Excellent food, varied and plentiful. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Great facilities. They leave you a free shower and towel on the day you leave. Highly recommended
It is mainly a Spanish tourist place to stay. But you also get French and German. The reception can usually deal with English. The Restaurant usual has an English speaker. For an English tourist you get a better understanding of Catalan, Spanish holiday Hotel. Not a young persons place. But you do get couples with children.
We stayed here in July with my wife, daughter and nephew. We had read mixed reviews of the hotel but we took a chance. The hotel is quite big and we were on the 4th floor. The lifts were always quite busy so we got some exercise by walking up the stairs! The lobby area is big and spacious with a bar/social area on the left hand side as you walk in. At the end of the lobby you have the lifts and...
It feels more like a 3 stars and not a 4 one. The premises are quiet old and we didn't like the breakfast at all. The orange juice tastes like chemicals and the omelette is very oily.
A vacacional hotel with very entertaining offer, great pool. Staff and hotel a little old-fashioned and close minded but polite. Chaotic breakfast. I believe that of the area is one of the best but with a lot of things to improve. The area and the village is fantastic and just 2 min walk to the beach.

Excellent restaurant, excellent venue and excellent service. Sometimes I say, visit if you are around the area. But in this case I would say it is worth a visit regarless where you are.

Location was excellent - central town and approx 15/20 mins walk to marina La Rapita. Staff (owners perhaps) very friendly. Cleanliness excellent. Upgraded to slightly larger room with balcony on arrival for a small fee. Well worth it as balcony actually had a side on town marina view and very bright. Nice for winter sunshine. Shower good power and fridge in room. Extra pillows arrived within minutes...
Nice, comfortable hotel. Rooms were small, but clean and modern and had everything we needed. The only problem was that it wasn't sound proofed at all. So could hear everything from other rooms and hallways, including the showers in the morning. The breakfast was quite good and the reception very friendly and helpful.
Great hotel considering the price (40 euros breakfast included) the walls are a bit thin sound wise but hey who am I to complain.
Nice & clean rooms, 20 metres from the port and close to good restaurants. Breakfast could be a little more versatile though. Would come back anytime.

What is left to be desired by the dated infrastructure is made up by the attentive personnel. Rooms in the hotel are in desperate need of modernisation. Cracked walls and the aircon was giving its last breath. I let the reception know and she had the technician come and do a quick fix. However, the fan kept making big noises in the middle of the night so we had to stop it. It really needs a new one...

A very nice place to stay while you're travelling on a budget. It's near the Garbi beach and has a store nearby if you have to buy something to eat or drink. The staff is very nice and friendly, always there to help. I recomend it if you visit La Rapita, whenever I go there I choose Nou Rocamar. Also it has free wifi so bonus points for that
Stopped in on a bicycle trip. Ramon (I hope I'm remembering his name correctly!) from the front desk was super helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Plus, his English was much, much better than my Spanish or Catalan. The room was clean, comfortable, and big enough for me & my bike and all its bags. Great budget stay!
