Hotel «Hetan Majatalo»

This family-run hotel truly exceeded all our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained. They went above and beyond by recommending unique activities by local guides such as a husky safari and a snowmobile excursion, which added an adventurous touch to our stay. Their helpfulness and attention to detail made our experience truly unforgettable.

Lovely little family run hotel in the north of Finland. They were helpful and friendly. We had an early checkout and they provided a breakfast basket for the morning too. Would love to go back.

Absolutely amazing hotel! Kind of small, but very cozy rooms, lots of activities (board/card games in the lounge area), AMAZING food! Super nice staff as well, would definitely recommend staying here!

Absolutely Fabulous!
Comfy, spacious rooms, spotlessly clean. Good food throughout and beautiful bar areas to meet with other guests.
Would have no problem staying here again, everything for us was perfect.

Perfect for a short break, warm and cosy, good Finnish food. Well placed for the airport.

A cozy hotel that could do with updating a bit ,the room lighting was a bit low as could not read very well even with the bedside light on only four tv channels and would be nice to have more choice for those times you want to keep up with the world news.A kettle was provided in the room but nothing else you needed to buy tea,milk,sugar etc from reception.
Meals where nice as went full board .Overall it was a nice stay but would not stay there for more than a few days

It's probably the best hotel of Heta. The room had a loft section, and from there you can see the view outside. The houses are made of wood. It was very clean and the wood finishing was very beautiful. It had a resort type of vibe in it. They also have a spa.

Visited as part of a tour with transun to see Santa. Hotel was really clean and the hostess was very nice. Her English was a lot better than my Finish. Food was really good enjoyed by the whole family. Admittedly the catering staff didn't seem to speak English. The steps in the room were very thin with a high riser. The handrail was above shoulder height which made navigating the stairs in the night challenging. 4th bed on the top level had a mattress topper on top of a solid wood bench which made this quite hard. Most people took the battery out of the loud ticking clock after the first night. Enjoyed the stay. Thanks

Very nice personell that supported us with breakfast the night before because we had to leave before the official breakfast hours. The room was nice and clean with enough space for a reasonable price.
