The rooms are to a great standard. We had a family room and both bedrooms had T.Vs and comfortable beds for all 4 of us. The dining room is comfortable and you are not sat too close to other diners. The food is fantastic in both quality and range, with multiple fish and meat options aswell as vegetarian dishes. The staff are all amazing, friendly and happy to help. New Years Eve was incredible with...
The hotel is not bad, but it feels more like a 3-star than a 4-star. On the positive side, the entire staff and hotel service were great – very friendly and helpful people. The food was good and, most importantly, fresh. On the downside, there’s only one main bar for the whole hotel, which can lead to queues, even in December. A second bar near the reception opens only after 6 PM. There’s no typical...
We stayed here at the end of November as a family of four (my partner and our two daughters aged 2 and 4). Overall, it was an okay stay, but it didn’t quite live up to expectations, especially for an all-inclusive family hotel. We booked a suite, which was a bit disappointing. While the room was clean, it was quite small for a suite and felt more like a standard family room. There was no kitchen area...
Thank you for a wonderful holiday! We will definitely come back. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we were lucky to have a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a large selection of food, so everyone can find something they like. The beach is close, although the walk back is a bit of a workout 😉. A great hotel, especially for families with children. Highly...
Unbelievable holiday from start to finish. Excellent facilities in a very clean environment. A huge ‘Thank You’ to the efforts of employees behind the scenes that made seamless transitions from one day to the next. Hotel staff worked tirelessly to ensure guests were made to feel welcome and that nothing was too much trouble. The food was Top Drawer - enough choice of quality items to satisfy everyone...
The beachs nearby were great. The staff was welcoming. The facility was clean and food was great.

Great hotel, nice room with all of the essentials. The facilities are great, pool not overcrowded and communal areas kept clean and nice. The staff is amazing, special shout out to Rita Suares in the restaurant, she was the kindest. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of the 5, the food is decent, but not amazing. I love Spain and Spanish food, which I felt was lacking. Overall i would recommend
Great place to stay, a really nice hotel. The spa massages were a little disappointing - especially given the price but overall it was a great stay. Food options at the snack bar for during the day and late at night were a little limited
We stayed here for a week and will definitely come back. It is a fantastic hotel, the room was a great size, modern with everything we needed for a great stay. We only had breakfast which was good with quite a good variety/selection. The area the hotel is (San Augustin) is quite quiet but nice approx 5 min walk from lovely beach and approx 30 mins walk away from Playa de Ingles. The swimming pools...
The room was superb, very nice, and bed comfortable. Far from resort centre however easily reachable by bus. The big Negative for me was the food, the evening buffet was almost all Cold (despite that it is supposed to be hot). I did not eat particularly late in the sitting so it must have been even colder later on. The breakfast was warmer however food options not great. For a resort hotel outside...
All staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful. It's a large hotel with plenty of facilities and entertainment. No shortage of seating at the buffet restaurant for breakfast. Rooms were very comfortable with a useful mini fridge. Nice balcony area in each room. Sound proofing could have been better, light could be seen coming in around the door edges so sound also got in easily which meant that...
We loved our stay. Clean, lovely pools, kids enjoyed the slides, arcade and activities. Food was lovely and enjoyed that we could walk to the beach and then up to the town I would highly recommend

Excellent hotel. Very friendly staff
The hotel is a bit dated but the location and staff make up for this. Right near the beach and shops within walking distance.
Nice hotel right on a lovely beach. if you want thumping music and kids clubs this isnt for you. if you want a relaxing holiday this is a good place. would certainly go back.
A beautiful hotel and a lovely stay. Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful gardens and a great location next to the beach. Would highly recommend
There were seven of us and put in this wonderful hotel overnight as our flight was delayed. Staff were lovely, we were all given individual rooms, food was fantastic, so much choice. Beautiful grounds with so much to do. Thank you for everything.
We enjoyed our stay except the beds were quite hard. One thing we were not aware of coming from the USA was the electricity differences so we had to scramble to purchase adapters there for our electronics. They only have the 2 round plug ins. We enjoyed our stay but won't be going back because of the jet lag that I could never adjust to. 14 hours in the air one way was too much. Iberia Airlines had...

This is a very nice hotel for a family with younger kids. Great location, friendly and effective staff and a huge restaurant that manage to deliver high quality dishes all week long. The rooms may lack some of the higher standards that newer hotels can offer but they were clean, nice and functional on our visit (we had two rooms). There is a nearby private airfield but the noise from the small planes...
Mixed reviews for this hotel sadly, meant to be kid friendly but sadly we had an injury on day 1 as the rooms are split level and i would not consider these 100% safe for newly mobile toddlers as there are 3 steps that can be fallen down. The staff are wonderful however and without them i think this place would be a lost cause. The food was average and i would not say it is a 4 star by any means and...
Overall, it was good. The food was fine, but a little limited. On a couple of days there were better options but breakfast was pretty much the same every day. The staff were all nice and friendly, and when we could not book the nicer restaurant as it showed as fully booked they sorted it for us. Pools were fine, as you’d expect and we could always use them.
We went to Orquidea for a our family trip in July. All inclusive 7 days. Food was nice and there was lots of variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Drinks were a problem as there is only two bars so getting a cocktail meant queuing up for 20 minutes. All inclusive drinks menu as the most limited I've ever seen which was not great. Rooms were nice and tidy but furniture a bit dated for a 4 star...
We have just left the Orquidea hotel after a7 night stay and all of us are wishing we had booked for longer. The room was spacious, clean and with amazing views. The staff were cheery and smiling and always able to help with any questions we had. The entertainment that was put on was fantastic for the kids and got a good few chuckles from the adults as well. The hotel itself felt incredibly safe, the...

This hotel did not meet my expectations, but I can understand how others may prefer to stay here. The hotel is near the beach, but not on the beach. One has to travel through a gate to get to the beach area, and my preference would be that the beach feels more like it's part of the hotel. I paid for all-inclusive, but I did not particularly like the food. The food is more for people from the U...
Adults only hotel. Very clean and tidy . Staff very friendly and helpful. Good idea that pool sun loungers are asigned for the whole of your stay once you have chosen the one you want . Very quiet hotel in a good location.
Amazing hotel with really nice staff! The hotel was super clean and smelled amazing any time you walked in. The staff at reception were very welcoming and attentive especially Fabio! The spa was very lovely and super clean. This hotel is 100% for people that enjoy a much quieter location with the beach 2 seconds away. The food was average however the seafood section was great especially the fish churros...
We have arrived back from a fabulous week at this hotel. I would recommend this hotel. We arrived around 9pm and before we checked in, the receptionist advised us to go the restaurant and grab some food. There is so much choice from the main buffet restaurant, we are fussy eaters and there was always something for us. The desserts were amazing. Our room was a nice size, huge bathroom and lots of storage...
It's all been said before. Great location & facilties. Staff excellent. Meals varied with good buffet selections. A pool view bungalow offers loads of personal space. The spa is a lovely touch. Try for yourself.
Another great holiday here. I can't put my finger on it, but this hotel has just got everything right! Quiet and relaxing, spotlessly clean, staff great and helpful, personalised sunbed allocation, fantastic spa one of the best we've been to! Breakfast has the most amazing choice, agree with the 'allergy ' lady as some foods aren't labelled so it can be difficult to work out what's what. Loved...

Wonderful hotel. Great location—transportation and shops nearby, yet not in the middle of a crowded hotel area. A pleasant surprise upon arrival—a minibar, beach bag, and flip-flops, along with a spa visit. ...got back early hours of friday morning after 5 nights SUPERB stay at the don gregory. Couldn't fault the place 😁. Stayed b and b with my dear friend in a double room ( bed was superking) and was huge. Room beautifully clean. This was one of our best vacations. The staff was very friendly, the food was amazing, the beach is nice and clean, the activities in the hotel were good fun and the evening entertainment was great! Beautiful Hotel with Potential, but the All Inclusive Package Needs Improvement I stayed in a Premium Room on the 9th floor (room 913) with the All Inclusive package at Don Gregory by Dunas. Stayed here in August. Rooms were great we had a 2 bedroom self catering apartment. Plenty of room, beds were fairly comfortable a little on the hard side for me but I preferred a softer bed. Kitchen was small, simple but adequate. Bathroom was a good size, shower was large and always had hot water and good pressure. The hotel had nice food at a reasonable price. There was a small spa shop that sold...
My stay at Monte Feliz was absolutely amazing! I went there with my football team, for a week of activities, sports and fun, but also for leisure and relaxation.. Rest assured, Monte Feliz made that plan so much easier to accomplish! I shared a room with 3 others, and the living space was more than enough. The living space, included a kitchen area, a living room (with a TV, couch and dining table)...
As a family with 2 children always looked for such places with plenty of activities for children and for us as adults, This place ticked all boxes, Great room with fantastic views, pool activities every day, short walk to the beach and plenty of local restaurants and shops. The hotel was excellent. Rooms were clean, modern, and well-presented. One of the standout features was the gym—it felt like a proper commercial facility rather than a typical underwhelming hotel gym, with plenty of quality equipment for a full workout. Fantastic solo trip. Felt really safe being a solo woman. Staff were fantastic throughout the trip. From the moment I arrived I received a bag full of food as I arrived after dinner time. Great location on the beach. Plenty of sunbeds. Would return.
The first time we have done all inclusive and it was amazing. The food was good the hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The only downside side was we had the option of 2 visits to the a la carte, which wasn’t the best so we cancelled the 2nd one. Lovely relaxing holiday. Weather was good nice and hot.
Stayed for a 5 night all inclusive solo rest and recharge break. Mission accomplished. On arrival the check in staff were welcoming and the lobby is gorgeous. Internet was very bad and some small issues with the toilet. Everything else was very nice. Everyone was very nice to us, the pool, bar, reception was cool. Good cooking utensils but no salt, pepper or oil etc was given which is unnecessary to buy yourself. Coffe machine, toaster, water cooker were good to have. Room was old but well kept. 5 min to the beach
Close to a lovely beach. Restaurants, shops and transport links all within a few minutes walk. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Comfortable room with balcony with sea view.
Good location near the beach, sunlight on the balcony and a little park. Breakfast adequate, if not inspired. Annoying that the room safe had an extra daily charge. Nice touch that we got a take-with-you breakfast for a 5 am departure.
Its not my first time, Hotel its in very good location. Staffs are very friendly. Very clean, beds are ver comfortable
Nice place to stay as long as you don’t want any hospitality. Not catering for English tourists. Not helpful to give information, unless you break there so called rules around the pool ( no information given on rules ! ) no late checkout No cooperation reference slot for changing facilities. This is our 3rd time at this hotel. 2021, 2022 and now 2025 at the end of a 7 night stay. In 2021and 2022 it was in need of a refurbishment, revamp. Well some changes have happened. Ok Family resort with pool. It’s ok but accommodation was basic and nearby restaurants were overpriced aimed at tourists.

Lovely place Lovely hotel and excellent staff including at the 4* next door
Lovely stay We had a lovely one night stay here. The apartment was clean and well furnished. Brian who checked us in was very helpful. There was some noise from the nearby racetrack which could be annoying at times.
The terrace overlooking the ocean was great. The area was quiet, and no noise from the street could be heard. I didn't like that guests were placed in rooms next to each other while other rooms were vacant. The reception could provide more information about the property during check-in.
Great for families with small kids We were 2 adults with a toddler and an infant. The room setup that you can go outside to a loan was perfect, also the option to go to the bigger hotel next door was fantastic. The rooms are older with wear and tear but overall we had a good time :)

Very good overall, We stayed in one of the 25 bungalows for a week , and had an amazing time , few steps to the beach, a well cleaned place and a lovely reception answering any questions you might have,
Nice and quiet complex with 25 beautiful renovated duplex houses, sun all day. Daily cleaning is done extremely well.
Newly renovated, but not equipped. No wine glasses, hair dryer you have to ask the reception. Basic
Clean pool, a bit cold in February, beach nearby. Bungalow was cleaned every day. WiFi was weak.
Family of 4. Good overall stay. Free parking next to the complex. Clean. Helpful staff, I’ll recommend if you are not coming at they’re check in time that you contact them by WhatsApp. Cons that the pool is not heated, so was very cold, but close to the beach....

Amazing and breathtaking views. This gem is tucked away in a small village that has everything within walking distance within 5 minutes. Puerto Rico and Mogan beaches are about a 20-30 minute drive away, so you'll want a rental car. The property is gorgeous and very family-friendly. However, the rooms are very dated, but it was perfect and offered all the amenities we were looking for on our vacation...
We had a nice stay here 21/03 - 24/03/2025 it’s a solid 7/8 out of 10. We paid a very reasonable price, all the staff were really nice, beds were comfy and clean, pool restaurant/bar was great and it’s a short walk to a beach, restaurants and shops. The view from the rooms is also great, particularly levels 2-6, rooms 16-20 on each level. Things that let it down were: 1. Pool is a big with plenty...
Not bad, convenient, buffet is also OK!
Great for a 4 night break The place is super clean, the rooms, public areas, pool etc. We had half board and all the food was top quality and the staff were very attentive and hard working. I would certainly recommend Blue Bay Beach Club. Thank you all.
Definitely not a 4 star hotel! Need refurbished immediately and pay some attention to details! The view it s wow as long you stay second floor or up! The food it s not the worst but are more to be improved. Even the canteen area it s a very small one! Be aware at the dinner you don’t have any drinks included iff you choose half-board. Try to make sure they give you the closest rooms from the desk office...
Everything is perfect, the only thing I would highlight to improve is the decoration of the apartment (curtains and bedspreads) they make it outdated and it is not and the kitchen utensils are too tight, there were no scissors or a saucepan....

A lovely clean and bright apartment with stunning views over the sea and the beach. The balcony was very spacious with sun loungers plus table and chairs for dining. The apartment was very quiet and peaceful. The grounds were well maintained and I joined the complimentary yoga class.
A really great place. Very clean inside and out, offering all the self catering holiday maker needs. Very popular with the Scandinavians and is located well away from the hussle and bussle of the busy towns like playa de ingles, although still in easy reach of shopping centres, pubs, restaurants etc.
Amazing place to stay for adults only. Private access to the beach promenade. Modern rooms. WiFi isn't included.
