Had the best time here!

Great, well-kept hotel with a great value all inclusive package. Food was decent quality, a good variety and plentiful. The staff were all super sweet.

Only thing to note is if you have mobility issues, this might not be the right place for you as the resort is on a hill!

Stayed in block 33 which had spectacular views.

My partner was gifted with a token from the hotel for his birthday which was a lovely touch.

Would have loved to have returned next year if the hotel wasn't being refurbished, but cannot wait to return when the work is complete!

It is really far away from everything. No shops, no restaurants around. Nothing.
There is a supermarket in the resort, but it was closed while saturday and sunday.

The food is really amazing, the staff is very nice and kind. Nothing to complain about. Pool is big, nice water depth and very clean.

The show in the evening Mongolian artist was amazing.

The rooms are spacious. the food in the restaurant is delicious. there is also enough variety.

the staff is very friendly. especially Chris the pizza maker.

the only disadvantage was that we were not aware that you could get a bag with breakfast on the day of departure. we left early and this had to be requested the day before.

The hotel is a family friendly hotel, with different activities available. Lovely views.
There is a good variety of food available for the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet and the food was tasty and fresh.
The alcoholic drinks available for the all inclusive were local brands, and there was a charge for other brands.
Getting to the town is about a 10 Euro taxi ride, and the hotel helped with ordering taxis.
The hotel has steps to access the rooms so it is not suitable for people with mobility issues.
Overall we had a lovely stay and would consider returning again.

Beautiful hotel. Great food. Lovely pools. Great choice of drinks. Staff really friendly. Rooms nice and clean. Laying roads outside room and also building a new restaurant however the views and everything else makes this no issue!

The hotel and the location are perfect, close to beautiful beaches and to the village. Room was clean and food good. Perfect for a week to relax

Overall good hotel. Room clean, specious and includes a decent shower room. I would suggest the lighting be better, the room was quite dark. Not good natural light. The bed was very comfortable. Always clean towels replaced and room cleaned by cleaner. We were a couple visiting. Lots of families in the hotel. Mixed bunch of people. I would say the hotel was good family hotel, I would come back with my children. But I would rent a car due to location.

Hotel on top of a hill, takes roughly 10 mins to walk to the beach, would need a taxi to near town of San Antonio €10 and about €30-40 for En Bossa. Hotel is spacious. The beach at the end of the hill is €20 euros to rent a bed. Waiter Daniel is so helpful and attentive. Drink prices on beach bar are pricey. Not linked to hotel.

Food - lots of selection, wine, beer was nice and the fizzy was good selection from cola to Fanta lemon. Different themed food each night. Lovely selection of salad and fruit. Something for everyone, I would say the food was 3-4 star.

I didn’t go to entrainment so cannot comment. Nor the pool. But there was lots of beds.

The rooms are located up small hills.

Hotel suited to young people and families. They do have in house buggies to take cases up to your room.

Reception staff friendly, others including chefs not so much.

This was a fabulous stay. Clean and bright with a friendly atmosphere. Good entertainment. Food was great, only slight improvement would be to reduce salt levels in the paella and beef stew, but people's tastes are different.
3 swimming pools, tennis courts and other entertainment.
Very hilly, though they do provide door to door golf cart rides around the apartment complex.
Cost 40 Euros for airport taxi so bare that in mind but in my opinion this place is a gem and we will definitely return.
