Big rooms, comfy bed. Nice big pool area. Average food, average drinks, quiet area. I witnessed the night security man pushing guests and been very aggresive towards some guests on an evening. I spoke to reception who were not at all interested in this which alarmed me as they thought it was ok, which it was definitely not ok. A few of the all inclusive options not open yet. Poor sound insulation and decoration

The atmosphere of this honest remains family. Simple but user-friendly. Like every hotel there are positive points and other negative points. The positive points : - 10 minutes from the airport, - 15 minutes from the tourist beaches of Playa Los Americas or Cristinos, and the “holiday” atmosphere of towns like Costa Adeje, - quite a few places to park nearby (note: hotel parking 7€) - theme evenings...

I liked the room since it has a bathtub and shower, there is a kitchen, the service, and the pool, but the bad thing is that the gym opens very late, the spa too, and there is no information about the buffet and restaurant to organize yourself, You have to ask everything at reception, they should also have water to drink in the room... it is very important!

Great hotel excellent service & staff could not do enough would return

The room is large and has a kitchen for cooking, but it is old and has poor sound insulation. When sleeping, you will be woken up by the sound of boiling water next door.

This is a very good hotel - the best points are the sea view and the very helpful staff. The hotel looks straight over the sea with no road or anything in between, and you have the sound of the waves. Stayed at this hotel for one week, lovely & clean, beautiful sea views from the room, large balcony overlooking the beautifully maintained pool, room a bit dated and tired but very clean, towels changed daily bed linen changed once. We stayed here last week was a little apprehensive after reading reviews. But we was pleasantly surprised with the hotel and the very welcoming staff. The hotel was clean and there was plenty of comfortable sun lounges with cushions and towels provided around the pool. The food are fantastic and delicious with plenty of choice and different themes every night we will certainly be back.

This is a little tired and no doubt due to the covid affecting revenue so consequently a small deterioration of the venue. However, it is clean, comfortable and the staff are very good. Comfortable hotel overlooking the sea and marina. The rooms are spacious and clean although there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. WiFi is a big bugbear here, it is only free in the reception area and consequently everyone congregates there to use it therefore it's abysmal. The apartments are well serviced and run by a very friendly and approachable team. They respond super quick. However, the build of the apartments means that you can hear just about everything in the adjacent ones. That's the only downside.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. We booked the all in for five persons, of which two little children. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, large and very modern. Quite a bargain for a studio with sea view. Really enjoyed having a drink on the balcony! U can get all basic stuff in the kitchen, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster.... Had a wonderful time here, was not overly impressed with the fact that we had mechanical beds, asked to have them changed to a regular double bed and, sadly, could not be accommodated. This is a well maintained location. The room has been really nice equipped with everything that you need for a family of 5. The AC unit is doing a great Job. The view is nice and the windows hold back most of the airplanes noise when they land over your head. The surroundings have everything for your daily needs as well. We hired a private apartment through Airbnb which was a home from home we were happy with it. This complex is made up of residents and rental apartments. It's very secure with key cards for entrances and a fob for the pool felt safe. The gardens are pretty and well serviced. Unforgettable stay in a traditional hotel, decorated with respect to its history, every corner is a small piece of art. The patio was a small paradise, the room was clean and comfortable.
