Houm Plaza Son Rigo Apart-hotel

The room we were given fell far short of the standards of a 4-star hotel. Judging by the standard of finish, I'd say it's a 3-star hotel. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, and the toilet leak, which was reported to reception, ultimately wasn't fixed. Although the entire staff maintained top-notch cleanliness, I think the hotel should be given a facelift. The food was okay. There was something for everyone. Modest, but good. It's a shame that you have to pay for everything. Pool towels require a deposit. If you leave with a bit of fruit from dinner, you have to pay. If you want to use the in-room safe, you have to pay for the code. The hotel needs a few changes to be considered 4-star. Would I return to this hotel? I think so, but with the mindset that it's a 3-star hotel.

We had an amazing holiday! Pablo is a super entertainer and life guard at the pool, always full of energy. Our kid had so much fun.

Lovely hotel to spend holidays( 10 days was super to spend there), breakfast nice, dinner good, room is perfect, staff friendly. A lot of food places aroud, easy to get transport, beach 2 min walk.

We stayed here for 10 nights on a family holiday. Our apartment was nice and clean with everything we needed. The kids loved the choice of pools. All staff was very friendly. Also, the location of the hotel is very convenient, with a short drive from the airport or Palma. I highly recommend it.

Nice newly refurbished hotel. We had one of the apartments with a lovely patio area close to the pool. We are in the restaurant for both breakfast on each morning and one evening for the buffet. The area is surrounded by German restaurants and pubs. We were unaware that this was a German area, but that was not a negative to our experience. Just something to note Very close to airport Bus outside the door very handy for a short trip.

Light, airy, clean, comfortable and well resourced apartment set in lovely, clean, inviting grounds so close to the beach with views of the pools and gardens - we will return!!

Room was a bit tired in places and had black mould spores.
