Great little hotel close to the motorway. Visited here while working for 8 Solutions in a local Data Center at Hamina just before Christmas 2014. Staff friendly and have great English

I loved it but colleagues were a bit too English and didn't make the most of the menu. Did get a sausage sandwich toasted and it was different but still lovely

The hotel, as the name implies, is located on a beach as part of a small resort with camping and caravanning. At the beginning of September the hotel was very empty

We could not have had a better place for our last night in Finland before heading back home. A little remote, quiet and peaceful. Small but very clean rooms which were renovated

A good selection for the breakfast made the stay even more pleasant. We only would have wished that the restaurant would be open in winter

Cons: strange smell in the hotel, no elevator (not suitable for people with disabilities), poor TV channel selection, poor soundproofing, no air conditioning (especially in summer can be a problem), poorly built bathroom with an high step

We were surprised at how small the hotel room was. The room was really clean, but there was no space for our belongings. The pillows were horrible and the room was hot. Unfortunately we had a really bad night's sleep

Spent 2 nights with our caravan on a touring holiday so no comments for the rooms. 4 miles from Kotka which has a number of lovely parks. Pitches are all a good size with some drive through.

A very special place for family holidays. Very complete, but small: 4 beds, kitchen, dinning table and toilet with shower. With terrace and parking spot. The view is amazing, with seaseigh. Nice walking around the forest

An amazing and extremely comfortable resort close to the city of Kotka, located in the woods, equipped with a large beach and several saunas options. The resort consists mainly of indipendent apartments with sea view

Not a big fan of the electrical transfer grid wiring on the outside stretching over the water but I got used to and forgotten it during the great time with spending time on a relaxing and quiet place

Excellent little relaxing resort got to use the sauna and having breakfast which was great

Very nice mansion hotel, near Kymijoki river and Karhula central.

The breakfast was fabulous with many choices for an American or European palate. Just a heads up, there is no A/C. We visited in the fall so this wasn't an issue for us

Beautiful old building with many charming details both inside and out. Our room was very large but singles in our party had normal sized rooms

The idea is better than the outcome, but a very pleasant mansion some 10 km away from downtown Kotka. Beautiful riverside and all in all nice surroundings, including a pleasant surprise park 10 minute walk away.

The good location of the summer hotel, near Sappoka Park, the shore of the bay. From the balcony and from the kitchen of the extreme block there is a stunning view of the bay

In a beautiful location near Kotka's beautiful alpine rose park in Sapoka. The marina, Meriniemi beach restaurant, Tulikukko and Maretarium are just a few steps away

Surprisingly there seas a mirror above our bed, but luckily I was with my wife so it was good fun. Room with Sauna was good, breakfast was OK. Definitely recommend. Will return again.

Excellent Stay The stay was amazing, the breakfast was delicious, and there were some great restaurants nearby. The only downside was the noise of the ventilation at night.

The hotel is good with modern conveniences, they provide good service, free parking, WiFi and television with the choice of channels in different languages. The staff at the reception are friendly and helpful

I loved this place! The cottage is nice (the neighbors are very close, but they didn't bother me at all), sauna has the best "löyly" in awhile and it´s all right beside the ocean

And there´s more: the village Tiutinen is just a wonderful place to walk around and breathe that fresh sea air. I'd visit the place again anytime!

Just the perfect warm covered terrace right on the water. Spectacular views of the sea and the nearby archipelago.

Spa hotel in the downtown Hamina, probably one of the better hotels of the region. Parking is free in the hotel parking lot and all quests can use the spa without extra cost

Cozy place with ideal location The best thing about this hotel is its location, ideal for easily reaching interesting events or happenings in this big-size small town

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Although we had a language barrier, they were empathetic and great. Always offer me a coffee if I happen to drop by.

The breakfast is served in the adjoining Italian restaurant and, although it was nothing special, it was enough to get the day started

The second best is the possibility of using spa services, for which, however, there is seldom enough time during short stays
