Mixed reviews for this hotel sadly, meant to be kid friendly but sadly we had an injury on day 1 as the rooms are split level and i would not consider these 100% safe for newly mobile toddlers as there are 3 steps that can be fallen down. Overall, it was good. The food was fine, but a little limited. On a couple of days there were better options but breakfast was pretty much the same every day. We went to Orquidea for a our family trip in July. All inclusive 7 days. Food was nice and there was lots of variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lovely stay We had a lovely one night stay here. The apartment was clean and well furnished. Brian who checked us in was very helpful. There was some noise from the nearby racetrack which could be annoying at times.

The terrace overlooking the ocean was great. The area was quiet, and no noise from the street could be heard. I didn't like that guests were placed in rooms next to each other while other rooms were vacant. The reception could provide more information about the property during check-in.

Great for families with small kids We were 2 adults with a toddler and an infant. The room setup that you can go outside to a loan was perfect, also the option to go to the bigger hotel next door was fantastic. The rooms are older with wear and tear but overall we had a good time :)

Definitely not a 4 star hotel! Need refurbished immediately and pay some attention to details! The view it s wow as long you stay second floor or up! Everything is perfect, the only thing I would highlight to improve is the decoration of the apartment (curtains and bedspreads) they make it outdated and it is not and the kitchen utensils are too tight, there were no scissors or a saucepan....

Very popular with the Scandinavians and is located well away from the hussle and bussle of the busy towns like playa de ingles, although still in easy reach of shopping centres, pubs, restaurants etc.

Stayed here last week. Good sized apartment, clean, helpful staff and right next to the beach!! Wifi isn't great (even when purchased at €15 for the week). There's two restaurants very close by and a decent sized Spar supermarket too. Unfortunately late checkout wasn't available but they did allow us into a locked shower room to freshen up before our journey home.

My wife and I have stayed in the Veril Playa Hotel 3 times in the last 2 years, and we're returning again shortly. For a quiet holiday, the place is perfect. It is on the main flat beachside promenade, which stretches from PDI to St Augustin, so you can walk in both directions. So you have access to plenty bars and restaurants nearby. 200m from the hotel to the West, there is a lovely stretch of beach...

It was clean in the room everyday, close to the beach and bus stop, everything's fine. Tasty food, especially breakfasts. It could be more vegetarian options for dinner and more kinds of desserts. The receptionist are very nice and helpful.

Very nice hotel. No screening kids. They do do food but we walk into town or catch a bus. The stop is about 10 mins away and you can get anywhere. The pool is always clean and plenty of Sun beds. these apartments are within easy reach of public transport where you can get to various places of interest & to the other neighbouring resorts.

It has good views, a pool, TV (although mostly in Spanish). However during my stay I had to sleep on a sofa due to the lack of beds (however comfortable). Note: adapters are needed if u live in the UK - maybe US - to use mains electricity.
