimming pool on the roof, amazing. Everything you want from a holiday is just a short walk away. The reception at the hotel was great, thank you!
Good service, my room is cleaned regularly with replacement towels, etc. Reception desk staff is friendly. Overall a good experience.
The hotel is located far from the ocean, old, the rooms are quite worn out, on the plus side - not bad breakfast, not good, but not bad)
I have been going to this hotel for 14 years and everything is the same as the first time. It needs to be renovated. The doors are not soundproof. The breakfast that costs €10 has very poor quality products. To check in I waited 20 minutes even though there were three people at the reception.
The room was quite good, spacious and with everything you need for a standard stay in an hotel. Two things you may want to know about the room is the missing terrace and the few shower gel and shampoo doses available. The restaurant was ok, nothing special, not a 4 stars level, maybe a 2/3 stars level, if you don’t have a lot of expectations about the food you can enjoy the dinner and breakfast....

Lovely hotel, modern and clean. Lovely helpful staff . Rooms cleaned beautifully every day. Food good too. Ideally situated near bars shops supermarkets and an 8 Mim to walk to the busy Veronica's strip. Beach same distance away. Would stay here again without a. doubt
Lovely hotel in great location. Staff were very polite and helpful, meeting all of our needs. Great food and drink choices at the restaurant. Our room was spacious and kept clean by the housekeepers. Highly recommend staying here.

Amazing hotel, lovely staff all round! Not too noisy considering our bungalow was right next to the main street. Only down a star due to poor labelling of food at meal times, I think you'd struggle if you have any allergies.

We spent a week here as a family of 4. Two children aged 8 & 6. The villa we had was beautiful, clean and got fresh towels daily. Everything is lovely about this place and yet there are minor niggles. Balconies are just too narrow, kitchen crockery for 3 and don't match, etc. We are in a suite which is great. Views from the sun deck are spectacular. It's a quiet romantic hotel. Read the comments on the place , you will get the drift and decide if it's the holiday you want. Big plus no rowdies allowed.

Had a fantastic week here as a family group with three under 12’s. Staff are really attentive and we found something to eat most nights. Rooms are big, but a little tired, fantastic pools, although be aware they are deep, there are options for very little ones though. All in all a great week.

We enjoyed our second stay here a lot. The staff was very welcoming and attentive, had very good recommendations for us concerning food and even though they couldn't offer a late check out for our surperior room, they gave us access to one of their standard rooms until we had to leave for the airport. The sister hotel offers a free gym which we used once. It was alright. In general, the music playing...
We have been many times over the years. Staff very friendly especially Roy who looks after safety and guests needs at the pool. We have known Roy for many years and is always very pleasant and helpfull. He makes the guests feel special and welcome.
Sir Anthony is a truly 5* experience. Staff have a great culture and nothing is a bother for them. Pool area is very relaxed and there is plenty of room, beds always available. Roy is the pool guy, worth his weight in gold! The dining area is very cool and food selection for breakfast is excellent 👌 Rooms are larger than average, beds are King size and super comfortable.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Hotel Sir Anthony exceeded our expectations in every way, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere that’s often missing in many 5-star hotels. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. On our first morning, the duty manager greeted us at breakfast with a simple yet perfect line: ‘Where would you like to sit; this...
The hotel features lovely decorations, a beautiful swimming pool, and is in a convenient location. However, the room appeared to be poorly maintained. Breakfast was good, and the service was excellent. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable. From Hotel's response 'During your stay you haven´t reported any maintenance issues. We are sorry to know that you have found our maintenance below standard,...

We had our honey moon in Cleopatra hotel, and it was truly amazing! We had a room with sea view and we were enjoying it every day. Seeing and hearing the ocean from your bed felt like a paradise to us. The hotel territory is so beautiful, the breakfast was very delicious, I think there was all the food you can imagine for breakfast, I was very surprised by this variety of dishes. Extra thanks to hotel...
Stayed in the hotel in September. Champagne on arrival. bags taken to room right away. Rooms can’t be faulted clean as you will get . Breakfast choice for all tastes including yes more champagne if you fancied it . Beach is in the door step . Pool are is excellent. Not a kid to be seen . peace and quiet everywhere. 11/10 . Will definitely be back. It’s safe as. nice pool bar snack . perfect setting...
Very welcoming staff on arrival, our first assigned room was disappointing, and we got an upgrade to a sea view balcony with a private plunge pool. This was a great idea of my wife, who normally has all the great ideas. Breakfast was very good, and my only gripe would be the lady on the omelette counter was too slow, I recommend two staff at this station at busy times. The fact that no dinner service...
All in all was ok but the rooms are in clear need of a renovation, the toilet water when flushing smells. We asked for a late checkout and they couldn't grant us that, but it was clear that the hotel was not even half booked, we even tried to negotiate a room upgrade when checking in but we were given the full price even though the better rooms were not reserved. The morning breakfast menu is ok but...
I loved this place. We stayed because my husband was fishing for a few days. I got to walk right down to the beach. Nice pool to cool down. I even got a massage and it was good, maternity massage. The breakfast was okay not great but for the price you can’t beat it. I loved the out of date style with statues. The room was comfortable and cold with ac. Bathroom was good, was able to bathe comfortably...
Negatives: - Sleep: Very noisy location specially at night from the pubs around. If you are not a good sleeper, I would not recommend it. - Breakfast: If you like coffee, I would not recommend it, there was only instant coffee (also in the coffee machines). - Gym: Very limited time-table and equipment. Positives: - Location: amazing location, 30m away from the beach. - Dinner: nice fish prepared straight...

The hotel is immaculate and the food is outstanding. The location is ideal if you want some more entertainment.
Stayed there for 7 nights for on a breakfast and bed basis. The main hotel and communal areas are very clean and tastefully laid out. The service was excellent throughout. I could see the staff was genuinely helpful and happy to serve customers. Breakfast was excellent spread again with the staff being hardworking and courteous as well as efficient. All the food and drinks were reasonably priced and...
From the moment we walked in with reception staff being outstanding and upgrading us to a premier suite to the pool area. Staff absolutely outstanding, all smiling, engaging and very pleasant. Dining room food selection At breakfast and dinner offered a wonderful selection of everything and replaced often. I have read a few other feedback that were slightly negative and it must have been a momentary...
Love this hotel and will definitely be back! The whole hotel is spotless. We stayed in a room on the road side (1st floor) and would request these rooms again as the were spacious and bright and had the sun all day. The cleaning staff do an amazing job. The pool area is spotless and well maintained. All the staff are so friendly and efficient. We really enjoyed the food. There was plenty to choose...
Hotel is beautiful! We came a few weeks ago in September for a holiday. Had a lovely welcome when checking in at reception. The hotel suites were lovely and had all the essentials you might need. The room cleaning staff are very helpful and polite. The bar and restaurant staff are lovely and have amazing service. Shout out to Sandra and Matilda for being so helpful and friendly, the food was delicious...
Just got back from a fantastic family holiday at this wonderful hotel. The place is immaculate and the staff at all levels complement the running of the hotel. We had a few minor issues with the room when arriving which I had to highlight at around 8pm, but this was sorted by 10am the next day. The hotel does have certain rules which add to the enjoyment of the hotel it's pools and surroundings. The...

We arrived late Wednesday night and after reading reviews about the noise and TUI offering us the chance to change hotels we decided we would take the risk and we're really glad we did. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are all very friendly & helpful. The food is very good. The pool area is amazing and plenty of very comfy sunbeds available. We have hardly heard any noise from the construction work...
The hotel was absolutely amazing. The whole aesthetic of the apartment and gardens within the hotel were gorgeous. The rooms were really spacious and clean and the views were lovely. Our room was right next to the terrace, we would have preferred a pool view as it could be quite awkward if people were sat on the terrace but the view of the garden within the hotel was also gorgeous for the price we...
We had a fab stay at vanilla gardens, perfect small boutique style adults only hotel. Central location to bars and restaurants etc. Everywhere is lovely and clean and cleaned regularly which is a must for us. Sun loungers are super comfy and pool a perfect temperature, yes there is building works outside the hotel but nothing they can do about this, once you get used to the noise you forget it’s there...
Nice hotel, clean rooms, we only ate breakfast which was good with plenty of choice. There is building work going on next door, but this didn’t bother us at all. Very impressed that you could get a sun bed round the pool no matter what time you turned up. The area around the hotel is dirty, but not the hotels fault, it’s situated very close the Veronica *****, but we heard no noise in the hotel...
We stayed at the Vanilla Garden for 5 nights. We were greeted at the reception with a smile and a complimentary glass of Cava. Every member of staff are so helpful. From the staff in reception to the cleaners and the poolside staff. Our room were modern, fresh and very clean. The breakfast area was very well laid out and had a great variety to choose from. I have to say about the work at the back...
Lovely Boutique hotel, stayed for a week. Was very relaxing, yes there is building work going on but a set of earphones sorted that out, didn't annoy us. Food was ok the breakfast was the best. towards the end of the week we did eat out a few nights. Hotel was clean and the rooms done everyday. Though a lot can be said for outside the hotel, the place looks like its never clean. (not much the hotel...
