We had a wonderful time at the hotel. We booked the all in for five persons, of which two little children. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, large and very modern. Booked in the royal level half board but on arrival upgraded to all inclusive as the benefits and costs worth it, don't book all inclusive through operator as better price in the hotel. Quite a bargain for a studio with sea view. Really enjoyed having a drink on the balcony! U can get all basic stuff in the kitchen, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster.... Had a wonderful time here, was not overly impressed with the fact that we had mechanical beds, asked to have them changed to a regular double bed and, sadly, could not be accommodated. Very friendly staff.The Housekeepers are on another level with their attention to detail.Their Indian and Mexican food is fantastic and the chocolate ice cream..wow! We stayed here last week was a little apprehensive after reading reviews. But we was pleasantly surprised with the hotel and the very welcoming staff. The hotel was clean and there was plenty of comfortable sun lounges with cushions and towels provided around the pool. The food are fantastic and delicious with plenty of choice and different themes every night we will certainly be back.

Comfortable hotel overlooking the sea and marina. The rooms are spacious and clean although there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. WiFi is a big bugbear here, it is only free in the reception area and consequently everyone congregates there to use it therefore it's abysmal. The apartments are well serviced and run by a very friendly and approachable team. They respond super quick. However, the build of the apartments means that you can hear just about everything in the adjacent ones. That's the only downside.

Unforgettable stay in a traditional hotel, decorated with respect to its history, every corner is a small piece of art. The patio was a small paradise, the room was clean and comfortable. But most of all the staff, Mr. Agustin, Mrs. Rosario, and Mrs. Monica made us feel like home and treated us like their home visitors and not like random tourists.

Just returned from a great week at this resort. The staff are friendly and helpful, always making sure we're safe and have everything we need. Apartments are very spacious, well appointed and very clean. There is a shop, bar and cafe on resort, as well as 3 swimming pools, a kids play area and plentiful sun loungers! Fantastic! The resort was spotlessly clean and very relaxing. Not sure if it was due to Monarch or the fact it is always this peaceful but we couldn't fault the resort. If you want a little more liveliness then it is just a walk away into town. We went on a few excursions not cheap but definitely worth it!

Love the Finca and it's whole concept, a world away from the usual tourist areas of Tenerife, beautiful, tranquil and peaceful, spacious apartments with private balconys and stunning views, we will return and very soon, even if just to see the resident dog again in the lovely gardens.

A very homely, very British, resort! Excellent restaurant with great staff. Good quiz night and entertainment often laid on too. Small and quiet resort with local shops right opposite. Bus to the airport is less than 2 euros! Recommended for a really relaxing and peaceful time with other amenities on your doorstep.
