Great location, nice and quiet off street. Welcoming reception. Good instructions on where to go and eat etc. would come back.

Check in was easy, with the friendly and helpful reception staff. Room was large and clean, with modern kitchen and air con. Bed was very comfortable, and we even had complimentary bath robes and slippers to use! Resort quiet at night which was ideal for us. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, and was regularly replenished. Fruits, English breakfast, continental, pastries, cappuccinos etc.Lots of restaurants nearby and 2 minutes from the beach. Location excellent. Choice of several pools to use, both here and Los Olevis pool too. Very enjoyable, relaxing stay. We will be back!

We have recently got back from our trip to Tenerife and stayed at the Lagos de Fanabe beach resort and had a lovely time. The staff were super friendly, the room was clean and spacious and we loved the pool. I can see how the pool area could be overcrowded in more peak holiday time, but we never had any trouble getting a sun lounger. We went for just breakfast included, which was nothing ground breaking but was perfectly fine and we never went hungry. The location was perfect for us, plenty of bars and restaurants near by but we both slept amazingly, never disturbed. We visited Siam park twice while we were there which is about a 15 minute uber drive away. Would totally stay again.

Firstly I read all the reviews from the previous 2 months before booking this hotel and was pleased to see just 1 or 2 whiners. Not all hotels are to everyone's liking but I went ahead and booked regardless, and we wasn't disappointed. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the hotel staff bent over backwards to please. We had a 1st floor room which overlooked the sea. It was very clean, well decorated and modern. Both pools were well laid out and clean. We ate 3 times a day in the al fresco area and found a good choice of food and drink so never went without. 2 private gates allow you access to the main path which leads on to the beach. Plenty of shops,bars,restaurants and night life to keep you busy til bed time. If you want to hire a car to explore the island like we did just ask at reception and its there 9.30 the next morning. No deposit, just pay for the day. As I said not every hotel pleases everyone, but this one did a fantastic job to make our 1 holiday a year a memorable one. Well done team !!!

fantastic location over looking the sea restaurants shops & bars on your right on the doorstop. Checkin was a breeze the Staff had everything prepared 5 minutes and we had our room key pool area is lovely. room is good with a small kitchen we also had our own lounge seperate from the bedroom which is a nice touch. very clean The hotel is set out like a Spanish village with a fab pool running through it. all round a great place highly reccomend this place

Staying in this resort in room 2050 . Great room with all amenities. Great views from Balcony Kept clean with staff changing towels and bed .loverly soft pillows Loverly food and plenty of choice Nice bar area with lots of choice Would definitely recommend staff very friendly especially reception .loverly touch bottle of wine for birthday

Excellent staff Prime Location easy access for Disabled Close to Beach Shops Restaurants especially The Colonial which was right opposite our Room..... Booked directly with Hotel albeit you can book elsewhere..........would go again
