Everything was great! ❤️ The location is just perfect, right on the beach and near to everything. Clean and nice rooms with wonderful views (we were on the 7th floor), the food is great (we had only breakfast but it had new things daily and everything was fresh), the staff was friendly, overall it was perfect and I would recommend it to anyone.

Our room was on the 5th floor with pool and sea view, so we had fab views. Our room was spotless as was the general areas of the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic even though it can be very busy, there were plenty of tables to sit either inside or outside. Plenty of sunbeds by the time we went to the pool in the afternoon. Lovely Hotel with helpful staff, great selection of food and entertainment was really good. If I had one issue is where the hotel has put the smoking area, you have to walk through the middle of the smoking area to either get to the pool or reception area. As a non smoker who has a family it is really unpleasant to have to walk through the area every single time.

We've been coming to Alexandre La Siesta now for 3 years as a family and love it and ticks all of our boxes. Staff are very friendly and will go out of their way for you. No fighting for sunbeds! Beautiful hotel! Went with my 12yr old son. The best holiday we have had! Beautiful scenery within the grounds, good selection of food, entertainment team are something else from morning til night! Love this hotel. Very clean rooms also very spacious with balcony and a fantastic view. The shower/ bath is brilliant and always hot water running. What a strange place. Booked very late just to get away. On arrival, look lovely from the outside and reception looks good too. Only 1 member of staff on reception most times, so there could be longs waits whenever you wanted something. Room was great on the 5th floor and very spacious. Lovely hotel if you're looking for something quiet and reasonably basic. Rooms were large and always clean. We really enjoyed our stay at Catalonia Oro Negro. The room was comfortable, the accommodation overall was great, and everything was well organized. I would especially like to mention Alina from the kitchen/restaurant department – she was amazing! Very dedicated, friendly, and always helpful. The whole restaurant staff was excellent and made our experience even better. Highly recommended!

Absolutely great resort, great bubgalows, nice and welcoming staff, waiters in the dining area are very service minded. Food is really great and has a great variety to choose from every day. Nice and relaxed pool area, not too crowded at all. Will recommend this resort to friends and family!

We went to this hotel in May 2025 for 2 weeks with our baby who was almost a year old. We booked a premier suit. It was fine, but there were some maintenance issues. The kitchen faucet was lose, the soaps didn't work properly so we had to dismount them to get shampoo. We also booked the ''baby kit''.... what a joke. They forgot all about it. We've just spent a week at the gran oasis resort in tenerife and we've had an amazing holiday. The hotel staff are amazing... The cleaners, restaurant staff, bar staff and the fabulous entertainment team.. Renata and the team are amazing with kids and fun with adults. The new year's gala dinner was amazing... Coming back to Gran Oasis for the fifth year in a row, we still love it very much! We're always greeted with smiles, and we're extra happy to see Renate is still here! Good location, most of the waiters are warm and friendly, the room is big, but the decoration and supporting facilities are a bit old, the room wifi is charged extra, and the signal is very poor after paying for it...
