The breakfast was really amazing. We had a lot of options and good food. The pool and Aqua terrace was really inviting. They do dispose of activities like massages, a ping pong table and snookers as well.
The hotel is in a good location near the beach and near the restaurants nearby.
All the employers can speak multiple languages from Spanish, French and English.
The rooms were cleaned and very nice. They had air conditioner and amazing views to the aqua terrace. Be prepared and buy some waters before coming to the hotel. They do dispose of automatic machines but they are a little more expensive.
In the hotel reception they have a tattoo shop, a clothing shop and the bar / breakfast room.
Nothing to complain for the moment. Thanks Brandon for the ping pong competition (apparently it happens everyday at 16h, maybe you will win a free drink)

Hotel was so lovely, so close to everything around. Staff were so nice and helpful as well. Patricia. who was one of the staff, helped us out so much as well, always friendly whenever we had any questions

This is the second Time that We visited Ibiza, And Vibra Hotel Mare Nostrum.
We were very satisfied, same as last Year. The whole crew was friendly, and kind. Food was more than enough, hotel room is frequent and clean. Hotel had private pool, it was clean and warm.

I had an amazing stay here. Most notable was the guest experience from Uarda, she went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Christian, the bartender, was very attentive to all our needs at the bar. He is a talented bartender who helped make our experience even better than we could have imagined. I highly recommend this hotel, you would not be disappointed.

The facilities in the hotel were completely adequate and the breakfast was good too. I would like to thank you for the attention I received in my room for my birthday! Unfortunately, the staff really disappointed me. Some were very courteous and helpful. Other employees were not professional and had not been trained enough. As my partner and I work in the hotel ourselves, we could not understand the employees' behavior towards us guests. I can proudly say that we were not difficult guests and yet we were treated like animals in the end. We were half an hour late for check-out and were theoretically chased out. Unacceptable and not at all hospitable. When the security simply came into my room without knocking and then just stood there with the door open while I was only in my underwear, I asked several times for the door to be closed. Meanwhile, my boyfriend was downstairs paying for the late check-out.

Stayed for 4 nights very basic hotel and rooms located in a busy area of Ibiza, buffet food was nice and hotel staff were friendly but I wouldn't stay here again as lots of people staying here from clubbing nights out. Our patio door didn't lock but maintenance did come and fix it within 10 minutes. Nice local area with restaurants if you turn left outside the hotel, clubs, bars and party land if you turn right

Bathroom wasn’t clean when we arrived, hair on the towels and dirt on the floor. Our room was next to the lift and every time someone used it (which was literally constantly) it was SO LOUD!! It stopped us getting a good nights sleep. (Room 3132)
Otherwise the ‘Aqua’ pool was really nice and the hotel is in a really good location, close to the big clubs and walking distance from old town. It was cheap so it was good value for money for what we paid

The hotel had potential but unfortunately did not reach it.
Every bit of food in the restaurant was literally freezing and inedible, the hot plates must have been for show because they did not work, if they were even turned on. And the snack bars all inclusive options were so limited and the food offered was for children - nuggets and chips on a little sideplate????? -but the food sold to the non all inclusive guests looked delicious - it was like you was being punished for being all inclusive and could only have tasty food if you paid extra.
