Not a bad hotel but out of town Not a bad place to stay but 35 min walk to swa front. Room was ok but bathroom had a terrible smell of drains. Most of staff were great except one woman on front desk who was very unhelpful & didnt have any customer service qualities at all! Pool area was lovely & very handy for bus stop for visiting other parts of the island.
Very clean and nice hotel, staff is friendly ! Good value for money, excellent pool!
It was very pleasant vacation, very clean and nice area, one swimming pool is heated so we could really enjoy it:)Peaple are very nice and helpful.
7 nights stay in Caybeach Princess We have stayed for 7 nights in Large classic bungalow, it was very comfortable, enough space for 2 adults and a kid. Room is spacious, clean and it was quite calm, beds were comfortable and we slept very good every night. The area near swimming pool is great, there was a lot of sunbeds and umbrellas. We also had a breakfast included in our stay and it was nice, good...

Big size hotel with plenty of activity and space. Nothing too much trouble and plenty of staff to cater for all needs.
Pics are not accurate If I am booking superior room which is renovated on the pics... I would like to receive it. As per room service my room was superior because I had fridge, kettle and mineral water.
Fantastic Resort Clean and welcoming, very helpful staff Bright, clean and spacious room Beautiful terrace. Eat a lot, varied and good Awesome place!!!!!
It was ok for a short stay. Quite noisey and can be over crowded. Good value for money, good location. Breakfast included which was decent.
Room 326 initially given was noisy being close to external ventilation machinery. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and offered us a quieter room and with a better view. Only downside is the hotel is dated, and the 2nd floor of block 3 smellt as if the drains were faulty. Overall a good hotel for the price.

Having stayed at the hotel before we knew it was a decent place for a little break to enjoy some sunshine during the British winter. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised to see that a refurbishment programme has been undertaken since our last visit 5 years ago. The facilities on offer at the hotel are now excellent. There are two themed restaurants (Asian and Italian) in addition to the main dining...
Excellent food a d drink facilities all of s good quality. Very friendly staff. Rooms are a decent size and very clean, with room service every day. Great pools with plenty of sunbeds
Just back from a week here, my first trip to the Canaries and first all inclusive in years. Had a lovely relaxing break, just what we needed. The hotel and complex is big, lots of options for families and couples. We travelled in a couple and did one day by the pool then one day out and about. Evening entertainment looked good for families but we tended to have a drink in the piano bar, plenty of quiet...
Fantastic family holiday. Really impressed by the range in places to eat and get drinks all day. The pools were balanced between swimming, playtime and extreme fun on slides. Exceeded our expectations.
Thank you for a great week away. Lovely staff helpfull and all working so hard to please. Reception were quick to help with anything including printing for our return flight. Yes the pools get busy but we were never without a sun bed. Also yes people put towels out and go off all day too.Room cleaned everyday. Our first impression was great from the moment we stepped inside. Food amazing and catered...

Fabulous time so far at tiabithia princess hotel werea took the water aerobics class today a great time was had by all still enjoying our fortnight
We came as a family of 4 for 11 nights 17th -28th of April. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the food was great (even with fussy eaters) The pool areas were lovely and there was always plenty of sun loungers. We did try and avoid the gravel/ sand area! The entertainment team were fantastic with our girls (7) & (4)! They always had something going on whether it be different themed crafts in...
I had an amazing experience at the Tabaiba Princess in Gran Canaria. The hotel is truly large and absolutely beautiful, exceeding all expectations. The entire resort is well-maintained and offers everything you could need for a perfect vacation. The food was incredibly good – with a wide selection of dishes that cater to every taste. Whether you prefer local cuisine or international options, there...
We have stayed on both sides of this hotel. both are lovely and clean pool are well maintained food did get a little repetitive and there seemed to be alot of fish options most nights, breakfast was good we always found something to eat also you can get snacks, drinks and ice cream from the pool areas all day this was a godsend with the children. I also used the gym it's small but really nice clean...
We enjoyed our week stay at this hotel. The food was decent and a great choice. Themed nights ensured it was different. The entertainment wasn't always the best but there were a couple of tribute acts and similar which were still enjoyed. Quizzes always fun. Bars shut at 11 and couldn't buy drinks after that but it did mean didn't stay up all night. Snack bars good choice. Cocktails on all inclusive...
I booked 4 nights here with my friends to celebrate my 40th birthday. The hotel was beautiful; as plant lovers, this was paradise! It was very clean throughout and plenty of staff around whenever you needed assistance. Large selection of food too

Overall, we liked it. The cleanliness, the location. The downside is the food, which has very little variety.
The hotel has a modern and pleasant image. The beds are quite comfortable and the rooms are large. Disadvantages: The cleaning service first thing in the morning is quite noisy, not precisely because of the noise of the appliances, but because the cleaners shout to talk. I consider it a lack of respect, professionalism and consideration for the people who have paid for a break violated by that bad...
You will not be bored or hungry here!! With a few pools, everything you could want to eat at the buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner and a well stocked snack bar, entertainment, and amazing weather and staff, it made for a great getaway for a couple of days, everything was on site from gym to supermarket, I did have a couple of days out but you could have checked in and stayed there the whole time if...
Really great hotel. Only 15mins from the beach. The staff are fantastic! Very helpful and polite. Nice food in restaurant, and drinks are always available. Room is kept spotless and is decorated nicely. Coffee machine in room is fantastic. (along with the wine in the room on arrival) I'll definitely be returning!
Fantastic hotel great facilities. Rooms are big and spacious. Buffet is plentiful, and the snack bar is excellent. Love the fact there are drinks available 24hr a day for all inclusive guests. Staff are great and are on to you if you don't wear your mask or glove at the buffet. Meant as a compliment. I love the hotel and it doesn't disappoint. Thanks to the management, staff and animation team for...
1st time in the Canaries and very impressed with the hotel and facilities. Still post covid but some normality resuming. The wearing of face masks and arranged times for meals (all inclusive) hasn't put a dampener on the holiday. Fully understand the requirements so that we can still enjoy a holiday. I'm sure it'll be different again next year

Beautiful hotel, with modern touches. Reception staff were great and very helpful with any questions/issues. Pools were decent although maybe a little small for the quantity of guests at the hotel. Bar areas 10/10, staff lovely and very friendly. Sports bar was a must visit - remember your €1 for the pool tables! Beautiful hotel all in all, would happily visit again.
Great Holiday. Lovely hotel, lots of good choices and bars. Many pools to choose from also, along with direct access to the beach. Hotel rooms were clean and fresh.
An amazing experience as always. After a long time I came back to Riu Gran Canaria to get away for a few days and enjoy of my free time and it was amazing. Restaurants full of options, quality in the food. The service is Riu service, 100% high standards overall of the proper workers who make the Riu what it is. Nice shows. The location is perfect with golf courses near by. However the best part...
We recently spent two wonderful weeks at the Riu Gran Canaria on an all-inclusive basis, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The location is excellent – just a 10-minute walk to the Faro Lighthouse and about 20 minutes to the stunning sandy dunes and beach of Maspalomas. It’s a great base for exploring the area while still feeling like a relaxing retreat. The cleaning service was excellent...
Our last day at RIU Gran Canaria and we will definitely return. The location is great, walking distance to the shopping centre and bars if you want a change of scenery. Well positioned hotel. Nice walks in either direction one way to beach with sand dunes the other way to next resort. Good shops in walking distance. Visit the lovely lighthouse. Nice hotel and very clean modern rooms. Nice to have a choice of pools. The staff were extremely friendly from check in to check out. 2 big let downs: The inside bar ( if you can call it that) as it was literally chairs lined up in a corridor. I can see this being an issue in summer months as I can image most entertainment will be held on the stage at the middle level pool. Another let down was...
Nice stay Had the all inclusive food was very fresh. I love chicken but this was rarely on offer - it was always pork. The snack bar had some healthy food which was good. Enjoyed that you poured your wine from a bottle and you could take bottle to your table at meal times. Big queues at breakfast for coffee machines. Place was very clean but rooms could be noisy and let lots of light in but we improvised...
Great stay Great hotel. Super clean and modern. Friendly and helpful staff. The room had everything needed.
Great hotel. Rooms excellent and spotless. Food also superb. Only minor observation- showers need updated
Confortable stay in a nice place Very happy to stay in a well renovated tastefull place, confortable, which can be tricky to find in maspalomas !
Ok hotel for the money Ok hotel for the money. The staff were friendly, but the hotel facilities seemed a bit outdated. The hotel itself wasn’t bad. The pool was too small for the size and there are some really stupid rules in place (small section for ball games and lilos etc) and the bigger space for chilling, it also was quite dirty. There were enough beds for everyone, but the usual ‘get up at 5 to get the bed I want but not turn up until the afternoon’ people were very much present here. Staff were lovely and the...
Genuinely an amazing hotel, would return in a heartbeat. The staff are extremely attentive and polite. The cleaners work non stop round the clock and the place is spotless. Great hotel with attentive staff. Very clean with plenty of food at service times. All inclusive experience. The gym is a bit poorly stocked, with treadmills in need of replacement.
Holiday – July 2025 Another fantastic stay meeting the high standards you expect from Riu. The hotel is spotless, with tidy, spacious rooms and a beautiful pool area offering plenty of space to lounge, whether you prefer sun or shade. The food is excellent, in line with Riu’s reputation. Both à la carte restaurants are outstanding — the Oriental restaurant is a must-visit! The entertainment team...
Benefits: parking on the site for free. Nice view from balcony. Balcony was windy, take clothespins. Food was excellent in the buffet- lots of fruits and fish. The evening shows were great. Riu party was wonderful, we had a shuttle to other Riu hotel. Walkable distance to the beach is 10-15 min, shuttle few times per day to the beach.
Staying here at the moment, It's a lovely hotel, spotlessly clean with great, daily housekeeping. The food is varied and good, something for everyone. Here’s the review in English: Room 115 We just stayed at this hotel, and there are both positives and negatives to share. Starting with the positives: the rooms are nice, and the hotel’s location is excellent. Cleanliness is up to standard, which we appreciated. However, it’s disappointing that the hotel advertises itself as newly renovated in 2017 – you can’t really tell. There are many areas that...
We are on our last day here at Hotel Catarina. We honestly can’t fault it. The room is lovely, (room 118), the beds are made daily and the bathroom cleaned. Always provided with fresh towels. There are tea and coffee making facilities, although I’m not sure...
Room 474 I recently had the pleasure of staying at Abora Catarina by Lopesan Hotel and I can confidently say that it exceeded all of my expectations in every way possible. The stay has been very pleasant. We stayed on room 162 and it has a lot of space for a family of four( our case); the activities either for adults or children are very entertaining and fun. Great view and balcony, nice heated pool
Our first time on holiday in the Canary Islands. A hit with this hotel. Good location, friendly staff, lovely welcome. Plenty of sun loungers in the area. Large selection of different dishes in the restaurant. The cleaning was perfect, both in our room and the surroundings outside.
Friendly staff, everything was clean and in order, but its getting to be a bit run down. The all inclusive buffe was ok with lots of deserts. The breakfast was good. BUT the all inclusive drinks was the most watered down drinks we have ever seen. The whiskey tasted like water. I asked if i could get a better whiskey (Black label) if i payed for it, sure i got a FULL drinking glass of black label, BUT...

Location, a bit far from everything, only a free bus to Maspalomas beach, which was very handy, beach was clean and always managed to get a sunbed. Anination is the Best!!!! I like Tiago Entertainment is the best dancer Im from Belgium but i love Canarias and the hotel is very nice!!!!
For a budget friendly hotel you really can’t fault this place. The only reason it got 4 and not 5 is because on 2 occasions the lift was broken which meant a 4 flight hike in 30 degree heat, plus one of those times with our suitcases. And the second thing is there is only one bar to get drinks from on the far side of the hotel which is just a little annoying. However, everything else is just great...
What a great hotel. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Lovely food. Rooms clean and tidy. Bar staff, kitchen staff, absolutely amazing. Alphonso, Melanie, and Christo were so good with their bar work and very polite and friendly and also very helpful. Nolen from the entertainment team was amazing with us.
I’ll start off by saying this is a really lovely hotel. The food was wonderful, the family rooms were spacious and it was very clean. Travelling as a family with a 5 year old and nearly 2 year old the main criticism we have is the lack of children’s evening entertainment. There is a mini disco most days by the pool from 4:30-5:00 but then absolutely nothing until the evening show at 9:30pm which unfortunately...

Excellent location right close to the beach, promenade. Lovely grounds, swimming pools. Wonderful staff very friendly and polite. My gripe is that there was no free mineral water in room on arrival, were so in the fridge but chargeable. Also we had half board again no free complementary water. We had to purchase it. We have been to other hotel chains where they were not so stingy
I think it’s all round excellent Entertainment great Food wide ranging in choice and good quality Location good Grounds v high quality

Not a 5 star property. But location was fantastic. Stayed 4 nights with our 5m old and didn’t need to get transport once. Beach directly outside, as were shops, restaurants and lovely evening walks on the sea front.
Lovely hotel The hotel is beautiful and has everything you want. We arrived an hour early and weren't able to check in early. Unfortunately the staff didn’t make it clear so we had to stand around and weren't able to access our room until after 4pm. What a great hotel. The fitness suite is amazing and all the staff are attentive and polite . The room was spotless and I very much appreciated the comfortable bed, TV and kettle. We, a family of 3, spent 11 nights here at Hotel Rondo. The rooms were quite spacious and I believe newly renovated. The staff was very friendly and service minded. Why not 5 stars? The pool.... Overall the hotel was lovely, breakfast was very good, staff was very friendly and kind. The lady from entertainment team was great with pilates and stretching classes. Good I really like this hotel and enjoyed the stay. Excellent food, but could vary more ( I was there for 2 weeks and got very tired of it). Rooms start to need a renovation and modernize to 21st century (USBs, comfy chairs in rooms, more modern bathrooms and overall decor). Annoying noise from construction in building next door every day from around 9am.

Little if anything to fault, other than that the hotel requires an uplift, decor, furnishings etc. The staff are competent, hardworking, and courteous. This holiday was organised to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday. We couldn't have asked for anymore the food the hospitality the room excellent.
As always a perfect stay at Palm Beach!
Amazing hotel, I will come back.
Our last stay could not meet all of our expectations considering the pricing and standard of this hotel. Therefore, we decided to rather not return again. Please see below a list of positive and negative observations during our stays: food served was tasty staff were very friendly overall bathrooms in good condition hotel pools and garden are real highlights - some staff seem to lack service...
Amazing service from Chano and Ivan. They’re not just being nice—they really know what they’re doing. These guys aren’t just servers, they’re true hosts. Even my 11-year-old son said the staff were genuinely friendly. The food is fantastic—definitely not the usual tourist stuff, but dishes made with real care. The chef, Lorenzo, even came to our table to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended...
The only problem it’s the parking. Great hotel with good quality of food.

The hotel is located in a very central and convenient area. The hotel building is beautiful and comfortable, with a spacious reception area. The pool is very nice and has plenty of space around it for sunbathing. The rooms and the dining room furniture are very old and give a neglected feel. The breakfast is simple, varied, but the quality isn't the best. What did surprise me is that there isn't even...
Very good value for money. The staff is the best part. Everyone is super helpful and friendly. Good location with lots of restaurants, groceries, close to Yumbo Centre and within walking distance to the Dunes. The breakfast was delicious and with TONS of options. Pool is nice with lots of chairs. The rooms need an update though and the single beds are really small.
Very clean hotel with lots of sun loungers, great location across from the Yumbo Centre with lots of restaurants/bars/shops. Good selection for breakfast. Staff are always willing to help and very attentive. Bedrooms are suitable but dated and 1 big thing that let's the Bedrooms down is that there is no kettle/tea&coffee making facilities
*5 Stars – Always a Wonderful Stay!* I have stayed at Servatur Don Miguel many times and it’s always an absolute pleasure! The rooms are clean, modern, and well-maintained. The location is perfect – right next to the lively Yumbo Center, yet the hotel itself is quiet and peaceful, so you can really relax. The food is excellent with a great variety and high quality every day. But what makes this hotel...
Great hotel! The staff is friendly, the buffet for breakfast and dinner was varied. Cleaning every day.
Great big hotel. Rooms are good. Very clean! Staff is very friendly Beds are best we had on GC. Pool is nice and enough space to rest on the beds. Breakfast is enough and lot of choice. Hotel is next to yumbo shopping centre and 10 min walk from the beach. I would more call it Gay only instead of Adult only. Great taxi service back to the airport. We would definitely book this hotel again!!

We stayed here for a week in May, overall it was ok. We had a 2 bedroom suite, large rooms so plenty of space. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily. The 2 bathrooms are very dated and the shower was a bit difficult to adjust to the right temperature so you were either scolded or frozen! No kettle in the room. WiFi was very hit or miss it rarely worked. It is a fair way out from any restaurants or...
We stayed for a week and had a lovely time. The hotel staff work tirelessly to keep the hotel clean. Bedside everyday and rooms tidied. Our apartment was very spacious. There was plenty of room by the pool and sunbeds always available. You aren’t allowed to put towels down before 10am unless you’re actually on the sunbed but this worked really well as there was no fighting over sunbeds. We stayed mainly...

We had a wonderful time in Suites and Villas by Dunas. Everyone was so nice and helpful - from the reception, to the bar, restaurant and cleaning team. We were all inclusive - the food was delicious and varied. The bungalow was clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was nice, not enormous but had enough sunbeds. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. The entertainment team is working hard...
