We really enjoyed staying at Ona Palm Beach. The service and people who work here are amazing, everyone is so friendly, attentive, and responsive! Big thanks to Layla and Valentino, they are really cool, really enjoyed communicating with them and we’re pleased by their service and work! The aparthotel offers assistance with excursion reservations, such as Loro Parque, trips to Teide and Masca, and...
Everything was great! ❤️ The location is just perfect, right on the beach and near to everything. Clean and nice rooms with wonderful views (we were on the 7th floor), the food is great (we had only breakfast but it had new things daily and everything was fresh), the staff was friendly, overall it was perfect and I would recommend it to anyone.
I don't understand the negative reviews. This hotel location is unbeatable. Rooms were clean albeit a bit 'used' looking. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Pool area awesome. Breakfast was excellent, spoilt for choice. Balcony sea view amazing and really good size. Will definitely be coming back here. Thank you all at the hotel for a lovely time
Do not save on hotel on Tenerife! This hotel has great location , beach right behind the back door c lots of restaurants, shops, marine is walking distance. But we faced lots of issues : the AC didn’t work in one of the rooms , phone didn’t work, be ready for bed bugs ( they didn’t bite us , but see the pictures attached ), the windows are not sound proof and there are a lot of getto people in this...
We booked 10 days in Tenerife thinking it would be more than enough, but the days went by so fast that we honestly didn’t want to leave. The hotel itself was okay - I would probably give the hotel 3 stars - but what truly made the experience amazing was the activity team that lifts it up to a 5-star stay. Giulia, Aldara, Stephanie, and Aaron were full of energy, kindness, and positivity every single...

Not the best hotel, probably due to its location The hotel is dated and not upto Melia standards. For theall inclusive drinks you are given a token that gives you a cup. You then go back with your cup for a refill when your drinks finished. At the end of the day you give your cup back and they give you your token back for the next day. This is a poor system and not Melia standards. The rooms ( we had...
We love this hotel. It’s clean, friendly staff, amazing entertainment staff and kids club staff, great location. Hotel is a bit dated now and could do with a revamp but another great stay!
Ok but needs upgade and ear plugs Hotel very very noisy until 4am. Right next to extremely loud disco. Hotel needs upgrade. Food good. Staff friendly. Many additional friends in our room. Beetles, ants and cockroaches. Sprayed the rooms. Didnt make much difference.
The hotel is in an excellent location and very close to the beach, bars and nightlife. Walking to both Adeje and Los Cristianos is easy for those with no mobility issues. Breakfast was fabulous with the staff friendly and helpful. The only downsides are that the hotel is tired which makes some areas look unclean even although the cleaners do their absolute best, and the proximity to nightlife (only...
Staff were excellent the property especially the rooms was a little tired and needed a refurb. Noisy from the nearby clubs
Cheap and cheerful, you get what you pay for. If you are looking for somewhere to just sleep like we did then it will do.

We had a good stay at the H10 Las Palmeras. The absolute major drawback was that the walls are paper-thin and you can hear conversations from the next-door rooms and all hallway activity when trying to sleep at night. Aside from that, the stay was pleasant, the food was decent, the location was good, and the rooms were nice. I did have one issue with the fact that you have to pay a 15 Euro deposit...
Arrived with my partner on 14th of December until Christmas Eve from our arrival a fast check in greeted by friendly staff and during our stay I can’t say a negative thing about this place it was honestly perfect in every way. The staff was amazing the all inclusive food was amazing great selection. The restaurant’s was top notch the Chinese was absolutely fantastic. I will be visiting this hotel...
The best stay! Every member of staff was professional, caring and overall lovely! (I didn’t catch the name of the lady who checked us in but she was so great) I did catch Galindos name, who works at the restaurant, I am ceoliac and he really took care of my needs when it came to the food each day I had my own cakes breads pizzas pastas anything I wanted it was very easy to feel safe with food thanks...
Been to this hotel several times over the years and this is the first time we’ve been disappointed. Hotel location is excellent and within walking distance of beach’s and shops, literally at the front door, and promenade is easily accessible via the rear gate at the pool area. Staff are great very friendly and helpful, good entertainment at night with the obligatory kiddies disco and very friendly...
I booked a sea view room and when I first checked in, was given a room with a small amount of sea visible. The room was damp and a bit tired. However, I went to see reception and they couldn't have been more helpful. Whilst I laid in the sun they moved my bags to a fantastic room with a very nice view. The food is excellent, the drinks made well and the staff are just the best thing about the hotel...
We were staying 8 days here, and were satisfied with their services. The interior and the garden of the hotel is beautiful. The staff was kind and flexible. The food was great, and the room was clean with a beautiful view to the ocean. There were many programs: volleyball, ping-pong, tennis matches, evening disco for children to entertain guests. Great goups were forged by the evening. Do not miss...

Amazing First class hotel excellent service and the location will definitely go back
They put me in a room that already had someone in, then the second one stinks and I had to ask to be changed finally for a room without an apology. And I just had a toddler and lots of luggage so was annoyed. Not exactly a 5 star experience ahahah the bathrobes were horrible don’t even try them on. Great location and great children amenities. Very small rooms. Very busy there. My toddler loved it,...
It is a beautiful hotel. Hiwever we had a bad experience. We were on all inclusive but on our last day, my husband ordered the same drink he ordered every evening the waitress (short lady with glasses) gave him the drink and we walked away to sit in the outside sitting area near the bar. However she then came to us with a bill for the drink and we said we were all inclusive. She then informed us the...
Our room was on the 5th floor with pool and sea view, so we had fab views. Our room was spotless as was the general areas of the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic even though it can be very busy, there were plenty of tables to sit either inside or outside. Plenty of sunbeds by the time we went to the pool in the afternoon. We loved our stay and will definitely be back again.
Wonderful property, great location. Breakfast was fantastic and plentiful with daily specials. The only thing that disappointed us was the daily charge at the gym of €6. We are both well travelled and that was our first time asked to pay for the use of the gym. The classes were offered free, when usually incur a surcharge, made no sense to us. Also, it’ll be lovely if there was some music playing around...
Tenerifes top hotel. Recently refurbished and what a great hotel. Fantastic facilities and great pools. Free breakfast with everything you can think of available. Very friendly staff and 3 restaurants on site. Alcohol and soft drink prices were also very reasonably priced. Let’s to do with entertainment during the day and evening. Will come back later this year.

Lovely hotel, very clean and accessible for disabled customers. Pools are great. Evening food in November was very poor. Simple like lasagne with chips and spring rolls?? It shows the hotel offer half board which the package we were on but it's better to be bed & breakfast as there is so much choice for your meals out in playas Da Las Americas. Ps. Bring your own tea bags!! Hotel charges €4 per replenishment...
Fantastic hotel in a great location. On arrival you cannot help but be impressed by the hotel's interior. But it is people who make a hotel so special thanks must go to Angoney on reception who welcomed us warmly and assisted us with the Check In process which went very smoothly. Room are well maintained. Cleaning staff are in daily - a big thank you to Loci who looked after us in this respect. We...
Great hotel, good variety of pools and all the facilities you’d need. I particularly found the wristband system very convenient also. For an extra charge there is also a spa (sauna, cold plunge, pool, massages) as well as “Up!” which gets you a quiet rooftop with beds, unlimited food & drink and an infinity pool. Both were great value for money but are not inclusive of the hotel rate. The standard...
Our experience at the Vulcano was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed and has a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The rooftop “UP!” terrace was the highlight: stunning...
Fantastic - First impression were amazing with a stunning modern entrance, the breakfast is the best I’ve seen with a fantastic variety, the food quality was also superb. It was also great as breakfast serves from 7-12 so you dont have to be up early. The rooms look amazing with modern touch, the air con, beds and bathroom were great - no issues. Lovely Hotel with helpful staff, great selection of food and entertainment was really good. If I had one issue is where the hotel has put the smoking area, you have to walk through the middle of the smoking area to either get to the pool or reception area. As a non smoker who has a family it is really unpleasant to have to walk through the area every single time.
From the moment we arrived (late 11ish) we were made to feel very welcome. Reception staff were great very explanatory. We had a room on the 4th floor we had asked for adjoining rooms. We were given 410-412 so a room between us but that was fine. Rooms nice and clean basic but enough. Shampoo conditioner body wash and lots of other little bits like a comb and razor and dental kit in the bathroom a...
Just back from 8 nights, wouldn’t change a thing….thanks to all of the H10 staff for a wonderful holiday, you are all an incredible hard working and friendly team, well done. We’ll be back again in a few months 🌞
My wife and I loved this hotel, the rooms food and staff are all excellent. We upgraded to privelige, there is however one issue, the privilege deck on the 6th floor is great, the italian lady who works up there is very good and friendly, the pools are too small and access for any sort of mobility problems is impossible, so we used the privilege island in the main pool but this only has 6 sunbeds and...

We stayed here for a few days early in November. Check in is great, very friendly and room ready when we arrived. The communal areas are immaculate and well kept. Corridors to the rooms are dark and uninviting and don’t match pristine or the rest of the hotel. Romance room with jacuzzi bath is overpriced. Very unnecessary. Jacuzzi bath in middle of room and full view of toilet was unusual!...
Second time staying here, still fantastic. Really great hotel you won’t want or need to leave. Beautiful, modern spacious rooms with lovely balcony with a pool and sea view, worth a bit extra. Must mention how clean everywhere is what a great team effort all over the hotel. We are half board and really enjoyed the meals so far, lots of choice and nice wine selection. For a change we have joined...
From the moment we arrived at check in to the moment we left all of the staff were smiling and couldn’t do enough for us, nothing was a problem, we were half board and enjoyed the variety at breakfast and dinner. Very clean credit to this hotel for keeping it fresh. Very friendly staff food is ok. But that’s just me. Plenty to choose from. Entertainment is more for the kids not as much for adults from what I saw anyway. Tv is not fire stick friendly. Gutted as like to watch Netflix and Paramount plus. Amongst other things to watch. You do have at least 3 channels to choose from. Rooms are exceptional...
This hotel was simply amazing with the best customer service we have ever had. I could not fault anything the price we paid. It was the best holiday ever. We certainly be back again soon. Thank you everyone for this wonderful experience ❤️.
We all had a brilliant time at the Hotel Best Tenerife, we arrived and checked in then headed to our room. We'd requested 2 travel cots (3 year old twins) which we were told we would have in our room but we only had two double beds and the beds are high with tiled floors, we went to reception to ask for them but was told the room couldn't accommodate them so we asked if we could pay to upgrade to a...
Just got back and I can not fault this Hotel. We stayed for 4 nights with our sons partners and grandsons. Two of our grandsons are only 3 and they loved it all. Lovely water play area set away from the main pools as well where children can play and parents are able to watch them and chill on the sunbeds at the same time. Food was plenty...
Great hotel. Perfect location as is really central. Close to everything. Rooms are nice shower very powerful. Service is great. Food is Ok, a bit samey after a couple of days and the entertainment is very loud and goes on quite late by the pool so if you've got a pool facing room don't expect an early night. Overall would go back. We were there for 4 night on a girls trip and had a great time.
After reading some of the reviews, I have to say, I don't know what Hotel you went to. The Best Tenerife Hotel was by far one of the friendliest, cleanest Hotels I have been too. The food was excellent, how anyone can say, it was not very good must stay in 5* hotels. I was afraid that the hotel had no good beach or sea view, but I was surprised that it has a great 45-degree view from the balcony to the best beach troya. I visited other beaches, they are rocky, and many hotels are not direct to the beach. You must walk more than 15 min to reach good sandy beach but not with Alexander Hotel troya from there you just cross the street, and it is surrounded by shops...
The hotel provided excellent service during my stay. Upon arrival on Wednesday evening, I encountered two minor issues: the safe in my room (264) would not open, and the balcony door would not close properly. I promptly contacted the reception, and a maintenance team was dispatched to address the problems immediately. While the view from my balcony overlooked workers engaged in hotel maintenance...
spent almost a whole week in the hotel and i would go back any time. the location of the hotel is really good, 20-25 mins max from the airport by bus/car, 3m max from the beach and absolutely 1m from the street/shops/bars/etc. there are 2 bigger pools outside, a bar, a stage for entertainment at nights and lots of places to sit or lay down. towels for the sunbeds can be obtained through the reception...
My wife and I had an amazing experience, we loved the room and the maids were very nice and helpful. The air conditioning was not working and a very nice girl came right away and fixed it quickly. We had a nice conversation. The buffet has very varied food and the spa is small but very complete. The location is perfect. We will definitely stay here again!

Visited this hotel for 10 nights in September. I have travelled to Tenerife at least 2 times per year for a good few years and have never had any major issues to complain about, but this hotel needs to close to have a deep clean and buy all new sleeping furniture. Just had a lovely 10 day stay at La Siesta. Hotel is very clean, rooms are a good size and also very clean. We are a family of 4, children 7years/18months, plenty for them to be entertained. Love this hotel. Very clean rooms also very spacious with balcony and a fantastic view. The shower/ bath is brilliant and always hot water running. Roof top pool is a lovely space to go and relax and sunbath if u just want to chill. The hotel is in perfect walking distance to the shopping areas and the local restaurants.
Staff are lovely, rooms are great. Beautifully quite. Love the rooftop Pool. Only snag I would say is that there is no actual bar. So if you fancied a day/night in you would have to get you're own. They do sell cans & wine at reception. Only English channels on tv are news 🙃 cant really mention the food as we went self catering as theirs loads of places to chose from.
What a strange place. Booked very late just to get away. On arrival, look lovely from the outside and reception looks good too. Only 1 member of staff on reception most times, so there could be longs waits whenever you wanted something. Room was great on the 5th floor and very spacious. Beds were never made up and the floor never mopped, but the towels were changed, even when you didn't need them....
Lovely hotel if you're looking for something quiet and reasonably basic. Rooms were large and always clean. The pool however was dirty although some of that is to be expected with a rooftop pool it was a bit off putting. The staff were always amazing, very attentive and helpful. I would stay again.
I was a little sceptical about staying here after reading some of the negative reviews, but my stay was very positive. Our room was on the 2nd floor. We had a lovely room facing the swimming pool and terrace the bed was comfortable and changed at least 3 times during our stay the towels were plentiful the only issue we had the the floor in the room and terrace could have been a bit cleaner...
Our stay at Catalonia Oro Negro was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable, and we felt very well looked after during our holiday. A special thank you to Alina from the restaurant team – she truly stood out with her dedication, kindness, and professionalism. The entire kitchen staff did a fantastic job and made every meal a pleasure. We would happily return!
We really enjoyed our stay at Catalonia Oro Negro. The room was comfortable, the accommodation overall was great, and everything was well organized. I would especially like to mention Alina from the kitchen/restaurant department – she was amazing! Very dedicated, friendly, and always helpful. The whole restaurant staff was excellent and made our experience even better. Highly recommended!

Absolutely great resort, great bubgalows, nice and welcoming staff, waiters in the dining area are very service minded. Food is really great and has a great variety to choose from every day. Nice and relaxed pool area, not too crowded at all. Will recommend this resort to friends and family!
Stayed for one week, we had a 2 bed bungalow next to pool & check in was quick & easy although we arrived just before a load of peopleso there was a queue built up after us. Reception staff helpful, books u could borrow if u wanted a read. Really lovely staff, everyone smiling & friendly & all I spoke to communicated in English. main pool has a lift into pool for wheel chair bound people who wanted...
We went to this hotel in May 2025 for 2 weeks with our baby who was almost a year old. We booked a premier suit. It was fine, but there were some maintenance issues. The kitchen faucet was lose, the soaps didn't work properly so we had to dismount them to get shampoo. We also booked the ''baby kit''.... what a joke. They forgot all about it. Then when i asked the lady behind the desk looked confused...
We had an amazing weeks stay here last week, the hotel is well situated and the rooms were clean and maintained to a high standard by the maids. The site was always really clean and quiet at nights in the rooms when going to bed. The food and drink was very good with plenty of variety each day and we loved the beautiful and tasty salads. This was backed up by the amazing waiting and bar staff who...
Had an amazing stay here, it was my first time. Everything was well maintained and exceptionally clean. Rooms were immaculate and the maid was respectful, kind and polite. The staff were brilliant- polite, helpful and friendly with good chat. The food was lovely, great variety and always something for everybody. Poolside was wonderful with plenty of sunbeds available. Evening entertainment was a good...

Lovely and clean hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast average - just as you would expect for a hotel that mainly caters for British guests. Good location.
Paying for a suite wasn’t worth it. The bedroom was located next to the hall way. Unfortunately also near a place for smoking. The noise from other guests coming back at night was also a pain. Other downside, the walls are so thin that you can hear the water falling down from the upper floors…
Outside a busy round about. Beach is within 10 kin walk with McDonald's and amenities. Great entertainment and food was good.
Felt like we arrived through a back entrance, but once inside the foyer was decorated nicely for Christmas. Staff at the desk were not as welcoming, not rude, just aloof. Shocked to hear about additional costs to use the safe in our room & for towels. It was cheaper to buy a towel. The welcome drink was a nice touch, though. We wanted a twin room, but there was no way to separate the beds. They were...
The room, bedroom and bathroom are generally good, but the air conditioner is blocked by the balcony door and cannot be easily started. After repairs, it still does not work.
good location to nearly everything. breakfast is good many different stuff. opposite very conventient supermarket.

We've just spent a week at the gran oasis resort in tenerife and we've had an amazing holiday. The hotel staff are amazing... The cleaners, restaurant staff, bar staff and the fabulous entertainment team.. Renata and the team are amazing with kids and fun with adults. The new year's gala dinner was amazing... Lobster tail... Beef wellington and much more and some amazing desserts... Well done gran...
Great holiday, Great hotel and the staff were amazing, literally couldn't fault the amount of effort everyone at the hotel put in over the xmas period, the rooms were spotless the whole resort was maintained and very clean, all staff were polite and there was always something to eat for everyone, the heated pools were spot on we couldn't keep the kids out! always activity to keep them entertained...
5 of us as a family have come for a week and wow what an experience, the staff have made our holiday. The foods absolutely amazing, and overall it’s beautiful. I 110% recommend! so many memories made within this hotel as well as exploring out. A huge applause for all the staff who work their hardest. You’ll meet Shelby the kids entertainer, she’s absolutely amazing at her job there’s never a dull...
Coming back to Gran Oasis for the fifth year in a row, we still love it very much! We're always greeted with smiles, and we're extra happy to see Renate is still here! Even though the hotel is rather close to the ocean, we tend to stick around to the pool areas, which are always in excellent condition. Sun beds are plenty and it's not too crowded. A nice upgrade this year was the entertainment area...
Stayed here for a week first time staying in Gran oasis, start of by saying we had a lovely upgrade and bottle of fizzy upon our arrival and swans made out of towels what was so thoughtful and beautiful! We appreciate it so much! Only issue with the rooms are they are so worn out our lights were handing of wall and wire hanging out ceiling and hand rail to stairs hanging of also lots more issues. The...
Activities and pool: The hotel is great for families! There’s a wide range of activities for all ages (our favourites were the foam party, inflatable obstacle course, giant panda and live music). There are 3 pools (Kids one and two larger pools). The complex is also very nice and pretty. 10/10. Rooms and accommodation: The rooms are clean, stylish and big; we stayed in a 1 bedroom — there were ...

The hotel offered very good value for money, it was generally quiet and peaceful, and the cleanliness was excellent. Please ignore the bad reviews — our experience was fantastic, and we will definitely be coming back next year. Highly recommended for families!
Everything was great, the staff was friendly! The location was excellent.
Good location, most of the waiters are warm and friendly, the room is big, but the decoration and supporting facilities are a bit old, the room wifi is charged extra, and the signal is very poor after paying for it... There are a lot of mosquitoes, even during Christmas, you need to prepare mosquito repellent.
Rooms was ok, bifg apartment, restaurant also ok, nice staff, friendly workers. Only some issues with the security at entrance, who start around 23:00 o´clock. He approuched me in bad way, was little a bit arrogant, rude or maybe ******.
This place is absolutely fantastic, spotless, cleaners in your room every day, rooms at that are spacious and very tidy. I would highly recommend 👌
Good hotel, varied breakfast, daily room cleaning and on request I recommend it

We had a great stay at Sir Anthony, which is a really nice hotel in a good quiet location, right on the seafront, but also a short walk from other restaurants and shops. The hotel is very smart but also has a relaxed atmosphere. The staff were all very friendly and provided excellent, professional service. Breakfast, lunch and evening meals were also very good, especially the entrecôte steak, which...
Generally good service and great location. Rooms are well maintained and housekeeping is good. Did encounter the same issue that another review highlighted and that is the balcony door had to be jiggled a bit to get the Aircon working after being opened. Cooked breakfast is really good, but a tip is to ask for items like avocado or nuts that are not listed but seems to be available to those who know...
Great location. The staff were excellent, and our room was lovely. Very clean and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel and hope to return.
I very rarely write reviews, but I just had to. We stayed 10 night B&B and wished we had stayed longer. The most outstanding part of the holiday was not the hotel but the staff. They were all very friendly, polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel itself self was spotless (I’m ocd with cleaning) not one bug did I see, room cleaned every morning and turn down service every...
We had a wonderful week staying here to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We have been to Tenerife many times over those 30 years with family and Ive always wanted to stay here. We chose Sir Anthony as we love this area; the promenade, the El Camison beach and the local restaurants. We don’t enjoy large hotels with entertainment by the pool so this hotel was the perfect choice for us. So...
The hotel is situated in front of the sea and we listened to the sound of the waves as we drifted of to sleep every night! The room was 5star and private plunge pool on our room roof was stunning ! The restaurant was great and almost everyone in the staff was amazing ! We felt welcomed and the car park was handy but best to book ! We played golf nearby and that was fabulous! Lots of Vegas style cheap...
