We absolutely loved our long weekend at the hotel - location is perfect and the rooms overlooking the bay are just amazing, gorgeous sunrise and sunset. The staff at the hotel couldn’t be more friendly or helpful, and the rooms are perfect. Modern bathrooms, traditional yet modern bedrooms and the bed is HUGE and super comfy. Besides the obvious, that the proximity to the beach makes for the most incredible views; the rooms and hotel aesthetic are beautiful; the staff are so kind and helpful; the food and drinks are delicious and the bartenders are so sweet and accommodating. New hotel very clean nice rooms and wonderful pool.  It’s 25 min walk to the Centro but there is a bus for two euro and tax 9 euro, in the evening it’s hard te get a taxi and find the bus. WE had to walk back twice.  The door locks make a very hard nice which awakes you in the morning

The initial impression of the public areas is very good, although maybe a trifle corporate in style, and there is excellent underground parking available at additional cost. We booked a superior room for the extra space, and were allocated a pleasant balcony room on the second floor. Nice hotel We stayed here a few night and really enjoyed it. The rooms were big enough and it was fairly good value as San Sebastian tends to be really expensive especially in Summer. The hotel was not really walking distance from town center for us, but it was not a problem as we had the car. If we are back in San Sebastian we would definitely come back here.

Had a very pleasant stay here. Enjoyed the spacious rooms and good air con and appreciated the helpful reception staff. Dogs are allowed and aren’t supposed to be left unattended but we did hear barking one night. It feels good. The hotel notes are wrong. There is a private bathroom. The overall feeling is very good, it is worth recommending, the breakfast is also rich, very quiet, clean, and the price is reasonable.

Beautiful old grand dame hotel. Nicely done, General Manager was charming, attentive and made the rounds. Concierge needs more training. Not knowledgeable in different types of restaurants or museums. The GM told us about the Chillida outdoor museum. Terrific!!

Everything was perfect. The hotel is a bit old and maybe doesn't deserve 4 stars. But we know that in Spain hotel stars are a bit more overrated than in France. It's a little far from the old town, but you can walk or take a bus. The Basque train station is nearby, so it's convenient for going to the French Basque Country. There are shops and bakeries where you can buy fruit and drinks within a few minutes' walk. The room was compact, but the bathroom was clean and comfortable.

A boutique hotel close to the Dona Katalina Zubia. There are two entrances to the hotel, the main one facing the road and the other entrance facing the Urumea River. This is a nice hotel and staff are friendly. The corner room I was in was a little pokey with dine idiosyncrasies - for example the TV was on an angle so you couldn’t watch it from the bed. It is exellenly located near to town though and I slept very well.

Great value for money, and the decor is quite nice too. While it's a bit far from the old town, getting to the boulevard by bus is very convenient. San Sebastián doesn't have ride-sharing apps like Uber, so if you need a taxi, you'll have to ask the front desk to call one for you.

This hotel was ideal for our San Sebastián vacation. We were only 1 minute from the beach, and about 15 minutes from all of the famous pintxo places. Staff were nice and they left out free soda and water for guests when they returned to the building. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but the cafes nearby are good.

I booked this hotel because it was in a quiet location , the room had double glazed windows that allowed me to sleep soundly for more than 8 hours each night and I could reach the city easily by taking the bus. FYI the taxi fares from and to the San Sebastian airport was 90€ in total, which the hotel has no say on or any other hotels for that matter.

The hotel is really amazing, however, the cleanliness is not interesting. There was a lot of hair in the bathtub in my room, thus eliminating the possibility of using it.

Beautiful hotel and staff was very accommodating. Hotel is in a residential area and so be prepared to walk to the beach and center, but we had no problem with that. We had dessert room serviced one night and it was delicious. I believe there was a hot tub but we weren't given much detail on it, so we did not have the chance to use it.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff amazing but read the small print. There are building works in the adjoining building and the hammering starts at 8_30. We were given a partial refund but it still didn’t compensate.

Excellent location, walking distance to all attractions, beach, old city and Pincho bars. Amazing experience from the moment we arrived, having champagne outside on the deck to the amazing lunch, service was very attentive and not overly done. We got a look and tour of the kitchen and met the chef himself. Cocktails later that evening made the day complete.
