The reception staff, and the staff behind the pool area are brilliant at this hotel.
Nice and friendly with us and other guests, also the rooms are clean with a good powerful shower and air conditioning.
However, I have to give such a low review on this hotel due to the abrupt aggressive little dwarf they call security. We had our Bluetooth speaker quietly playing music as we prepared to get ready for the evening, the volume was on low for respect of the other guests. Within 5 minutes we received not a knock, but a kicking to our hotel door. As I answered it the security guard began shouting at me in Spanish. I explained to him we didn’t speak Spanish, he then barged past me and shouting ‘ no music! or get the **** out.’
Someone needs to teach him a lesson in decorum, there are ways of speaking to people and that wasn’t it.
The following two nights he had to snarl at us every time we came home like he was waiting for a reaction. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Fabulous place to stay. Close to all amenities, yet far enough away, so that you can get undisturbed sleep when you need it.

Affordable, comfortable, close enough to walk to some small but nice beaches. Close to the bus station if you are interested in going across the island or to some other beaches, although generally public transportation back is not the most obvious if you haven’t done your research. Much quieter area then the other side of the island, but also plenty of options for food and such!

The worst hotel I've ever been to. If you consider staying in this area, staying in any "hostel" would be better than here.
I found that there are some hairs in the bed clothes, towels, floor and even the wall. So I talked about it to the receptionist and he called the cleaning employee and made me bring her to my room and solve the problem. It was very embarrassing because I have never confronted cleaning employee when there is a problem in my room. I think the personnel should have solved the problem all by themselves.
The facility was old and the bed clothes was itchy.
The most serious problem was noise. The customers made noise in the corridor at 2 AM but the hotel didn't deal with it. The noise lasted quite long. I wanted to complain to the front, but there wasn't a telephone in the room. I searched the hotel's telephone number on the internet and complained by my phone. And I could listen to the conversation of next room and outside, so I slept for just 5 hours while listening to the 'rain drop ASMR' on YouTube to block the noise.
Do you think this experience worths around 200 euro?

Nice, simple 3* hotel with swimming pool and enough sunbeds.
Price/quality very good.
Very hygienic.
In the center and a few minutes walk from shops, bars, ... but still quiet area.
Breakfast buffet also simple but tasty.
Definitely a financial recommendation for the already expensive Ibiza.
