I have never received such rude and bad service anywhere as here. I would give zero stars if possible.

First and last time I shopped here. Really lousy service. I went to buy a gift with an engraving and the seller felt that the child's name was a big problem when it was not the most traditional Finnish name. In addition, charged an additional price for a "too long" name. He also stated how he thought the name "Topi" would have been better. When searching, I questioned the additional name, which in my opinion does not belong to the seller and should not matter.

You couldn't change the battery in the watch during the day, even though there wasn't a single customer in the shop taking the watch or picking it up, I announced that I needed the watch with me the next day at 11 am. When I applied for the watch at 11:30, the work was not done, after that it would have only taken a moment to change the battery, I took the watch elsewhere to change the battery.

It is really expensive to repair gold jewelry and the seller weighs the "scrap gold" behind the wall so that you have no way of knowing the correct weight. What is really strange is when you do a deal, you have to blindly trust the buyer of the gold! First, they promise to make a closed chain when you bring the agreed amount of gold, but when the agreed amount is brought, more gold is required because some of it is wasted in the processing! Nothing is true what they promise! The planting of my own diamond was agreed to be done without nails, when I bought the pendant it was made in white gold and fastened with nails and the price had increased by 50 euros. I do not recommend Karhula Helme's products to anyone. Lost another 21 carat necklace that had to be locked. I also took silver jewelry to install the lock, so I didn't even bother to clean the jewelry. I'm still waiting to find out how to replace the lost necklace and when I'll get the bracelet that was supposed to be at the blacksmith's for 3 months, now it's already well over the agreed time. Nothing is true what they promise when neither of them is a blacksmith, so they send the jewelry to another location! They promise this and that, but the blacksmith is overworked, so the time is considerably longer than their promises. I went to ask other gold shops about jewelry repair prices, so it would have been much cheaper to have the jewelry repaired than at Karhula's Helme! Don't waste money, go and ask about other shops first and you'll notice the difference!

The customer service was second to none. When entering the store, it felt as if you were not welcome. After presenting my case, the customer service representative started criticizing the condition of my jewelry and how providing the service I requested is "so difficult" and that some other type of material in my jewelry would have made it much easier. He wasn't interested in anything I had to say about it either, because for him this was just too difficult.

At the end of this, the customer service person added that they have so many products in the queue now that I shouldn't leave my jewelry waiting there.
