The staff are great and doing the best they can but it feels like the rooms are just past their sale by date. First our door wouldn’t lock, they fixed that but then we were locked in in the morning. Good resort, great for families. Very clean saltwater swimming pools (cold though). Good food if you like buffets. Reception staff very efficient and friendly. We had a water leak in one of the rooms after some heavy rain but this was fixed promptly. Recommend bike hire to get around and as others have noted its not in the main part of the beach so you have a 30 min walk to restaurants, shops etc...

Very nice clean hotel. Fab views. Can't fault it only for one downside. I had requested a quite room as we have a 17month old that is a light sleeper. They gave us a room beside the pool and night entertainment. 2 days later we asked for a change of room so we could get a bedroom on the backside of the building. They charged us 30 euro to do this. Really nice food, good variety and actually tasty. All inclusive is very reasonably priced but you do have to be persistent to make sure you get a second drink at dinner. Staff very helpful generally.

Hotel was fairly recently renovated thereby overall the charm of a furniture catalogue. The spa is fairly small and was clearly planned assuming good weather so only few people use it. We have been coming to P Park for many years. We had a couple of problems with our superior room, we did not like the new layout, totally impractical. Open rails to hang your clothes, no drawers, a bench where the wardrobe used to be, but Jose the manager was brilliant. We were able to move rooms (luckily it was mid September) without any fuss, he was very professional and understanding to our needs...

We stayed here for our recent holiday and it’s a decent enough hotel in a nice location. We went all inclusive which was good although I would say the food isn’t great and there’s not a massive selection. Wasn’t a problem for us as we had intended eating out and got our moneys worth from the drinks. Unfortunately I booked a room without a balcony and only realised when it was too late to change it...

We stayed here July 2023 2 adults and a toddler. For all inclusive the food was amazing, especially as I’m a fussy vegetarian! The pools are great, a huge water slide area for kids, plus a really good outdoor play area. And they have a foam party once a week!! Next time we would upgrade rooms as it was just a bed, no seating area indoors. The only negative is that the balcony lights go off at 11pm...

Great hotel for families friends, couples and bikers. We go all inclusive so no worries about paying for anything. Food is good loads of choices. Staff very helpful and friendly. You can rent an iron for use then get your money back after using it. The rooms are cleaned every day and have kettle & tea coffee cups in them plus a fridge. The hotel has lifts too. The hotel is very close to the beach and has great facilities for storing bikes. I didn't use the other facilities on offer as this was a cycling trip but my wife enjoyed the spa. The hotel staff were very helpful and always willing to help. The rooms and the hotel generally was very clean.

The rooms, foods and the hotel in general were amazing. We enjoyed our stay and they had lots of varieties of food and drinks and snacks too. The staffs were very cheerful and helpful. The beach was lovely too.

Lovely and surprisingly large indoor pool and spa complex. The outdoor pools are also terrific, especially for the kids. Also, make sure to take a walk along Pine Walk, the beach just 100m from the hotel. It is glorious.

We had a wonderful time, delicious, fresh food, helpful and professional staff who dealt with a room issue quickly. The pool is great fun for children and the spa is relaxing and has excellent facilities. The children’s entertainment was just amazing, interactive with staff that really cared. Will definitely be returning! We hope to come back next Summer!

Small resort that is very well managed. Rooms cleaned to an exceptional standard. Delicious food at the buffet. Attentive staff. Plentiful drinks. Lots of play equipment for small children. Recomend spending the 15 euro to get to the incredible beaches at Cala st Vincenz . I really hope to come back someday. Only tiny improvement I would ask for is music at the pool! As soon as you enter the hotel foyer, you feel a sense of calm and relaxation; the view of the gardens and smell of the fresh flowers greets you immediately. Good high class hotel for those over 50. If You are young and energetic and You need a drive.. Alas - here harmony and tranquility... the Piano and violin.. Silence and serenity. Everything was great. We only had breakfast but the food was plentiful and good. The room was big and confortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Maybe we will come back in the summer and enjoy the rest of the facilities. The parking is on the street, free. It was easy to find a place in October but I don't know in the summer...

Perfect place! We were looking for a location that offers a bike room and is ideal for road bike trips, but where we can also relax and enjoy the sea - we found it here and we will come back for sure. A very charming hotel right by the sea and the pine walk. At the end of the bay in a quiet place, only 15min walk from all the restaurant area. Very nice service, the staff is attentive and helpful. The hotel is a pleasant mix of people there for a sports holiday and families. The staff are very helpful, and the whole hotel is kept immaculately clean. The facilities for kids are great including an indoor softplay area for the occaional spell of rain in spring/autumn.

Perfect hotel for cycling/ sports holidays in the area. Whether you only want to cycle or swim & run as well, this place is made for it and has all the facilities you need (bike garage with some tools, rental attached, 25m pool, gym, washing). This is a very professional and comfortable place to stay. The staff are excellent - very friendly and helpful. The rooms are just what you need after a day in the saddle and the bike store is an excellent facility, with good security. Even the bar prices are competitive! Add in the great location and you have a great venue that is a cut above the rest.

Having discovered this hotel whilst staying elsewhere in the beautiful Puerto Pollensa bay, we ate there and were very impressed with the food, drink and particularly the service. We decided to stay there back in 2019 and have just stayed again in June 2022. Impressed the both times, we’ve already planned to stay there again in a year or two.

This hotel is magnificent. We spent one week in the hotel (mid October). The location is perfect. The beach right across the (calm) street. The center of Port de Pollensa is within walking distance. We ate very good at the hotel and enjoyed the veranda in the evenings. The rooms are rather small, but with a balcony and the see view that does not matter much. People are lovely too. Beautiful spot to stop for a drink after a long walk along the pine trail. The veranda is cool and comfy. Had to go to bar to order, but they brought the drinks to us. A very good apartment hotel, cleaned daily to a good standard, the almost private pool shared between bottom floor apartments is lovely, salt water rather than chlorine. Does have a bit of a sharp tiled edge that needs attention. But otherwise a perfect stay

Great location, very nice pool area and good service from everyone here. Rooms are modern and clean although a little small. Balcony and views give a great view of the bay. Breakfast was nice enough and snacks/lunches are decent and priced as you’d expect at a hotel. Don’t bother with the gym though, it’s tiny and improving that would make big difference.

As previous reviewers have said - the staff and location are great. But… the walls are made of cardboard, and breakfast doesn’t open until 8am so far from ideal for anyone looking to get out on the bike at a normal time. It’s decent value, but I’d rather spend more and get some sleep…. Also, dinner looked terrible so haven’t used the half board I paid for.

Small boutique hotel seems very friendly. The location is perfect right on the beach and a short walk down to the harbour. The rooms are clean and tidy and the shower is excellent. Breakfast is really good with cereals toast and condiments full range of cooked food but the spainish sausages and bacon not quite to my taste.

Little boutique hotel, amazing on all front! The staff super nice and efficient, the best room is the junior suite with private jacuzzi on the balcony (top floor) Definitely recommend if you want to stay in the area of the island (easy access to lots of the sighseeing and excursions, nice beach in the village)

Perfect stay for a family vacation! Apartment fully equipped kitchen with utensils, located next to the beach and supermarket, and children friendly environment too! This was a perfect location for a base hotel for cycling with friends for a long weekend. The rooms were a good size with balcony. The hotel was spotlessly clean everywhere. They have the most amazing breakfast buffet. The hotel is in the centre of the sea front, close to loads of bars and restaurants. They have a bike storage room with good kit. Highly recommended.

The main problem with the hotel is the noise, paper thin walls so you can hear absolutely everything from all the rooms around you. It's really bad. Perfect for cyclists! They have an extra Bike-Storage with all the tools you need. Starting from the essentials up to the ones one hopefully does not need every day. I had a single bed room. It was small with everything I needed. air conditioning worked well and quietly. Food is ok, but you get better in the area.

Cozy hotel in a great location. My room smelled moldy so I got another one right away. The elevetor is not at all up to date, but works, I recommend the stairs however. Cleanliness is not perfekt but alright, the bathrooms are quite stylish. The breakfast is the hotel's party piece. Huge variety, high quality, beautiful restaurant/breakfast room. Amazing hotel. Staff was brilliant, great customer service. Only issue we had was we found the AC not to strong, it worked fine enough but some evenings we were a little warm. We will be coming back next summer and that’s the best review I can give.

I always use Sis Pins when I need a hotel in Port Pollenca. Wonderful central location, feels like a traditional Spanish hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the bay is a great way to start any day.

Best cocktails in the port. Waitress Maria is very welcoming and a lovely person. Maria is so kind, and funny. We are looking forward to visiting this place again next summer!!

We started our holiday here with a slight room error but the staff were straight on to fix it and provided an incredible service! Everyone has been so friendly and we would definitely recommend staying here for cleanliness, the staff, the cocktails and also the location as it’s right in the heart of all the fun. The location of this hotel is a major pro and con. It is central to everything - the beach, shops, town square. However, because of this is it *extremely* loud at night with the bars right below. My husband and I are not light sleepers, and it is even terrible for us. Every night we have trouble falling asleep because of the noise, and there is no way to mitigate it. We’ve struggled to fall asleep...

Great location right in town, lots of restaurants and bars very near by. We came with our bikes for the 312 and they were very accommodating. Breakfast at Cafe 1919 on the corner opposite was fantastic. Just be careful if you’re a light sleeper on what room you get, if you get a room on the Irish bar side you may be disappointed as it can be very loud 👍

The hotel is utilitarian but a bit charmless. It’s clean, everything works and the staff is polite and helpful. The location is convenient. furniture is a bit cheap although the mattresses were comfortable and the bathrooms are very small.

Loved this place since it opened. Great location just off the square, near the harbour, pine walk and beach. Amazing friendly, helpful staff. Modern, clean decor, great breakfast. My parents now won't stay anywhere else in Puerto Pollensa! Xx

Everything was fabulous = staff /location/ breakfast except for overcharge by booking,com and poor response to query - ruined a very special event for us ? I would respectfully ask booking .com to issue 3*40 = 120 credit to my booking .com account . Details are all on the booking as you were contacted repeatedly at the time. The real crux of the matter is that your system could not handle...

Very comfortable but basic. Great for the price, right on the main strip by the beach. Breakfast has good choices. We weren’t offered any local info on check in.

Excellent / clean hotel with super friendly staff. Loved being right on the water / boardwalk. My inexpensive room was a bit small, but super clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet and ambiance are excellent. In my 6 weeks of beach travel in Spain (to 6 locations), Hotel Bahia was my favorite experience. I plan to return again someday.

The restaurants at this end of the promenade in Puerto Pollenca tend to be nicer that the other side, and this place is no exception. I can't speak for the hotel rooms as we only ate here, but the food was excellent. The service was relaxed and friendly, and the tables outside have a lovely view of the bay.
