Hotel Vibra Mare Nostrum

Food is basically inedible, snack bar has 3 things on it. Dinner starts at like 7/7.30 which is far to late for an all inclusive holiday, majority of events have begun by then, but I’m sure that’s why the hotel do it. All inclusive isn’t all inclusive as you have to buy a token for a drink as an add on and they give you a cup, hard to not loose it, or people steal your cup, so keep spending on the token and it eventually adds up. The hotel is just a big money making scheme, everything they can charge you extra for, they will. Have to pay 10€ a day for better drinks, and even then they aren’t better. Only actually get a decent drink when you pay full price - not included in all inclusive. As soon as you check out, drinks stop and you can’t pay late check out either. Staff rude when asking for towels in your room as cleaners took the towels and don’t replace them. Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in, definitely wont be staying again. Only thing that was good was the location and how quickly cabs arrived. You’re better off staying in this hotel if you never want to sit in it and have things booked. The all inclusive is definitely not worth it and you will be wasting your money.

We had a terrible time at this hotel. The pool and lobby may look nice and the location is fine. But be aware this is a party hotel with unfriendly staff.

The rooms didn’t look anything like the pictures on the website. They were outdated, the bed was uncomfortable and the airconditioning barely worked. Maybe that is a good thing since they don’t provide blankets. Next to that the walls are made out of cardboard. We actually left the hotel early after already swapping rooms because of people partying in the rooms next to you all night long. You can literally hear every word of their conversation. And if you call the hotels security they get annoyed with you and do anything about it. I would recommend everyone to look for a different hotel. Even if it was half the price i wouldn’t stay here.

Do not waste your money on staying here. Beds are changed daily but the cleanliness is shocking. We had a constant issue with ants all over the floor, there is mould in the bathroom and all the furniture is very dated and needs replacing. Considering the cost of this hotel, I would expect much higher standards.
Definitely don’t waste your money on all inclusive, the food is also awful. The food is always cold no matter what time you go and always tasted stale.
I wouldn’t trust any good reviews either as the staff members come round to you and offer a free shot/drink for a good review.
Also, when checking out they cut your wristband off so you cannot use any facilities on your last day which is something I’ve never known before. They are very strict on one drink at a time and have to have a token in exchange for cups.
The hotel is extremely noisy, constantly hear beds being dragged across the floor, people shouting and partying until very early hours of the morning so don’t expect any sleep whatsoever.
Only a select few items are included on the snack bar, anything else you have to pay for which they fail to advertise
The Aqua Pool is only available to people if they purchase a drink from the Aqua Bar, again this isn’t included on the All Inclusive Package.
On top of this, when checking in, the staff try to convince you to upgrade your package to try grab more money out of you.
Overall, worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and would never return regardless of the location.

The facilities in the hotel were completely adequate and the breakfast was good too. I would like to thank you for the attention I received in my room for my birthday! Unfortunately, the staff really disappointed me. Some were very courteous and helpful. Other employees were not professional and had not been trained enough. As my partner and I work in the hotel ourselves, we could not understand the employees' behavior towards us guests. I can proudly say that we were not difficult guests and yet we were treated like animals in the end. We were half an hour late for check-out and were theoretically chased out. Unacceptable and not at all hospitable. When the security simply came into my room without knocking and then just stood there with the door open while I was only in my underwear, I asked several times for the door to be closed. Meanwhile, my boyfriend was downstairs paying for the late check-out.
