The rooms, foods and the hotel in general were amazing. We enjoyed our stay and they had lots of varieties of food and drinks and snacks too. The staffs were very cheerful and helpful. The beach was lovely too.

Lovely and surprisingly large indoor pool and spa complex. The outdoor pools are also terrific, especially for the kids. Also, make sure to take a walk along Pine Walk, the beach just 100m from the hotel. It is glorious.

We had a wonderful time, delicious, fresh food, helpful and professional staff who dealt with a room issue quickly. The pool is great fun for children and the spa is relaxing and has excellent facilities. The children’s entertainment was just amazing, interactive with staff that really cared. Will definitely be returning! We hope to come back next Summer!

Fantastic hotel best holiday we've ever had. The room was cleaned daily to an amazing standard. The staff all go above and beyond especially the animation team, first class. The hotel is in a wonderful location. The food is also first class. We will be back soon.

Small resort that is very well managed. Rooms cleaned to an exceptional standard. Delicious food at the buffet. Attentive staff. Plentiful drinks. Lots of play equipment for small children. Recomend spending the 15 euro to get to the incredible beaches at Cala st Vincenz . I really hope to come back someday. Only tiny improvement I would ask for is music at the pool! A beautiful hotel in the perfect location for a relaxing break. As soon as you enter the hotel foyer, you feel a sense of calm and relaxation; the view of the gardens and smell of the fresh flowers greets you immediately. Lovely hotel with amazing staff, especially Alba, Wagner and Eduard who was super helpful helping to plan bike rides around the area, we really enjoyed our time here. Large range of breakfast options, some great cocktails and a nice seating area overlooking the port and only a 10 minute stroll to the main town with a range of restaurants and bars.

Recently had a week at the Illa D’or with family, and overall, it was a superb holiday. The biggest weakness of the hotel was the bar food. We were starving and tired on arrival and so ordered a chicken burger and a few other items. Sadly this food was very low quality. It seemed likely defrosted/bought in, equivalent to bad UK pub food. We've stayed for four nights at the fantastic Illa d'or hotel and we loved it! The largest and nicest breakfast offer I've ever had, and cosy sitting spaces. Great location, very nice pool area and good service from everyone here. Rooms are modern and clean although a little small. Balcony and views give a great view of the bay. Breakfast was nice enough and snacks/lunches are decent and priced as you’d expect at a hotel. Don’t bother with the gym though, it’s tiny and improving that would make big difference.

Super location in the heart of the town. Excellent facilities for storing bikes. Simple but very neat apartment, recently refurbished. Terrace to rear and balcony at front. Lovely place, very clean and really nice staff. couldn't do enough for you. as a cyclist they provided a room to securely store my bike. On day of departure they provided another room to use once checked out. The food was brilliant and the bar prices very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate about booking to stay here again.

I always use Sis Pins when I need a hotel in Port Pollenca. Wonderful central location, feels like a traditional Spanish hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the bay is a great way to start any day.

We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Service was tardy and inefficient, but had kind and hardworking servers. Food was tasty, but orders initially wrong. Amenities inside were not up to par, as toilets had no lock and the sink didn't flow. Decor inside and outside was beautiful.

This is the most magical, amazing hotel we've ever visited. Located 10 minutes from the port, you will be greeted with the most spectacular views on the whole island. The lunch was spectacular, and very reasonably priced for the experience. A truly wonderful experience and the staff made you feel right at home! We will be back!

The staff are great and doing the best they can but it feels like the rooms are just past their sale by date. First our door wouldn’t lock, they fixed that but then we were locked in in the morning. Having discovered this hotel whilst staying elsewhere in the beautiful Puerto Pollensa bay, we ate there and were very impressed with the food, drink and particularly the service. We decided to stay there back in 2019 and have just stayed again in June 2022. Impressed the both times, we’ve already planned to stay there again in a year or two.

We spent one week in the hotel (mid October). The location is perfect. The beach right across the (calm) street. The center of Port de Pollensa is within walking distance. We ate very good at the hotel and enjoyed the veranda in the evenings. The rooms are rather small, but with a balcony and the see view that does not matter much. People are lovely too. Beautiful spot to stop for a drink after a long walk along the pine trail. The veranda is cool and comfy. Had to go to bar to order, but they brought the drinks to us. We have been for a week and a half and we really loved it. Good location two blocks from the port, I highlight the barbecue days are incredible with the shows they offer. There are activities and animation games for the children very entertaining. We will definitely come back!

Very clean , lovely staff nice rooms. Pool it’s not good not many sun beds, towels on all the beds by 8am!. Was impressed when they told us any towels left on sun beds in Mornings would be removed. Good sports hotel. Some services are a bit below 4 star standard. Breakfast is more like 3 star. Safe in room is extra charged. Room isnt cleaned daily. No towels awailible at pool. For me its 3.5 star

The restaurants at this end of the promenade in Puerto Pollenca tend to be nicer that the other side, and this place is no exception. I can't speak for the hotel rooms as we only ate here, but the food was excellent. The service was relaxed and friendly, and the tables outside have a lovely view of the bay.

A very good apartment hotel, cleaned daily to a good standard, the almost private pool shared between bottom floor apartments is lovely, salt water rather than chlorine. Does have a bit of a sharp tiled edge that needs attention. But otherwise a perfect stay

As previous reviewers have said - the staff and location are great. But… the walls are made of cardboard, and breakfast doesn’t open until 8am so far from ideal for anyone looking to get out on the bike at a normal time. It’s decent value, but I’d rather spend more and get some sleep…. Also, dinner looked terrible so haven’t used the half board I paid for.
