We found sand in our bed when we only have arrived. The pool is cleaned every morning. Mattress in bed are really dirty. Breakfasts and dinners are absolutely delicious ✅

Palm beach, it's a older hotel that needs a touch of love. Rooms: Nice Size room, I slept great on the bed. We stayed here for 5 nights in October and it was superb! Staff on reception are very nice & helpful. I feel the hotel is a bit dated and some renovations would give it keep it at a 4 star hotel, it's also located very close the the strip so noise is a bit of an issue while trying to sleep. We have stayed at this hotel about 5 times and it never disappoints. Great selection at breakfast with plenty of seating. We stayed half board and this was lovely also. We really liked this adults-only hotel. Good location being just outside the main touristy areas but within easy walking distance of everything. Very clean rooms, friendly staff and the rooftop swimming pool is a great place to relax. We'll be back!

The bed was unsteady , and the wall was so thin. I was staying near the house keepers room so I could hear the door banging non stop , felt like they were doing it for a reason. The location is the best thing about this hotel .

Everything is lovely about this place and yet there are minor niggles. Balconies are just too narrow, kitchen crockery for 3 and don't match, etc. We are in a suite which is great. Views from the sun deck are spectacular. It's a quiet romantic hotel. Read the comments on the place , you will get the drift and decide if it's the holiday you want. Big plus no rowdies allowed.

Amazing hotel, lovely staff all round! Not too noisy considering our bungalow was right next to the main street. Only down a star due to poor labelling of food at meal times, I think you'd struggle if you have any allergies.

Very nice Parque. Lots of stuff to do, lovely pools (for kids and adults), boulevard very close (2mins walk). The apartment is really good. Amazing place the complex is beautiful, clean and spaceous. The staff are always happy and polite and always have a smile on their faces. The food is delicious. I am very fussy and usually live on bread and chips when I go away but I have eaten a proper meal every night. The pools are great and there is always entertainment in the day. The evening entertainment is good too.

We loved the hotel. Very clean . Staff were professional and accommodating . Restaurant food was good and can’t fault the breakfast selection. Very close to the sea, restaurants and bars. The downsides for us were the room was tired and needed renovating. Very dated. The pool was freezing so hardly anyone went in it , such a shame. Smelt a lot of cannabis on the premises .

Location wise you cannot go wrong with this hotel. As you walk out if you go left you will end up in Playas Las Americas. If you go right you will end up in Los Cristianos. Perfect location for the Tenerife nightlife, but also not too central that you feel on top of it all! The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were perfectly clean, beds really comfy too! Disappointed that construction work was ongoing as it made sunbathing not so relaxing but overall a great stay!
