A pleasant surprise in the middle of nowhere (no offence).

The hotel itself, located by a lake, is a combination of Finnish rustic and modernism, which creates a somewhat unique atmosphere. The interior seemed to be original (70s-80s?), and well kept and clean.

The service was great from even before we arrived (they called to hear if we were okay as we were running late). The restaurant, with a kitchen focused on local ingredients, and its attentive staff, made me wish I could stay for another night.

We are overwhelmed. To find a hotel so far up north in a small village with amazing food like this was a big surprise. Add to that serviceminded staff with great knowledge and a nice view.

After we were driving 3h through the woods (from Kiruna) we arrived in this pretty quiet place. We really didn't expect that high quality à la carte dinner here. It was really a pleasure. We had a warm welcome at this hotel and the service in the restaurant (Matilda and a man, I can't remember his name) was excellent!
The rooms are a bit old but you have everything you need, a beautiful view over the lake, comfortable bed, tv and a sauna. Also a big breakfast buffet. In the total the hotel is great with its very friendly staff. Thanks a lot!

A nice hotel with good food and very nice staff, especially at the reception. Dogs are especially welcome, which is nice! Just remember the rules for dogs if you cross national borders. The hotel is beautifully located down by the water a little outside the center of the village, about 15 minutes' walk. There is parking for cars on the side of the hotel, in front or on the other side of the road if you have booked a cabin, bungalow. The hotel rooms are of standard size, clean, fresh but not modern renovated. The hotel rooms have no fridge! There are rooms facing the front (road) and facing the water at the back. There is a pub to the right of reception where they sometimes arrange karaoke (play music). The hotel has large social areas and a large restaurant, bar. The hotel is especially nice for conferences/events. We visited the hotel in connection with a conference and stayed in a room or should we say apartment which is on the other side of the road. On this side, each building consists of 2 apartments next to each other but with a protected entrance. Most are the same size, although there are also some larger ones. Our apartment consisted of a hall with plenty of wardrobes. A small kitchen that is fully equipped to be able to cook something with a fridge and freezer. There is a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with two single beds, a table with 2 chairs and an armchair and a TV. The cabins are not luxurious but perfectly fine, similar to a mountain cabin. There may be a bit of a basement smell because they are exposed to moisture all year round, but nothing that bothered. However, if you are sensitive and have high demands, we recommend the hotel rooms. There are footpaths below the hotel where you can walk along the water or sit down on a bench. Especially nice is to eat in the restaurant and they are famous for their food.

Lapland Hotels hetta, there is so much to say about this amazing hotel. We visited for the Xmas period 2023, and I can't thank this place enough for how amazing it is and all their staff. The hotel is so clean there is a beautiful log fire as soon as you walk through the main doors. The rooms are spacious and clean too. The location on the side of the lake is perfect. It is not too far from the visitor centre and there are plenty of walking trails. The food here is so good and cooked and tastes spot on. There is a good selection of foods on the menu. There is an indoor swimming pool., I would 100% return here. I didnt take many photos of the hotel because we was out having too much fun.

My friends and I stayed at this hotel during a Safari on snowmobiles. Nice hotel with quality food, fresh beer, Internet and sauna. The rooms are not large, but sufficient for sleep and rest, ample Parking. The staff is friendly, the hotel clean.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Food was also good and in the weekend there is a pub to enjoy some quality time with your fellow travelers! We very much enjoyed our stay, though there aren't too many activities in the hotel besides swimming pool, sauna, pool, and drinks and food ;)
