Everything was fabulous = staff /location/ breakfast except for overcharge by booking,com and poor response to query - ruined a very special event for us ? I would respectfully ask booking .com to issue 3*40 = 120 credit to my booking .com account . Details are all on the booking as you were contacted repeatedly at the time.
The real crux of the matter is that your system could not handle the triple room booking so when it had to be changed by 1 day you treated it as a new booking rather than a change to an origial booking --

Excellent / clean hotel with super friendly staff. Loved being right on the water / boardwalk. My inexpensive room was a bit small, but super clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet and ambiance are excellent. In my 6 weeks of beach travel in Spain (to 6 locations), Hotel Bahia was my favorite experience. I plan to return again someday.

Unappetizing food poorly presented and looking nothing like the photos on the website. Grossly overpriced at Eu50 per person for starter and main with an indifferent bottle of wine. Vina Sol at Eu22 - never more than Eu15 - should have been a warning. Better food and service available in Porto Pollensa at half the price, we left our mains largely uneaten. Don’t be fooled by the attractive setting.

Very comfortable but basic. Great for the price, right on the main strip by the beach. Breakfast has good choices. We weren’t offered any local info on check in.

The restaurants at this end of the promenade in Puerto Pollenca tend to be nicer that the other side, and this place is no exception. I can't speak for the hotel rooms as we only ate here, but the food was excellent. The service was relaxed and friendly, and the tables outside have a lovely view of the bay.
