Staff was great: welcoming and attentive, but that is all I can complement the place with. It is all very basic as expected (the affordable costs give it out) however the mattresses were really hard that I found it difficult to sleep on, the double bed were 2 separate ones and the bathroom need med refurbishing! A good pod hotel. Staff helpful, easy check-in, located in old town, good common areas, reasonable pricing in an expensive city. My room was quiet largely due to respectful neighbors. The rooms are small but this is what was expected in a pod hotel. I am an older person and did not feel out of place staying here.

A really lovely place. There's also a lift for those with heavy luggage. Walking distance to everything and clean. Would stay again!

There are a few strong reasons as to why we enjoyed our stay so much. First and foremost, the staff. They were all extremely nice and willing to help as much as possible. As for the place itself, it is not too spectacular, but it satisfied the expectations we had based on the descriptions. Furthermore, it is very close to everything in Segovia. Definitely a very positive experience!

The receptionist was so friendly. We felt welcome right away. I loved that this hotel was a GREAT value. I was watching my budget carefully this trip and was not disappointed. The hotel was very clean.

Very well renovated hostel in the center of the historic center of Segovia. Very clean and the staff attentive and sympathetic. On Juan Bravo street, artery that connects the aqueduct and the cathedral. We will come back for sure. 100% recommended

Room tidy, free internet, toilet and shower up to par with costlier places, unlike many budget class rooms the plumbing works perfectly. Service friendly, unfortunately do not speak english. Segovia is not a big city so everything is within 10 minutes walking distance. Parking is difficult, but no more than anywhere else in southern Europe.

The place is well located relative to the Cathedral but far enough away from Plaza Mayor to make it quiet. Major complaint is it is at the bottom of a hill. Super easy to find. It is also mostly stroller/wheelchair accessible in terms of the entrance; everything is located on the ground floor with a ramp into the building. (Shower is not wheel chair accessible. Best of all is the location!! Right at the cathedral. The room is very clean with everything you need to spend a couple of nights and visit Segovia. I would repeat place to stay to sleep. The only bad thing is that since it is an online service, the room is given very late... It seems to me that 4:00 p.m. is a bit excessive.

If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage in the lockers provided for this purpose and start your visit quietly. They give you a code to pick up the key and you can go whenever you want. The room was spacious and had all the comforts, as was the bathroom. I slept great, the bed was very comfortable and there was no noise since ten o'clock.

Good room and location for the price. Very friendly and good people at the reception. The rooms are clean and everything is well organized. Useful information: you can't leave bags in the hostel after checking out, but they gave us other options that we could find in Segovia.

Adequate sleeping facilities. No air conditioning but a fan. It was hard to get to using Google. I think Google was confused. But it is in town and it's close to most things. But it's at the bottom of a hill so you better be able to walk up the hill. Owner manager was nice and helpful.

All great. Very spacious house and perfect for what we were looking for. The location is great and the treatment of the owner excellent. We were a group of 9 and we have been very comfortable. We have been able to enjoy the patio and the barbecue so it has been a wonderful weekend.

It is not a rural house, it is a chalet in an urbanization but totally modern. Indeed it has 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Of which in the rooms there is only one in the 5 rooms, upstairs, which is where they are, I repeat, only one for 5 rooms. And another one below. The wood for the lousy fireplace is consumed in 20 minutes I found myself, I tell it how adanectota, my face towel with the remains...

We were a family with children. We liked the whole house, especially the garden with the pool, barbecue and the table to eat outside. In addition, the wonderful garden to lie down. The welcome was warm and friendly, beds very comfortable, kitchen well equipped and overall the hostel was well above my expectations. What a gem! I spent a week at the hostel while they were hosting us a group of 18 people. They were welcoming and the location is perfect. The space was really cosy and the working room on the last floor was very bright during the day. Marta was cooking for us during the whole week - delicious vegan food with carefully selected ingredients by local farmers. Cannot wait to be back! :)

It’s a lived in place. The kitchen well stocked. Access to tea during the stay. Nice mix of people. They have a good set up from location to the cute space of common area, real fire place every night. But they still have a ways to go with hospitality service concept. They need to provide more transportation information like bus that go to train station, that there are two train station and which...

Lovely, warm, colourful and welcoming hostel right by the Aqueduct! Very comfy and even though even the private rooms have shared bathrooms, there are various so no waiting. Nice breakfast and a really cool Sala de cine aka film/cinema lounge room upstairs. Wonderful place to explore beautiful Segovia!!

What a nice place to stay! You feel like you are at home. The whole hostel is beautifully and creatively decorated. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Community room, well-equipped kitchen wand a tv room and free wifi available. Bed and bathrooms quite new and like every room very clean. Not a 5 minutes walk from the famous aqueducto, 10-15 mins to the cathedral and the castillo.

The great place but the space between the top bunk and the bottom bunk is overwhelming. The bathrooms with 20 cm more, the better, you hardly entered or sat down. Very well equipped. I have only missed another fridge because I have gone in winter and summer and with the heat so many people fall short of the fridge

It was a great success to find this hostel. They gave us the option to reserve it only for our group even though we did not complete the total occupancy. The manager was very kind and punctual, waiting for us at the house upon arrival and showing availability and quick response to our messages. The wonderful history and ambience of the Casa; its secluded and calm environs; and a modern comfortable, quiet room, made for a very restorative stay in Segovia.

The location is both handy and and well situated for lovely riverside walks etc. Not too far to walk into town or drive if you need to. The room was clean and well equipped with bedding towels etc.

A beautiful place and best of all the price. Being in the mint has a special charm. There is a restaurant a minute's walk away, if you want to go downtown you can do so by taking a walk and enjoying the views. Highly recommended experience.
