Mi estadía en este hotel ha sido muy placentera. Después de tener una experiencia negativa en un hotel más costoso, más estrellas y en otra playa de Ibiza.
El checkin fue rápido.
La habitación básica, pero de buen tamaño, cómoda. Con placard grande y apoyo de valijas.
Escritorio con silla y un sillón. Balcón con sillas y mesa. Vista lateral al mar. Las sábanas estaban limpias. Toallas correctas
Revestimientos y terminaciones algo antiguos y gastados. Pero todo limpio
El desayuno buffet se da en un espacio enorme con vista al mar y sector a la piscina. Hay mucha variedad. Los jugos de máquina son realmente malos al igual que el café. Pero hay tés y chocolates. Variedad de panes, tartas y churros. Todo lo salado huevos clásicos y frutas variadas.
Tiene muchos lugares para cargar los dispositivos electrónicos. Allí también se sirve la cena.
La piscina tiene música en vivo, hay varios bares de tragos. Y el atardecer allí se disfruta hasta tarde.
Distintas tipologías de mobiliario exterior, de sillones, etc.
El restaurant al mar es muy bueno,
Guardan las valijas hasta cualquier hora en una Habitación grande. La avenida del acceso tiene restaurantes y tiendas de regalos y ropa, enfrente un supermercado. Bowling a una cuadra.
Se puede caminar por la playa para ir a otros hoteles y restaurantes o por la avenida principal. La Parada de taxis está a 50 metros al igual que la del bus que va al centro de Ibiza. Se puede llegar al mismo caminando inclusive

Overall I feel the hotel standards to not meet a 4 star requirement.
1. My experience with the check in staff was not welcoming at all. The agent had an issue finding my booking despite me having a reference number, she then told me it had not been paid for despite me showing proof of payment. She was very unhelpful and appeared to getting some kind of pleasure making my check In experience as difficult as possible.
2. The rooms are very dated, there were cracks in the floor tiles and the shower over the bath was uncomfortable as it was difficult to move around due to the way it is positioned.
3. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were just as bad as the mattresses.
4. The towels were tiny not big enough to cover your body, thin and cheap.
5. The cleaner did come most days but only made the bed. The floors, shower and toilet were not cleaned.
The only nice part of the hotel was the dining room and breakfast.
I have stayed in many 4 star hotels all around Ibiza and I can say the Algarb is definitely more 3 star than 4. If they spend a little bit more money on making the rooms comfortable it will meet expectations.

Don't know where to start.. Why 2 stars? This hotel has a paper wall's. Sound of your next-door neighbour vomiting, snoring, or just shit chatting if you can understand, no, not on a holiday. If you don't sleep or sleep with noise protection, it's Ok. The only good thing was food and staff, though I saw more pleasant, friendly people in my life, and a view from the balcony. Small pool, no hotel sunbeds on the beach, you can rent 8€, or in exclusive lounge 50+ euros, I wasn't listening to prostitute look like, also barely talking in english, lady, was trying to hold a laugh. I'm not sure how bad it gets in a full season, but I wouldn't risk and won't recommend it to anyone. Remember paper walls

Lack of variety of food for all meals. Drinks on AI is poor for the amount you pay for AI. Although rooms were cleaned daily they were not cleaned properly and bathroom was never cleaned once. Walls are paper thin so you do hear everything. Also lack of sun beds around the pool and we were out of season. Some bar staff were lovely and friendly others very rude. Drinks are never filled to the top on AI however if you are paying you get far better service and measures. Most reception staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and will give good advice.

We paid a tonne for a 9 night stay. We unfortunately had to miss the flight out due to an emergency however owe contacted the hotel prior to this via email, phone call and booking.com to see whether or not we could refund the first night (totalling around £800) yet we couldn't get through to anyone. We had to pay the total amount. We were then given a tiny room with a view of the car park rather than the "lateral sea view" we initially paid for. This room was also next to the elevators which made it very noisy (and yes as everyone says the walls are paper thin). We asked for a room with a sea view yet the staff either didn't understand me or didn't have any availability. We then raised the issue with booking.com directly who are still in the process of determining how to resolve the issue. If I had my time again I wouldn't stay here. Use your hard earned cash elsewhere unless you get a good deal. One positive was that the staff were very friendly and the pool bar served good drinks...

A great stay. The weather was not playing ball until the last day or two. The hotel was pleasant and we enjoyed the quality of alcoholic beverages and the food was a bit limited but nice enough. The beachfront location was beautiful and convenient and the transport links and convenience to places of interest, nightclubs and amenities was very beneficial. The food options lacked variety but the ambience of the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were helpful. One of the lifts was out of order. For a 6 story hotel, this definitely slowed the service down for the full capacity hotel. The bed was a twin rather than a double but a very comfortable sleep indeed and it was a great shower and balcony with a view 4-5 UK English speaking channels too which was a nice surprise. Would certainly stay again and definitely recommend. It is a lovely place just a few things to improve. Thank you.

Great hotel with good rooms and location. Nice small pool, enough sun loungers, access to the beach. The breakfasts are excellent, not Turkish of course, but quite enough.
