Protur Turo Pins 4* SUP Mini-hotel

We (family with two kids, 8 and 12) had an overall good time at the Protur Turo Pins Hotel during our first stay there. We were pleasantly surprised by the location, close to the sea, with a nice bay, a diving school, and a restaurant within walking distance. The hotel is situated in a calm area of Cala Ratjada, so there's no need to worry about external noise.

Upon our arrival, we were given a room next to the dining room and terrace, which was understandably noisy and lacked privacy on the balcony. However, we were able to change rooms early the next morning. The new room was clean and met the standards of a 4-star hotel. It consisted of two rooms: a living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom. The bathroom was spacious enough, although after the whole family showered, it quickly turned into a steam bath.

The food was excellent, and the service in the restaurant and at the bar was even better. I have never experienced such a high level of service before, not even in 5-star hotels. Every day, there is a dining theme (Indian, Italian, Mexican, Asian, etc.) that varies weekly. In addition to the themed options, there is also a regular buffet and a live cooking station with fresh fish and meat, ensuring you will enjoy your meals. As for drink prices, they are absolutely fair.

We appreciated the diverse mix of guests, with most European countries represented, creating a pleasant atmosphere (for instance, no need to reserve pool chairs at 6 am 😀). Families with small children were the most common guest type, so it did get loud in the afternoon at the pool once most returned from the beach. For a romantic vacation for couples, I think there are better alternatives.

One thing to note is that you need to pay a deposit for the pool towels, which was a first for us. You also have to pay for the in-room safe. I think it would be better for the hotel to include these kinds of charges/deposits in the room rate upfront, as it may be a bit irritating. Additionally, soft drinks should be included with breakfast—my son asked for sparkling water, and we had to pay extra for it.

Overall a great stay - we would come back.

Lovely well maintained hotel, great quiet location, easy access enough for the amenities but away from the hustle and bustle of the town. All the staff are very welcoming and attentive, rooms very well equipped and spacious

The hotel room even exceeded expectations. Very spacious room with comfortable beds and a large balcony. The choice of food was sufficient, you often have to wait for fish or meat. Insufficient staff and untimely replenishment of food create long queues in some places. Approx. 15 min by walk from very beautiful Cala Agulla beach.

It was so amazing to spend the holiday there. The team was amazing from the response to the service room , which was always perfect and clean . The restaurant team was always friendly even it's much to do and the young boy who make the grill was so good by the way his name Frances i want to say his doing good he's was cool dude 😎 i want to thnaks all and we see us next summer ☀️

Great mid level hotel for us who travelled with a 1.5 year toddler. Do note that the hotel is very family oriented and vast majority of guests bring young children. Children are by nature noisy, they run around, they play and enjoy themselves - this will be noticed especially at high season.

The rooms have been recently refurbished and is of acceptable quality, although the bed was incredibly hard and we had to request several extra bed toppers to get a decent sleep.

The pools are older and slightly under sized occasionally feeling very crowded in the water, however there where always free sun loungers available.

The breakfast and buffet dinner is as expected for a 4* hotel with reasonably variation throughout a week, its not spectacularly tasty and often a bit dry or overcooked, but it does the job of satisfying the stomach.

The wine selection offered by bottle offered great price/quality and was always served perfectly chilled with the option to save remaining parts of bottles for coming days.

We loved that place. Ideal for families with children. Playground with a tree house and small tobogan, small baby pool with slide, kids club organized by hotel, spacious room, with renovated huge bathroom. Breakfast and dinner with large choice for all people even alergics one. Waiters were very hospital we really enjoyed our eating time. Just we would expect little bit more hospitality from receptionists, they were professional and polite, but we missed something there a bit.

Absolutely great quality, I was only expecting just some relaxed days, nothing exquisite, but this hotel was a surprise, really exceed our expectations, good installations, amazing service, entertainment, good food for breakfast and dinner, nice renovated rooms. Only thing to improve are the mattresses and pillows for a better sleep.

Great hotel! Clean and high standard. Friendly and serviceminded staff. Nice pool area, great for small kids. Good restaurant with varied and fresh food, serives high quality produce. Quiet area, 15 min walk from the beach.
