I stayed here for less than a week, and I can't recommend it enough! The staff were absolutely AMAZING and made our stay truly special—I can't thank them enough. The room is
clean, modern, and well-maintained. We arrived earlier than expected, and Sophia went above and beyond to assist us with such kindness and professionalism. This will definitely be our go to hotel from now on. Location is great close to all the attraction and restaurants / bars.

I stayed here last week for a long weekend getaway and this lovely hotel did not disappoint. The staff were some of the kindest individuals who really enjoy their jobs and it shows. The breakfast was very good with lots of delicious, fresh, and healthy options. The room was the immaculate and had a lovely balcony that overlooked the park across the street. Thank you all for an incredible stay. This will always be our hotel of choice for my family of 3 for all of our future stays in San Sebastián.

Convenient location, walking distance to shopping and restaurants and bars. Rooms are clean and breakfast is good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Special appreciation to Kati at the front desk. She is super helpful- even help us to make reservations for restaurants! Will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

We absolutely loved our stay here.
1) Location was just absolutely perfect for Old Town and shopping area
2) Although rooms are small (to be expected in a city centre hotel) they were well-designed, bathrooms perfect
3) The staff are amazing. The welcome from Mauro in particular was what made it outstanding. He was always, always willing to help and advise. Nothing was too much trouble. He was exceptional. Carla and Widad were also brilliant and so helpful. In the breakfast, Nourea was just absolutely wonderful.
4) Although loads of options right on the doorstep, the breakfast was excellent and up to 1200 which is the ultimate holiday luxury!

Unfortunately, this hotel fell short of expectations, especially given the cost of the stay.
After receiving an email requesting a five-star review for this hotel from the front desk manager, we felt compelled to share our experience. Unfortunately, we agree with other critical reviews, as this hotel does not meet the standards expected for the price it charges.
Some staff members were notably unhelpful and appeared quite hostile when approached.
We requested a quiet room at reception, but the room we were given was anything but, as it faced the road and the windows did little to block the noise. While we would rate the location 5 stars and the buffet breakfast 4 stars, overall sadly, the experience was disappointing.

My experience at this hotel has been amazing. Truly 4 star hotel service and trilingual staff . The cleaners would leave a little note and would be so respectful with belongings and when to come in. Location was amazing , could walk anywhere and very safe stars .
María ,the lady serving breakfast in the morning has truly made my experience at this hotel amazing.She would be so involved and happy to any request , even anticipating peoples needs . This kind of person deserves truly to be promoted and be recognized because of them , me like many other guests remember our stay and make up for a decent breakfast with a 5 star service .

Stayed here for 3 nights and this is arguably the best hotel at San Sebastian.

Your room was super clean, modern, and comfortable. It was easy to go to all the lovely restaurants from this hotel.
You all were very friendly and kind to us; we've felt like "omotenashi" (which means great hospitality in Japanese).
Thanks to your lovely kindness, we could enjoy our entire trip in San Sebastián. We appreciate all you have done for us.

Great hotel with warm and friendly staff located within walking distance from the centre and main interest points. Nice proportioned rooms with great amenities and plush bathroom. Great bar too.

The room price was more than €450 per night. We hoped to get a lot for that high rate in return. Disappointingly this was not the case. The room is very very small, but clean and well designed. The bathroom looks like marble on the pictures but in real it is plastic with a marble print. The breakfast is put in a gloomy cellar. The gym has machines that don’t work, so a morning workout wasn’t possible. Then you would say the service will be excellent, but unfortunately that was not the case. After our stay we still cannot see why the rooms are so expensive. A waste of money.
