Located right on the beachfront. Modern, spacious rooms. Access to underground parking difficult. Efficient reception staff. Hot dinner arrived to the table cold. Unacceptable.

Second time staying here. Nice clean hotel a walking distance from town and also close to motorway.

We will never come back to this hotel. We asked nicely to change to a room with a window. We were rudely rejected. It is better to inform the customer in advance that the room does not have a window. Awful person at the reception.

Super stay for 1 night in L'ampolla. Easy access, fast check-in, and nice and clean room. Friendly staff, and close to beach, and restaurants. Parking close by, and free. (October, might be different in summer!).

Ideal for our work, am sure it's location makes it popular with holiday makers too. Good rates, clean rooms and lovely surroundings.

We stayed here 1 night on our journey to our house down south. The hotel didn't disappointed us. Service was okay, rooms okay and dinner good. Our dogs were also very welcome.
The garage is very small, especially when you arrive with an American 4x4, but after a lot of steering manouvres everything went well.
I think we'll come back here.

It was the first stay for me and my dog in a hotel and it couldn't have been better. The staff truly went above and beyond for me and i couldn't be more grateful! Room was really spaceous with a lovely view of the sea and mountains

Room not clean,.!
Large layer of dust on all surfaces-
Old sock next to bed, slime on the wale and on the mirrors
Wifi signal close to non existing, an old non commercial router placed in the middle of the reception. So for work you need to sit in reception for a signal, not a good place if you have planned to do some work on a device.
The breakfast balcony looks like a backyard on a ghetto.
Hotel general outdated.
The 4 stars rating was maybe opening day.
