BULL Costa Canaria & SPA - Only Adults

Extremely nice and quit hotel with a direct way to the beach. Adults only. Restaurant, pool bar and bar are great (we booked all inclusive) but the staff is a little stresses sometimes. Great looking spa and gym (haven't tried so far) and the pool area is neat and clean. You choose your sun beds for the whole stay, so no need to get up at 6am to place your towel ;-) Aqua gym was fun! There are other activities and in the evenings, there is music or shows or parties. But you are never forced to join by the animation team.

Arrived late evening and we were welcomed by polite and friendly reception staff..check in was quick and simple..
Our room was on the second floor to the rear of the hotel overlooking a rooftop and a giant fan.. which was noisy.. not impressed initially..
So I popped down to the reception and asked about moving rooms and we were asked to return in the morning..
Unfortunately the fan kept us awake..
The room was absolutely beautiful and comfortable..so no complaints.. just the location..
We were moved the next day.. our new room overlooking the pool and the sea in the distance was on another level thankfully..
The room was spacious and comfortable large double bed very comfortable.all the facilities you need for your stay were provided..tea and coffee making facilities..TV.. ample storage for clothes.. hair dryer.. safe in the room..
Large bathroom.. shower.. towels.. complimentary.. shower gel etc..
Good point the sunbeds are reserved with a tag you are given as you check in..
Find a good spot and it's is yours for the duration.. seen some staff helping people find beds in the day.. so just ask..
Talking about staff mostly friendly and helpful.. unfortunately we couldn't understand how some people seem to have a better service than us especially in the restaurant we experienced very little waiter service on our holiday.. maybe because we are English??..
Food was nice enough.. plenty of variety and certainly catered for most..a little cold at times..
You have a choice of the main restaurant and the pool bar grill in the day which is waiter service and cooked to order..
We enjoyed the chicken and steak on a stone but the cheese burger we tried tasted like rubber not sure why we waited so long for this meal... but have to say the waitresses who look after the pool bar grill are absolutely lovely...
The hotel has two pools and daily entertainment..
For a little relaxation visit the serenity pool and spa which is indoors..
FYI... there is a spa on the roof with great views and for the adventurous a nude sunbathing area also don't worry about it it's quite private.
Evening entertainment is a little boring..
Put on entertainment in the lobby bar each night but they weren't very good..
Not much else happening at night unfortunately and nothing near the hotel.. so if you want a relaxing time this may be the place for you..
Lovely walks along the seafront was a welcome way to walk off dinner..
Spoke to some who have returned here and obviously enjoy the beautiful hotel and it's location near the beach .
Don't think we will return..

Just not enough going on at night.. we are not party animals but do enjoy a good show..
Also be aware this is a No Smoking hotel..
There is a smoking area near the pool bar and you are allowed to smoke outside the main entrance only.. another reason my wife would not return..

What can I say other than superb. I would like to say a big thankyou to all the staff for making our stay wonderful. The pool area is lovely, the spa wonderful and a great added extra for foc, I have been in spas that cost a fortune but this is just beautiful. Our room was clean and bed very comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel is second to none, the pool guys jet wash the beds and parasols frequently. People have complained, looking at recent reviews about being played 2nd best to the Germans, this is not the case. Well done Bull Costa Canaria for making our stay so wonderful we don't want to go home (today)

Gr8 Hotel. You're given labels to attach to sun loungers. No more 6am stealth towel placement to claim a sun lounger. Not for those who like fighting on their hols 😄🙄

Gorgeous hotel, first time of going there. We did all inclusive, but there's also half board, it's an adults only hotel which was brilliant. Food was great in all areas, staff friendly and polite and helpful. The pool was great, and also our room was very good, we had a bungalow, which was away from main hotel, excellent if you're disabled, as the bathroom was large wet room style.

Just came from Bull Costa Canaria 2 days ago and everything was fabulous. Great things:

1] the staff (ALL of them super super great!)
2] the fact that the sun loungers are tagged with your name for the whole stay. This means not having to wake up early to get one (that idea has been the best ever!)
3] beautiful gardens
4] fantastic location
5] very clean
6] great restaurant

The only thing we didn't understand is why there is a step between the toilet and the room. This can certainly be dangerous (especially at night!).

We'll go back. Highly recommended. Thanks to all the staff for your excellent job!!!

Good food, drinks, spa and beautiful garden. Near hotel there is a nice beach. Unfortunately I have to remove a star because there is no possibility to use pool float swimming ring to relax and It is the first hotel/pool I’ve been with such rules. I saw that guests wanted to use it without disturbing anyone but couldn’t.

The last week I had my first holiday with my boyfriend and we stayed here in one of the bungalows. It was so relaxing!! Also the service was really good. First of all the service of Davinia and Jorge who always putted a smile on our faces. Thank you! We will be back ❤️
