Apartamentos Albatros Golf del Sur Tenerife

This is a well maintained location. The room has been really nice equipped with everything that you need for a family of 5. The AC unit is doing a great Job. The view is nice and the windows hold back most of the airplanes noise when they land over your head. The surroundings have everything for your daily needs as well.
Nice beaches in walking distance too.

We hired a private apartment through Airbnb which was a home from home we were happy with it. This complex is made up of residents and rental apartments. It's very secure with key cards for entrances and a fob for the pool felt safe. The gardens are pretty and well serviced. The pool bar was open 10am til 7 with snacks and drinks served at a reasonable price. There were plenty of sunbeds the pool wasnt warm warm but was ok for a swim plenty of people using it. The surrounding area has, bars and restaurants within mins walk we would recommend the complex.

Really nice apartments and great location. Nice and quiet and felt like we were amongst the locals; which we loved! Our Air BnB host was lovely and really accommodating.

Second visit. Does what it says on the tin. I did get given a nice refurbed room but don’t be looking for 5 star or even 4 but the pretty gardens and surroundings make up for that. The pool is heated which doesn’t happen too often in Tenerife! They don’t tell you on reception, which they should, that there is a back gate that takes you down to the beach area etc. you need your room card to operate it. What makes this place really special is the fantastic pool bar run by charismatic French man Jeremy and his Spanish side kick Pepe who seems to somehow serve and be the chef at the same time! The food is delicious plentiful and very reasonable and Jeremy makes a mean Sangria! They are closed on a Monday. Oh and the maid only came in once in the whole week. When I asked why I was told it was because I had rented an apartment. I didn’t quite get that as it’s an apart-hotel. I just don’t think he explained himself properly! It wasn’t a huge problem for me but may be to others so worth checking. All in all it’s good value for money and I had a great time.

A heads up for anyone booked into Parque Albatros. It is no longer a hotel and there are no reception facilities for guests. Your booking is probably through an agency with the apartment being privately owned. All reviews will be based upon that singular experience and cannot be relied upon as every apartment will be uniquely furnished by private owners. What is true. The pool is superb and heated throughout the winter. The Complex is a lovely place for a holiday and very well managed. All arrangements for entry cards and laundry should be advised by the agency or private owner. I am a Committee member and private owner.

Stayed here for one week. First night the lock on our terrace door was broken and we had to ask before we were moved rooms.. Not a great start. We were moved to another room right beside the pool and the holiday thereafter was great. Pool is lovely, lots lounge chairs. Close to the marina with lots of restaurants. No major Nightlife other than some of the pubs but this suited us perfectly
