On arrival it’s well presented and smells lovely and clean. Receptionist was nice and polite , we had to wait 2.30 hours for our room but we were given our wrist bands so we could use the facilities straight away. The food and the staff in the restaurant and bars are excellent. It’s very central to the town and close to the beach and shops.
Once we got the key to our room we were on the top floor end room which again seemed nice and clean, however, bizarrely, the bedroom is on the corridor with windows and no blinds, yes there are shutters on the outside that are fixed half open, therefore the light from the corridor keeps the bedroom bright. Now if you’re like me and can’t sleep in a well lit bedroom, ask for one in the middle of the corridor. We slept on the sofa bed as it was darker in the main room.
Next day after arriving no cleaning done.
Second day after asking, clean towels left.
Third day, clean towels left,
Fourth day full clean.
We were only there 5 days.
On the second day, the shower dispenser fell off the wall, we reported it, next day a slip was put under the door to ask if we were happy with the work done, nobody had been to fix it, was still on the floor when we checked out.
The older male receptionist is very rude and dismissive. Not approachable and would avoided eye contact as long as he could and was abrupt and unfriendly.
And to top the is it is it not we had cockroaches in the bathroom so would definitely not return or recommend it to anyone.
Food not hot not cooked properly I was very ill they need to be told a few other people were ill as well .
Paikassa on potentiaalia, mutta toteutus on keskiverto tai heikko. Altaat kylmät, huoneiden äänieristys on huono. Sängyissä ei vilttejä, vain ohuet lakanat. Onneksi hyvät lämpöpumput kaikissa huoneissa. Pääosa matkaajista tuntuu olevan brittien alaluokkaa.
Turvallisuus ok, kun sisään pääsee vain asukkaat joilla ranneke, mutta tarkoittaa myös että vierailijoita ei sallita edes altaalla tai leikkipaikoilla.
Voin suositella jos ei ole suuret odotukset.
At the bar you have to pay €1 for a plastic glass in order to get your drink, the water is cold and no heated pool available as they advertise. You have to go early morning and leave a towel on the sunbeds otherwise no sunbeds are available. The staff is very busy cleaning the outdoor areas but not the rooms and the management does not give a crap. Unfortunately I cannot add any pictures as I would! I don't get how people are giving 4-5 stars as all 1 star reviews are complaining about the same thing. First time ever I really wanted our holiday to finish quick so I could return home!
Firstly I will start by saying don't go on people's reviews mostly negative these apartments are really nice clean the food is amazing value all breakfast dinner and tea can't fault it the staff equally amazing the main pools by the outside bar are very cold but that's for me isn't an issue because if you go to the back of the apartments there is a lovely pool with a man made waterfall. So go and enjoy it we did will be booking again for next year.
Couldnt sit on the balcony due to noise and fumes. Couldnt get room changed. The overall noise in the dining area was worse than a school dining hall. Staff at reception on our arrival extremely rude. Will never stay there again
