We had a great stay here with our toddler last week. The service was very good. There was a good selection at breakfast. The hotel had a mini disco in the evenings which was enjoyable especially for children. The hotel was within walking distance to Port de Pollenca!

We had a good stay at this hotel. We stayed for 2 weeks, all inclusive. The food was excellent throughout our stay. A beautiful hotel in the perfect location for a relaxing break. As soon as you enter the hotel foyer, you feel a sense of calm and relaxation; the view of the gardens and smell of the fresh flowers greets you immediately. Lovely hotel with amazing staff, especially Alba, Wagner and Eduard who was super helpful helping to plan bike rides around the area, we really enjoyed our time here. Large range of breakfast options, some great cocktails and a nice seating area overlooking the port and only a 10 minute stroll to the main town with a range of restaurants and bars.

Recently had a week at the Illa D’or with family, and overall, it was a superb holiday. The biggest weakness of the hotel was the bar food. We were starving and tired on arrival and so ordered a chicken burger and a few other items. Sadly this food was very low quality. It seemed likely defrosted/bought in, equivalent to bad UK pub food. We've stayed for four nights at the fantastic Illa d'or hotel and we loved it! The largest and nicest breakfast offer I've ever had, and cosy sitting spaces. Sitting next to the pool in the green garden makes you feel like you are in paradise. Staff is superfriendly and attentive. Thanks for a great stay!

We booked a room specifically with a sea view and balcony (the balcony was mentioned on the ******* website in the room details) and when we arrived, they gave us a small room with no balcony. The receptionist couldn't help us with a different room straight away that evening, but said she would speak to the manager in the morning. ******* customer service also helped and called the hotel directly....

Great location, very nice pool area and good service from everyone here. Rooms are modern and clean although a little small. Balcony and views give a great view of the bay. Breakfast was nice enough and snacks/lunches are decent and priced as you’d expect at a hotel. Don’t bother with the gym though, it’s tiny and improving that would make big difference.

I really enjoyed staying at the nice and friendly hotel singala! I stated in room 105 which had a lovely bacony facing the pool and a bar opposite and at night you get this lovely convivial ambience with the soft sounds of music and people quietly enjoying themselves as well as. I always use Sis Pins when I need a hotel in Port Pollenca. Wonderful central location, feels like a traditional Spanish hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the bay is a great way to start any day.

The hotel was close to the pier. Most of the pictures on the app are from the pool. Room was clean but chips and scuffs aplenty. The staff was super friendly. The only discomfort was the doors. You had to pull or push on your room doors really hard to get them to close. This is really loud when you come in at tnighr and your neighbors are all having the same issue.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic from start to finish - My daughter and I were here for a last minute weekend away for just 2 nights and we had such a fantastic stay. We were luckily able to check in around 10.30am and everything from the location, quality and friendliness of staff, excellent rooms was just wonderful. One major improvement could be a topper and linens to ensure the two pushed together single beds stay as one double/queen size bed. It was rather uncomfortable with a gap in the bed. Value for money stay in Port de Pollenca. Comfortable rooms, close to the beach and restaurants. Lock up room for bicycles - and there were loads of cyclists. We had half board - the breakfasts were good, but would probably choose to eat dinner at one of the nearby restaurants instead.

The service of all members of staff were impeccable, we could ask for more.Always smiling 😃 and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious and again the maid done a wonderful job. We will be back again.

The one draw back was there were not enough sun beds and, unless you were up by 8 am almost all the beds had towels on them! This is our 3rd visit over the last 15 years and it doesn’t disappoint . Fantastic location with views across to Menorca The service is very attentive but not over bearing. Hired bikes and cycled to Fermentor.

This is the most magical, amazing hotel we've ever visited. Located 10 minutes from the port, you will be greeted with the most spectacular views on the whole island. The lunch was spectacular, and very reasonably priced for the experience. A truly wonderful experience and the staff made you feel right at home! We will be back!

Lovely place, very clean and really nice staff. couldn't do enough for you. as a cyclist they provided a room to securely store my bike. Price over quality one of the better ones. The mattresses aren’t the best, it’s a bit noisy depending where your room is. But the staff is super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is really good!
