Labranda Playa Bonita Mini-hotel

Good stay here at the Playa Bonita. Good location, rooms really nice and the air con works a treat in the room. Comfy beds and nice balcony. Really quiet location. Only thing in room was shower would take a bit of adjustment always go hot and cold. Parking is available but very limited 1st night had to park couple of blocks away but able to get a space in the car park for rest of the stay at a small charge. Food was great usual buffet affair but rotated different theme nights each night.

Checking in was super clear and easy the staff member spoke very good English and spoke us through all the meal times and gave clear instructions on how to get to our room. The food was all good and replenished quickly our favourite was the carbonara !
All poolside was clean and not too busy, however it does say sun beds cannot be reserved but everyday we came down most sunbeds had towels on by 9am but no people on them. Not saving sun beds is hard to enforce so it’s a good idea to get down as early as you can for a decent bed or one at all. The pool bar was very quick service with great cocktails same as the chill out bar. They also made new cocktails each day at 2pm and handed them out to guests which were lovely! The entertainment was also great and the staff are very engaging with the crowd so don’t be shy! The location of this hotel is also great as you are super close to the shopping centre and little supermarkets if you need any essentials, there was also a large market time thing a couple days during the week just a couple minute walk from the hotel. We spent one day at the beach and walked down there most days as it’s only about 10 minute walk down to the sand where there are loads of local food places and shops to look in. Overall was a very great visit and right near Aqualand water park which we had an easy short busy journey to and spent the day there. Every staff member was super friendly and helpful so definitely would recommend!!

Everything has been perfect so far, the food is really nice but we have suffered with mild food poisoning we believe so just be weary, for example, with the rice being kept under the hot lamps. The rooms are clean and there’s cleaning service daily which is nice and the beds are very comfy. The pool is big and perfect to relax or have a swim. There’s lots of lounges and umbrellas. The drinks, especially the strawberry daiquiris, are delicious. I’d definitely recommend booking All Inclusive if you’re looking for a relaxing trip, rather than one where you’d like to explore more and eat out.

I’ve just returned from my stay here, what an incredible resort. The service and hospitality were exceptional from start to finish. Every single staff member we encountered was kind, cheerful, and welcoming—always greeting guests with a smile and working hard to keep the entire place spotless.

Check-in was smooth and straightforward, with no hidden fees. We hired a car, and the hotel kindly provided us with a key card for the private car park for the duration of our stay, which made things really convenient.

Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard, and we noticed that even our personal items were left neatly arranged—something I really appreciated. Fresh towels were provided each day, and for €10 you could hire a large pool towel, which could be exchanged daily. The deposit was refunded in full at the end of our trip with no issues.

The cleanliness of the resort stood out. The pool was cleaned every night, and staff were constantly working to maintain the communal areas. You could tell they took real pride in the upkeep of the property, which made the whole stay feel even more enjoyable and relaxing.

The all-inclusive food was delicious, with plenty of variety to suit all tastes. Although I didn’t drink much alcohol, the selection included in the all-inclusive package was impressive. On the occasions I opted for a premium drink, the price was very reasonable and the quality was excellent—well worth it in my opinion.

The only small downside was that the beds were two singles pushed together rather than a double, but this was a minor issue and didn’t affect the overall experience at all.

This resort truly exceeded my expectations. I’d return in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, clean, and welcoming place to stay. A huge thank you to all the staff who made our holiday so special!

We stayed for 7 nights, all inclusive here as a couple. Overall, a lovely experience with polite, friendly and hardworking staff. Every member of staff would say hello when they walked past and were happy to help with anything. Food was great and varied. Drinks were small but good (each person could have 3 at a time). Pool was a decent size for the amount of people there (we went just before UK May half term so was not very busy and not many families but towards to end of our stay it got quite busy). Downsides to the pool are that the hotel state no reserving sunbeds but do not enforce this and the area around the pool gets extremely slippery. There is a pool bar for drinks which was great. Everywhere was very clean and tidy. Rooms spacious and cleaned well. Evening entertainment was not great but we would just have some drinks at the outside bar and play cards etc. Again, it was pretty quiet when we went so it was nice to just chill at the bar before going to bed.

Overall, we had a great stay and lovely time here. Would definitely say a 4* hotel.

Great customer service from the staff. Really good breakfast. Parking was not available onsite we had to park really far.

Very clean and nice, large rooms. Only the condition of the balcony (very old and not very appealing) makes me deduct a point for the amenities. Good service, a bit out of the way for my destination, the Yumbo Center, but with good bus/taxi connections and plenty of restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

We went all inclusive.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Room was fine and bed comfy. Good selection of wines on tap with meals.
Food was freshly cooked. All good standard.

Great location and the service is superb! Will stay there again if the price is right
