Our room was on the 5th floor with pool and sea view, so we had fab views. Our room was spotless as was the general areas of the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic even though it can be very busy, there were plenty of tables to sit either inside or outside. Plenty of sunbeds by the time we went to the pool in the afternoon. We loved our stay and will definitely be back again.

Not the best hotel, probably due to its location The hotel is dated and not upto Melia standards. For theall inclusive drinks you are given a token that gives you a cup. You then go back with your cup for a refill when your drinks finished. At the end of the day you give your cup back and they give you your token back for the next day. Lovely Hotel with helpful staff, great selection of food and entertainment was really good. If I had one issue is where the hotel has put the smoking area, you have to walk through the middle of the smoking area to either get to the pool or reception area. As a non smoker who has a family it is really unpleasant to have to walk through the area every single time.

We are on the last day of a weeks stay here, the atmosphere in the hotel is fantastic. The staff have been lovely, and it is such a clean hotel. Love this hotel. Very clean rooms also very spacious with balcony and a fantastic view. The shower/ bath is brilliant and always hot water running. What a strange place. Booked very late just to get away. On arrival, look lovely from the outside and reception looks good too. Lovely hotel if you're looking for something quiet and reasonably basic. Rooms were large and always clean. We've been coming to Alexandre La Siesta now for 3 years as a family and love it and ticks all of our boxes. Staff are very friendly and will go out of their way for you. No fighting for sunbeds! It's an excellent family-type, international hotel with friendly personnel. The all inclusive concept is of great value, good choice of foods and beverages. Beds are fine. It’s a good option to stay in what I guess is in a high(normal/non-pandemic) season full of people. The food is variable but nothing that you fall off the chair from. Majority of the staff is friendly and accommodating.

We'd done a lot of research before booking Gran Oasis and thought we'd got it right but were clearly wrong. Let me say we enjoyed our stay and felt looked after but it was not right for us.
