Not a bad hotel but out of town Not a bad place to stay but 35 min walk to swa front. Room was ok but bathroom had a terrible smell of drains. Most of staff were great except one woman on front desk who was very unhelpful & didnt have any customer service qualities at all! Pool area was lovely & very handy for bus stop for visiting other parts of the island.

The stay has been very pleasant. We stayed on room 162 and it has a lot of space for a family of four( our case); the activities either for adults or children are very entertaining and fun. The only reason it got 4 and not 5 is because on 2 occasions the lift was broken which meant a 4 flight hike in 30 degree heat, plus one of those times with our suitcases. Good I really like this hotel and enjoyed the stay. Excellent food, but could vary more ( I was there for 2 weeks and got very tired of it). Very good value for money. The staff is the best part. Everyone is super helpful and friendly. Good location with lots of restaurants, groceries, close to Yumbo Centre and within walking distance to the Dunes. The breakfast was delicious and with TONS of options. Pool is nice with lots of chairs. The rooms need an update though and the single beds are really small.

We stayed here for a week in May, overall it was ok. We had a 2 bedroom suite, large rooms so plenty of space. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily. The 2 bathrooms are very dated and the shower was a bit difficult to adjust to the right temperature so you were either scolded or frozen! No kettle in the room.
